This week has been wild. I had to cut the sides of the greenhouse as the plants had it bursting at the seams. These girls are all flowering beautifully and starting to frost up. Happy Growing.

Start week 10 , Bio Bloom 4 ml/L + Sensi Cal-Mag Xtra 2 ml/L + CarboLoad 2 ml/L + Top Max 4 ml/L + Overdrive 2 ml/L (Ph 6.7).

2025-04-13 to 2025-04-19 I have started the flush and will be harvesting in the next few days. The aroma on this cultivar at time of harvest is a combination of musky earth and citrus. No nutrients are used the last 10 days.

Costa Mesa Haze is what I am renaming the "Vorneese haze" bag seed from my other grow diary. One of the best flowers Ive ever had in my life. Purchaed from HTC church in Costa Mesa, California in July of 2018. They arent a legit dispensary so they have zero clue who grew it or wtf is, or who grew it. I researched as much as possible and never found anything out. 12 Costa Mesa Haze 4 Blueberry Muffin Went a little OCD with this tent but figured after outgrowing the last one with randomly size plants I'd keep everything the same height as much as possible. Really focused on taking good cuttings of the same size knowing what I wanted this tent to look like. Only running the cree bulbs right now on the light letting them ease into things without stress. Will Veg for 4-5 weeks tops then 12/12.

Week 7 of Veg for these beautiful Apple Betty ladies! It was a stressful week for the girls but they made it❤️ Day 44 - I decided the girls had outgrown their 2 gallon nursery pots and were ready to move on. After a quick cleanup of the stems close to the base, they were ready to go. I like to keep my soil in a Rubbermaid bin, either with a fan lightly blowing, or the exhaust line from my tent blowing at it. Since I started doing this, I have not had any gnats or pests in my grows, of course with regular cleanings and IPM…my mix is Promix HP with about 20% worm castings added to it. This time around, I decided to use some Dynomyco to increase the mycorrhiza count of my Promix HP. This will increase root development by adding all kinds of interconnected webbing and allow for better uptake of nutrients overall. Within an hour or so all of the ladies were transplanted ❤️ x2 in 7 gallon fabric pots, and 1 in a 5 gallon fabric pot ( the 5 gallon will finish in my 2x4 tent) Once the girls bounce back and take hold of their new forever pot, I will be setting up my custom “floating” SCROG net and allowing them some time to get bent and tucked all nice snug before I flip to a flower schedule. She grew great. A few problems but all on my end. Everythig was great responded to topping well. Alot of puple leaves and orange hairs. the buds look lovely and smell like mashed blueberries. not incredibly strong but i imagine that will change after a bit of cure. Super happy with the way she turned out. Dry weight coming soon. will definitely be growing this one again soon.

Week 9 - Day 58 - 02/23 to 2/28 2021 All phone pictures. Very familiar earthy purples/gassy varnish/deep boozy citrus coming in. The accidental HST snap on the main stalk in first week of flower turned into a solid canopy of 7 Bud Sites with the main premature flower already thicker than the first time I grew this strain and cooked it under a humidity dome by accident 🙏 Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Made some caps with homemade thc olive oil from a friend that sent me some "Intergalactic Cable" viewing materials as well 😎 Have to use them fast but been stable for a week and not just starting to come through the gel caps, will have to get something harder next time still a lot left in the bottle. It's 2nd closest to the window and i keep my tent open so when the light is off it's getting a solid 16-18 Celcius helping out the genetic purple pop a bit more in the leaves like the Red Poison next to it, look and smell very similar overall except more Sweet/Candy in the RP and Boozey/Earthy in LSD. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil. The girls are doing well so far. Advanced nutrients in combination with the Lumatek Zeus 600W Pro 3.1 is a killer combo. Also the coco substrate is working well so far. I placed them in bigger pots today . 🌱

She's a healthy lady. No issues this week. I did switch up the lighting this week.

and here we go. another week has passed and she is still doing very well. the stem is nice and thick and the buds are also getting thicker. there is not really much to report. we are at about 12 hours of daylight.

13.4.25: This week has been so busy in the garden! I forgot to take any notes, so I'll see what I can do from memory! 😅 I watered several times this week, and I used Ecothrive Biosys with dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. I watered about 2 litres to each plant. Throughout the week, I've been defoliating all the fan leaves 🍃 The trichomes are looking all milky to me. I stopped watering a couple of days ago, and the pots are totally dry. 14.4.25: Today is Harvest Day! I finally put together my clothes rail, which I'm using to hang my plants on. I purchased a hanging mosquito net for a bed from Amazon. It's black, which will hopefully block out what little light there is in my drying room. Also, to prevent debris from sticking to the buds whilst drying. It hangs from the ceiling so it will just hang over the clothes rail. Additionally, the net will allow good airflow. I put a bit of thought into this method, so I look forward to seeing it in action! 😅 So let's wait a while and find out how much we yielded here! The final dry weight was 3.26 0z. It tastes like herbs, slightly peppery, and smells quite earthy with a hint of pine. Effects are calming, relaxing and melts away stress. It's quite strong stuff. 😃💚✌️🌱👌

Totally surprised by the height and density , I’ve never had such a small plant yield so much , the smell is just fantastic , it’s VERYSTRONG - I cant smoke this in morning .. pros = very strong , relaxing , suitable for lower heights , consistent Cons = VERY SMELLY , takes longer to finish
