This week she has been thirsty,and getting really frosty and producing all her colours/pistols and dank smell,

Aug 30: it’s very hot still but buds are looking really good. Starting to fill in and getting sticky, but still several weeks to go. Likely late September harvest, but it will be a very big yield, likely 500g. Hopefully.

Day 68, nothing to say in particular, I'm gonna harvest a plant in few days I think, trichomes are milky. I'm flushing most of them (even if I use organic nutes, I prefer to flush) but still give nutes to the ones without trichomes. Still thinking if I should do a water curing to remove the thrips ? It's my first harvest ever so I don't know if I'm wise enough for that ! I won't be able to harvest them all at the same time. One is almost ready, some other are just showing their first trichomes. But it's okay, I'll use another room to dry them, it should be fine ! They're not very smelly but when I approach my nose, they do smell weed ahah, I can even notice a little smell difference between the plants, must be because they're at a different stage or maybe because they had a hard time and some are healthier.

Beginning of week.. No more Floralicious Plus.. It just makes the water very nasty. She is drinking like fucking crazy. She keeps drying out pretty quickly so I've been leaving some water in the runoff cup for her to have some extra on days Im not gonna be aroun till lights out.. We will see how that goes.. The leaves are still slowly yellowing.. I guess rOoTbOuNd is the issue?? Maybe?.. for once lol.. I understand tho cuz it is just a 9oz cup.. But she will make it! Got some slight red colors coming through on the tips of some top leaves (see last pic in Beginning of week) and the tips of a very few top calyxes.. Last time this plant was pretty colorful.. Hoping to get even more out of her this time around.. So I'm chilling the water.. Not just in the PM but every watering will be chilled. AM and PM.. About 35°F, I believe.. My PPM/EC/Temp meter doesnt show the correct temp.. Everything reads 50°F.. But it does great reading the TDS.. So it's still a keeper in my eyes lol. Mid week.. The bottom set were pretty yellow and were easy to just tug off.. So I did.. Colas are starting to swell.. Under my 60x loupe, it seems like damnnear all the trichomes are cloudy.. Not many amber just yet.. And I'm not checking the leaves.. I'm checking trichomes on the calyxes.. Like you're supposed to lol.. Alot of people dont seem to realize that.. They see some amber trichomes on a leaf and think its time to harvest when you still got 2, 3.. Maybe even 4 more weeks to go lol.. Just what I've seen alot of.. But I know I'm on the right track.. She is pretty healthy for the most part.. Her clone is getting thick asf too! Lol.. Just 3 little nugs hahah.. I only water/feed it with runoff from her morher that has been a little watered down.. So far shes happy and loving life as well.. Not a bad strain for buy 10 get 10 free.. I wanna see how the White Widow Photoperiod turns out.. May throw one in under the 320H when I get all that set up.. Just waiting for this girl to finish for the most part.. Then I can get started on that. End of week.. Lookin gorgeous asf! Calyxes are turning a little red toward the very tops of the colas.. Leaves are slightly doing the same.. Still some slow yellowing.. But the buds are super happy and healthy.. Still waiting of more pistils to turn.. But she is starting to swell nicely.. I love these girls... Lol.. On to the next...

Took some photos for the Christmast contest! I changed my nickname, I've started on GrowDiaries just to post one question, but it hooked me. Now I need a better brand: Big Beautiful Weed. Just perfect. It's Bud Porn time! New phone, as you can notice, with better camera and allows to use the microscope. So much better! I took a million pictures. Startedtoday, flush at day 60. Probably I should have start to flush the Gelato a bit earlier, is already showing some amber. [UPDATE: No! And is been a mistake realized in week 10, I started flushing too early, still two weeks to go at best from this week 9] Maybe less then a week before I chop her. It will be couchlock, if I have to guess, and is what I was looking for. Overall, and besides the photoperiodic Gelato I had to kill, I'm veeery happy of how is turning out. The colour from Outer Space, that's it. OG Kush Auto in my germination space denands more light, and her diary!

Backing off the feeds a little now that they are coming into the final weeks of flower. Did a good bit of defoliating this week to help get airflow to the lower areas. Happy with the bud growth they are really starting to fatten up now. Onto week 8! 😬✌️

This girl is stacking so nicely for someone who got very little grow time outdoors before the onset of flower. 2nd generation of shogun I have grown but never smoked, so I still don't know if its any good. LoL Something tells me this one is going to be something special. Lets see.

Strain: Lemon AK Breeder: Fastbuds Started from Seed Feminized Autoflower Seed Count: 5 Week 3 11/10/2018 - 11/16/2018 Nutrients are now at 100% strength and plants are all growing nicely and showing good color. Plant #2 had a curving stem issue so I've added a small bamboo stake to straighten her out. After 3 days it seems to be working. Also, I brought the light down to 24” now that the seedlings are well established and used to the spectrum. Speaking of stems … the Fastbuds description mentioned weakness in the first few weeks and the need for support. I've had 2 6” fans creating “windy” conditions since the seeds were planted and I've added some silica to the nutrients to strengthen the plant structure. So far it seems to be working because all of the plants (even the one with "scoliosis") seems to have good support and thickness in the stems. The plants have doubled in size this week and now range from 4” - 7”.

Kinda a leggy one. Leaves are okay, stalk not mis-colored, just trying to get the conditions right. I have other beans going, but this one seems to be lacking something. No, issues, so I’m not going to push it. We relocated the family to the basement. I have a trellis that is almost full and I think I’m past the point I needed to be. The temps are a little lower so we will see what happens.

Bakers delight had a nice cookies smell all the way. A nice layer of trichomes and hard compact buds. A true beauty to the eyes.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. 21.07.2025 Defoliation, Lollypopping, and LST/HST.

Okay so I came up with this incredible method of training that I call "root lining".I figured this out years ago in outdoor season when a deer bulldozed through my med crop and knocked a sweet lady over, that started it all. The plant was completely parallel to the ground with roots growing out of the nodes where contact was made with the ground at the stock. Long story short she ended up being a 14 footer with 6 foot whale dicks! That gave me this little idea that's been non stop producing top quality fat resinous buds. This method increases nutrient uptake and makes a huge difference in quality and size. I essentially main line, really low to the ground, until the stock makes full contact with the ground. I then gently rub the downside of the stock with the back of a butter knife to speed things up and break down the chlorophyll layer. Then I add remo roots gel (see all videos). I then add a sprinkle of coco on top just to barely cover the stock (dont add to thick of a layer as this might "choke" and rot the stock) and mist that spot 2-3 times a day. 3 days later and boom! She'll be pumping out roots and go into full beast mode. Give it a try and you'll never go back!
