LaGrassaFarm Hey everyone, here we have the stars in their first week of life. A Zkit Candy, it's growing slower than the others, and I had doubts about whether it would survive, but for now, it's still hanging in there. I also have other seeds germinated, to replace it in case it doesn't make it. In the area where I live, it's still cold, so I installed a 100W bulb, which provides heat, achieving a growing climate of 20ºC. I came here with the intention of learning, any advice will be gladly received. 😊

LaGrassaFarm Hey everyone again, here are the babies another week. They turned 14 days old and I did their first transplant into a 3-liter pot. This time I added Vitabrix to the substrate (Organic silicon is an organic enhancer for substrates. It increases the absorption capacity of the root system. This boosts the absorption of essential nutrients. The absorbed silicon strengthens plant cells, turning them into a physical barrier against pests, fungi, and diseases. It provides crops with natural protection against stress factors, diseases, and insects.) It's the first time I'm using it, so let's see how they do.

LaGrassaFarm Have a good week. Here the little ones are getting bigger every day. I'm quite happy overall with their daily growth. This week I added CalMag to the watering solution, which is a calcium and magnesium additive. Since I water with osmosis water, it provides calcium and magnesium to the plant. This time I also applied Vitalize through foliar feeding, enhancing its effect. I also added another light to the growing space so that we have the same light throughout the available area. In this case, it's a 240W Nagasaki, which I currently have set to 50% of its power. We'll catch up with you in another week, best regards, and thank you very much for all the support.

LaGrassaFarm How are you all doing this week? Over here in my area, it just keeps raining, and honestly, it's beneficial for me since I can reduce the power of the humidifier and take advantage of the humidity in the environment. We're keeping it at 70% RH. So, the most notable thing: On the first day of the week, I applied an apical trim to most of them, and a little FIM to two of them (1 Zkit Kandy and 1 Super OG Kush). What you do when you apply the apical trim is cut the main apex of the plant, so the other shoots will fight for the chance to be the main apex, resulting in several main heads and widening the plant. With FIM trimming, you cut about 70% of the main apex; the plant will act similarly to the apical trim, but you don't lose the true main apex. This trimming went really well for them; by mid-week, you can already see the shoots stretching out, the race has begun! And at the end of the week, I don't know if it was a good idea at that moment or not, but I did it; I cut off all the fan leaves from the plant 😵‍💫 with the goal of eliminating their shadows, as they were covering a lot of territory. It turned out to be good; the next day you can see in the video the structure my little ones are forming 💪. Thank you very much if you took the time to read my little grow diary! LaGrassaFarm We've had a good week of rain in my area. How are you all doing? At the beginning of the week, we did the final transplant into a 7-liter pot. Also did some defoliation, leaving only leaves on the last two nodes. And nothing, we kept the substrate moist with the watering from the transplant itself. So, she's asking for water, and as soon as the light turns back on, we'll give her a drink. And well, there are only a few days left until the flowering phase starts. LaGrassaFarm Have a very good week! :) We're still in the vegetative phase here, which will be the last one, as next week we'll move them to the 12/12 flowering cycle. This week we did another defoliation, and they just keep creating new leaves. Anyway, before moving them to flower, we'll do another defoliation and not much more to share. LaGrassaFarm Hey everyone, hope you’re all doing well and chill, since this week was 4/20!!!! Just wanted to mention that the plants look happy, more vigorous, and with the flowering a bit more advanced. This week I added the C4 flowering booster from Mills Nutrients to the watering solution, which is a mix of macronutrients, micronutrients, biostimulants, carbohydrates, and trace elements that allow the plant to produce large amounts of essential oils and sugars. Next week, I’ll do the final defoliation and hope that the flowers fatten up. Cheers and happy smokes! 🙌🙌🙌

LaGrassaFarm Hey, the plants have already passed the pre-flowering phase, just at 21 days I did the last defoliation. I've tried to leave just a couple of nodes or three at the top, lollipopping style. This aggressive pruning technique is more common in America, not so much here in Spain. We'll be keeping an eye on how this pruning goes for this grow🙌 I increased the base of fertilizer since at this stage, the plant needs more food to change its metabolism and bloom under optimal conditions. Well, the flowering is well on its way to success! 🙏 This week we gave it the maximum dose of the Basis fertilizer, and we also increased the dose of the C4. LaGrassaFarm Good week, we're here again updating the diary of this grow. Now past week 5 of flowering, we're moving from developing flowers to fattening these flowers. You can already start to perceive different aromas among them. At this stage, the watering solution had the maximum dose of the base fertilizer. We're back here again, showing how our flowers are gaining weight, and already displaying their intense aromas! 😍 We've reduced the dose of the Basis fertilizer and started adding the Ultimate PK fertilizer (it provides the plant with all the nutrients it needs during maturation for a larger yield, a strong cellular structure, and the best possible flavor and aroma). And now I'm keeping an eye on the microscope to check the color of the trichomes; the moment we find more than one amber, we’ll grab the scissors, hehe. LaGrassaFarm Very good, another week here, (well, it hasn't been that long since I posted last week 😅) but yes, it's the last week; 😢😋 We had a last-minute problem, a Super OG Kush was infected by the red spider, as it's commonly known, but it's actually a mite that feeds on plants and is usually found in dry environments. In the area I live (northern hemisphere), there were many summer days in the middle of spring 😓, and because of that, the pest arrived. For the next indoor grow, which will be in September, since in summer, without a cooling system, you can't grow under optimal conditions. This Super OG Kush was taken out of the closet, and we checked all the plants; luckily, the pest only attacked that one. And it was harvested two days before the others. That said, I'm very happy with the result, thanks to the Kannabia family and Mills Nutrients for collaborating with me. Soon we will upload the review of each of the genetics.
