I dropped the nutes from 4ml to 3ml and the yellow leaves were trimmed down. I added water in week 9 but didn't update the journal. It's been getting warmer and humidity has been rising. A dehumidifier was added last week to the outside room. I changed the system to have a lower humidity setting for the flower phase.

Final phase, just water and environment control. A lot of damaged, stained and discoloured leaves. Not sure if related to the fert switching. All in all, they are looking good. Harvest week incoming.

Nice plants 2 totally different phenotypes, as one was already harvested, and the other isn't even half way of flowering after 10 weeks. Nice trichome production, great fresh and fruity smell, this plant is a pleasure to smoke in the end of the day. Dried her upside down hanging in a tent I have for the purpose, at 25c, 30%RH - Only removed fan leaves, no manicuring, been doing that as I smoke, noticed the bud lasts longer and with a better smell and you end up saving loads of time. Really happy with this smoke, smells like proper weed. Maybe was the best time I dried and cure(ing). Only problem is that I'm smoking more as it's so tasty ahaha. Good stuff, thumbs up! PS - I'll start looking for the "original" Zkittlez to try out and check the differences between them. Update: 12 April 2021 - Chopped down Plant #2 So, finally Saturday I chopped her down. She looked now ready and delicious, although I only notice yesterday how many seeds she has allover the place. She hermied in front of me without noticing, not good at all and need to start looking much better and in detail into the plants. Feel like an idiot now. Anyways, it was a full week! Emptied the grinder collector and pressed it down a little, makes a very nice smoke, light but pleasant, the kind of stuff it keep you going all day without the dumb effect. From all trimming made the bubble hash. Got a little too green as the 220micron bag's stitches slightly opened letting some contaminants in the final mix, hence the green color. This was a hit. in opposition to the grinder stuff, this sent me straight to the moon, really heavy stone effect, even thinking was hard. Reminded me those afghan/ moroccan balls we used to get back in the early 2000's. The weed itself it's still drying so the smoke report will be updated in there. 715g of fresh cut plant is good, let's see the potency and the seeds. Might turn it all into bubble hash, if I see it'll be an hassle to remove seeds. On an earlier bud I've cut and dried, smoked it and you can see pure white ashes in the bong. Ain't that a beauty?

Cheese XXL is the third commercially available edition released by Original Sensible using and developing these Afghan and Skunk genetics. The first release of these genetics was their Skunk Afghani. The second improved version was Stinkin' Bishop which had an improved and more potent THC content and was more pungent in terms of smell. Now the third and improved release on a similar theme is this Cheese XXL which has a similar THC content but with an improved heavier yield. The smoke is incredible with an outstanding flavour of pungent skunk and spicy, extra strong mature cheese created by the dominant terpene myrcene with its strong earthy scent accompanied by caryophyllene and pinene which combine to create a peppery acrid cheesy odour. THC levels are exceptionally high in this Cheese strain and the effect is well-balanced creating mental and body relaxation with a remarkable alleviation of stress and depression. The strong pungent aroma starts early in the flowering period, if you're growing Cheese XXL indoors you'll need plenty of ventilation to disperse the stinky "road kill" aroma of these babies! Cheese XXL is a Cheese strain particularly suited to indoor setups but also thriving well outdoors these feminised marijuana seeds are incredibly resistant to mould and disease and produce a substantial harvest that both the professional and amateur growers alike can easily achieve. These Cheese weed seeds are outstanding, break open the buds ready for use and you'll see why, the stench will make your eyes water! Cheese XXL from Original Sensible Seeds is a great choice to break into the commercial market of growing cannabis so if you're looking to buy something special with extreme yield, potency and flavour then Cheese XXL cannabis seeds are simply the best choice

Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! 1.) I think the Purple Lemonade might have flipped into preflower already like the other Red Poison and Dark Devil 2.) Think the Purple Lemonade has Tobacco Mosaic Disease? No worries for me dur only thing I can see with the streaking/twisted new growth but the Purple Lemonade is doing fine otherwise 😈 More and more reasons to go back to a photoperiod grow after this for more control/really test out the new lights 🙌 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 Moved the Purple over to it's final 5gal on Jan 26 and started light LST + watering from the bottom of the tray to coax the roots down as opposed to a top pour. Still giving them hourly sprays of basic water foliar and the light water/hydrogen peroxide spray mixed in here and there for piece of mind/extra cleaning from the soil contact during transplant. Looks like bits of purple/red flecks are starting to creep in to the stems so hopefully keeping my window open at night to drop the temperatures will pull some great colours in my tent for the first time 😻👹😈 I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures. Threw some videos in this week as well with some Queen's Radio GaGa, Beastie Boys' Brass Monkey, and a little hint of Arkells ....COME TO LIGHT on the short @ViparSpectraLED ..GET IT.. 😓 -- Thanks for checking in! Throw down a like and/or follow so I can return the favour 🙌 Check out my Diary of the Year 2020 Entry for my Original Auto Sour Diesel: https://growdiaries.com/diaries/54258-fastbuds-original-auto-sour-diesel-grow-journal-by-glazedgrow IG: @GlazedGrow CannaBuzz: @GlazedGrow

Day 36 - In the picture, I demonstrated the efforts I put in for leaf tucking, the back half, so that light can get deeper in the canopy. A had also removed all of the flowering cover crop to prevent it from going to seed. It served its purpose and now serves as compost for my outdoor garden. Day 37 - This plant does not slow down! It is maxed out, for my preference, horizontally. Stretch is slowing down. Bud growth will now be the focus. Day 38 - She really needed a haircut, so she got one. Everytime I do this, I honestly scare myself. I know the potential these plants have, but a mistake that would cause additional stress to the defol can change everything.. cover crop is also cut down and breaking down in my outdoor garden. One last spray down before buds appear and a good feeding to push her through this heavy strip. Love to see worms hanging out on the surface of the soil, breaking down all my top dresses. Day 39 - She's praying to the skies! This plant isn't skipping a beat with vigorous growth! You can see how all those lower sites are now getting adequate lighting! Day 40 - Realized I had stopped adding picture to demonstrate her height. She's a great height! Honestly taller than I had imagined! Nodal spacing is super tight at the top. She's going to have some huge nugs! Really debating on getting another natural co2 generator to get higher levels during peek flower. Loving this plant!! Day 41 - Looks like I havent even taken any material off this plant! I almost wish I would have done a higher lollipop... I need to stop second guessing myself when I lollipop. Now I must ponder the thought of removing more material, or adding some side lighting.. excited to see these flowers start to stack! Day 42 - Life got a little busy for me. I stopped writing down daily changes or updating this. I still did my best to get daily pictures and videos. I will write about the grow as a whole when harvest day comes.

Mango Kush – Week 2 Flower (Week 6 from Seed) Bloom boosters, high temps, new lights, and a little tribute to nature Grower: Dog Doctor Strain: Mango Kush (Pheno #1 & Pheno #2) Environment: 8×8 Grow Room Control System: Full TrolMaster ecosystem (Tent-X brain + WCS substrate sensors and more) Lighting: • ThinkGrow Model One • ThinkGrow ICL-300 (x2 inner canopy lights) • Future of Grow Black Series 600W • Lumatek Zeus 465W Compact Pro ⸻ 🌸 Week 2 Flower – Transition Mode The Mango Kush sisters are looking absolutely stunning, even if this week was busier for me and I only managed a few photos. 🌱 Instead, I recorded a video walkthrough so everyone can see the whole room vibe, happy, lush, and full of energy. Both phenos are pushing beautifully into flower: • Pheno #1: Taller, branchy, already stretching into her flower frame. • Pheno #2: Started later, but catching up fast, morphing gracefully into bloom. The morphology shift is very visible this week, especially with the introduction of new bloom-focused nutrients. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Update – The New Recipe This week we swapped Start Booster → Top Booster and introduced a few Plagron classics to complement the Aptus base: Water Mix (per liter): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 1 ml • Plagron Power Buds – 1 ml • Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml • Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml We paused All-in-One Liquid for now, letting the slow-release pellets in the super soil do their work. The idea: less redundancy, more synergy. 💡 Experiment in Progress: I’ve used Plagron successfully in the past, but this is my first time weaving their trio (Power Buds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation) into an Aptus base. It’s improvisation, yes, but that’s where discoveries are made. Let’s see how the Mango Kush girls respond! ⸻ 🌡️ Environment – Riding the Highs • Temps: Sometimes peaking at 34°C (🌬️ AC unit on the way soon!) • Humidity: 60–70% at times • VPD: ~1.89 kPa • Soil Moisture: Watering when down to 19–20% • Monitoring: TrolMaster WCS Substrate Sensor → feeding me EC, moisture, and root zone data in real time ⚠️ It’s not a “perfect” VPD chart this week, but the Mango Kush girls are handling it like champs. Sometimes stress teaches resilience, and these ladies are showing strength. ⸻ 💡 Lighting the Room The canopy is now supported by a serious multi-light orchestra: • ThinkGrow Model One – Main engine, full spectrum power • ThinkGrow ICL-300 – Inner canopy lights bringing energy to lower branches, helping all bud sites shine • Future of Grow Black Series 600W – Supporting spectrum balance • Lumatek Zeus 465W Compact Pro – Newly added, boosting the footprint and canopy penetration Together, this creates an even distribution of photons across the room, minimizing shadow zones and preparing the girls for heavy bloom stacking. ⸻ 🧠 TrolMaster Ecosystem – Grow Room Brain The Tent-X controller, paired with WCS substrate sensors, has become my right hand: • Live feedback on soil moisture, EC, temp, and RH • Smarter watering decisions (no guessing, just data) • Automation ready → The dream of a fully self-regulating grow room is coming closer For now, I still hand-water, but soon automation will take over. Until then, it’s hands-on love every day. ⸻ 🐝 A Tribute to Bees – Nature’s Pollinators While we manage indoor canopies with LEDs and controllers, let’s not forget the simple magic of nature. Outdoors, it’s the bees that keep the cycle of life moving. One photo I’m sharing this week is of a bee pollinating a flower, a reminder that without them, much of our food (and medicine) would vanish. Bees are not just workers; they are guardians of biodiversity. 🌍💛 Let’s honor them in every grow, even indoors, where they cannot reach. ⸻ 🔄 Recap So Far – From Seed to Now • Week 0–2: Germination & seedling stage, Aptus Start Booster for early vigor • Week 3–4: Veg growth, branching in Pheno #1, Pheno #2 catching up • Week 5: Flip to flower, stretch begins, PPFD raised to 766 • Week 6 (Now): Morphology shift, bloom boosters added, lights upgraded, temps testing resilience The Mango Kush girls have evolved beautifully every step of the way , two different phenos, one journey, one story. ⸻ 🔮 What’s Next • AC installation → stabilize temps into the sweet 26–28°C range • Closer monitoring of Plagron + Aptus synergy → expect denser flowers • Watch for first true pistils and bud formation in Week 3 Flower • More light power on standby as the canopy fills out ⸻ 📹 This week’s highlight: A video tour of the full room (since fewer photos this time). 📸 A few shots are included to show just how happy the Mango Kush girls are. 🌱 Thank you everyone for reading, learning, and growing along with us! Trust me, you won’t want to miss the next steps, let’s push the boundaries of indoor horticulture together! As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Let’s celebrate it responsibly and continue to learn and grow together. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 P.S.- Why These Plagron Additives? – A Deep Dive I’ve decided to complement the Aptus base with three Plagron boosters. Each one has its own role in the flowering process, and together they form a very balanced support system for the Mango Kush ladies. 🌸 Power Buds (1 ml/L) • Purpose: Early flowering stimulator • What it does: Power Buds encourages the plant to initiate bud development faster. It shortens the “transition phase” from veg into bloom, helping flowers form sooner and more consistently across the canopy. • Why now: We’re in Week 2 Flower, the exact point where we want to signal the plants: “It’s time to build flowers.” Power Buds sends that hormonal nudge. ⸻ 🍯 Sugar Royal (1 ml/L) • Purpose: Enhances resin, aroma, and stress resistance • What it does: Sugar Royal contains amino acids that stimulate the plant to produce more chlorophyll and secondary metabolites. In plain terms: richer terpene profile, stickier resin, stronger smell, deeper taste. • Extra benefit: It also reduces stress from heat or drought, very useful right now since our temps have been spiking up to 34°C. • Why now: As stretch continues, plants need to stay strong and not waste energy on stress. Sugar Royal helps them thrive despite less-than-ideal VPD. ⸻ 💎 Green Sensation (1 ml/L) • Purpose: All-in-one bloom enhancer for the second half of flower • What it does: Green Sensation is a powerful 4-in-1 booster that improves: • Flowering: denser, heavier buds • Resin production: frostier flowers • Nutrient uptake: more efficient feeding • Soil health: stimulates beneficial microbial activity • Why now: Even though it shines brightest in late flower, starting early allows the soil ecosystem and plant metabolism to adapt gradually. By the time we hit peak bloom, the system is fully primed. ⸻ 🌱 How They Work Together • Power Buds → Kickstarts flower sites • Sugar Royal → Enhances resilience + resin quality • Green Sensation → Boosts density and overall flower performance The trio works like a team of specialists: one accelerates the start, one polishes the quality, and one pushes yield potential. Combined with the Aptus base (Regulator for strength, CalMag Boost for structure, Top Booster for bloom push), it’s a balanced, experimental, but very promising recipe. 💚 Growers love to all 💚
