The 2 Lemon Cherrys are still outside Im starting to lose hope for the 2 girls but fck it hope will still get smth out. The 2 Lemon Cherrys aint getting any where with the weather atm so I think im just gone give them a few more weeks and hopefully this strain will be good enough for a bit of rosin or IceOLator

Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. Remember, I’m posting new pictures and videos of my plant every day. 🌱 Day 70 - Last Day Before Harvest 🌱 Hey Grow-Friends! 😄 Today marks the final day before harvest, and I couldn’t be more excited! As planned, I’ve kept the plant in darkness for the last 48 hours and haven’t watered it for 6 days. My goal is to let it sit in the dark until this evening, when the time finally comes to chop it down. 🌿✂️ Drying Decisions 🌬️ After much research and considering several factors—especially the high humidity in my tent—I’ve decided to go with wet trimming instead of dry trimming. I know dry trimming is often recommended for better bud quality and taste, but my main concern is avoiding mold at all costs. So, to play it safe, I’ll wet trim the buds, get them into the right size, and then place them in a drying net for about 7 days. Timing Concerns ⏳ I’m still figuring out the best timing for transferring the buds into curing jars. Since I’m wet trimming, I won’t be able to rely on the classic “stem snap test” to check dryness. But we’ll figure that out as we go along! Final Reflections 🌟 It’s been an amazing journey, and although I could push the grow a little further, I believe this is the perfect time to harvest. These clones are growing really fast. I have them in a tent enriched with CO2. I’ve been transitioning them to flower slowly (30 min shorter each day till I hit 12/12) I’ll be fully into the stretch next week as I hit 12/12 lighting schedule tomorrow. I built my soil with super soil concentrate so I’m only supplementing silica with silicic acid and a foliage misting with kelp extract. Other than that they get plain well water from me. I’m heading out of town for 5 days starting tomorrow so I’m excited to see the growth they put on in my absence.

This was a nice taller plant that filled in nice and is extremely delicious. It has a slight orange flavor and smell mixed with a very strong sherbert taste and smell and very dank kushy skunk exhale but I still taste the orange sherbet too and it is mouthwatering and potent. I smoke it at night because it is very strong stuff. Highly recommended strain because it is very strong and very delicious

Just crazy. Stretched so high. Healthy strong branches with lots of bud sites. Defoliation next week

This strain is soo delicious and it is exactaly what they say about it. Strawberries and pears. It doesnt even smell like weed lol. The taste is like the smell except it has a slight kushy dank skunkiness on the exhale. Highly recommended strain. Smells like real fresh fruit. It's very potent weed but it doesn't make me feel burnt out later so I smoke it all day.

Another week of training down. Leaves are starting to smell skunky now and no signs of deficiencies or struggle. Environment has been steady and the Kush has been loving it. Starting the transition to flower (flip is in 2 weeks) so she's been fed a bloom mix and some all purpose to get her ready. Figure it'll be about a week before the slow release is available for the plant and in her system by flip. Fingers crossed, but I'm hoping for explosive growth soon. She's relatively modest in size right now, but getting nice and wide.

My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 209 grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I’m really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I’ve gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I’m incredibly proud of my first results! Unfortunately because they were in the dark when germinated & sprouted they stretched for light quite a bit, which made the stems weak, I had to support some but 1 of the Tropicana Cookies was to weak & bent right over. I tried to stake it to support it but it died a few days later! I have put another Tropicana seed in to a jiffy starter to replace it. Added a fan to help strengthen stems & it has started to strengthen them up allready

This week the alpha plant needed some training but boy did she stretch! I had to defoliate them both but a lot less on the omega plant she's been such a pleasure to watch grow because, up until now I haven't done anything but give her water sunlight and nutrients.

I defoliated all her big leaves never done that before…she took it quite well. I fed her some Fox Farm Tiger Bloom on the first sign of flowering so that should increase her flowering abundance…so far so good!
