Well, I reckon the girls have reached the end and it's time to chop. Trichomes are mostly milky (some amber), so now it's a matter of getting some free time and cut them down. Thanks to all those who follow me on this journey. It won't be long til I start a new experiment in Piquillo's Lil Lab. Of course I will updated before putting them in jars. Happy growing! 😉

Day 53 has broken for the ladies, and I am very pleased with their progress. The buds are visibly getting stronger every day. A few brown leaf tips appeared, but at this stage I don’t care much for them. Overall, they still look very much alive. Day 57: Uppermost leaves are curling up. Could be they are saturated with light and I should reduce the lighting period a bit, could be that the water drop installment provided them with a bit too much water, although they don’t show any more fresh signs of over-watering or fertilisation. But I had to remove water that flooded the bottom of the tank … I’ll reduce their lighting period to 14 hours. Rest of the ladies looks very healthy so I don’t want to stress them too much. It would be better to raise the left light a bit but I cannot. So, although the label says they would grow taller, I can be glad they did not gain more height. Day 58: Buds are really getting massive, and they started to smell a bit more. They even gained 1 cm and tallest bud is now at 89. It’s a very sweet but deep odour, really enjoyable. Lady #2, while being a bit smaller, looks like being in winter. Sugar leaves are enormous on her. I added a detail photo from timelapse video showing some of the curled and slightly burnt leaves. They are not many, and damage does not seem to progress. Anyway, ladies are already late in the game and I am rather surprised they still look very healthy.

Week 11 come along and she finished nicely I already flush her now i just feed her with water and bloombastic and take off all fan leaves to bud recive more energy I will chop her down at day 75 so not long left Today day 72 and guys she is ready but I don't wanna rush so let her 3 more days to get best results

I decided to give the Girls one more veg week while i tried to gently adjust the ph. Although just managed to achieve a 7.5 Plants are getting bigger and I have limited space so they are going to flowering anyway. Guess the ph was high due to dolomite lime I added when measuring with unclaibrated ph meter and got misreaded 5.5ph I plan to add some bokashi and worm castings aiming to get to the 6.5 ph. Girls are looking fine only some leaves yellowing thanks to the ph locking some of the nutes.

2/1 Week 12! Re-introducing the Peak PK in low dose as I begin to migrate the plant to all Peak and then flush I hope all in less than two weeks. Will step things daily, tomorrow it will be 10 ml CT 10 ml Peak with an eye on the ppm. You get the idea, she has to finish and fast. Valuable lesson, don't have anything ever backed up behind a sativa grow waiting on them to finish, it aint worth it. Grow em at the end of a cycle. 2/2 put the feed at 12ml CT 7ml Peak thought maybe its too much of a swing, tomorrow 10 and 10 2/3 10ml of each this morning. Got to move things along, new plan is to begin flush at start of new week this weekend, At flush changing lights to 12/12 , binding her back up just a little, then placing one of the testers on a stand in the tent to take pressure off the veg tent. 5-7 days later we harvest based on what we see. We cannot come up with anything better As far as growth she is doing great, its a heavy plant and the hairs are still straight and 95% white! Build so fast 2/4 All is well Tara really seems to like the 10-10 dose so leaving it for now. Changed light schedule to match the veg tent. This is to accommodate the near arrival of one of the photos. In a few days the plant will have to finish off at 12-12 so the photo can flip. Not ideal but practical from our point of view. Keeping our hopes up here and uttering my characteristic prayer... Please God dont let me foul this up... Amen 2/5 Feeding as before Had to bind her up a bit, she is so heavy we were afraid of her toppling over. Seriously this plant is TOP HEAVY. Which is good I guess 😬 Not flushing till I see it is time, not messing this one up. Dont get plants like this everyday. 2/7 Ending the week with a full tent again Switched lights to 12-12 and bound her up to fit in half the tent, we literally could not come up with anything else for this. She just keeps going and going lol DRY WEIGHT ON RIPLEY! 261 grams Hoped for more but meh sativas. Still nothing to sneeze at 😇

4 weeks into veg, I will be putting them into flower soon and we will see what kind of buds these ladies give us.

Start of week 6 of flowering. Plant 2, survived last week's heat stress and seems to be recovering well. With the new exhaust fan - vivosun 4 inch, 195cfm - my temps have not exceeded 35°c at any time I've spot checked. Hopefully no more issues or setbacks for the rest of this grow.

Okay so I'm trying something new, since I've gone away from a switch to water for the last week flush I harvested the tops and best smalls and packed the cannatrol full. I'm giving the under growth a bit more time to rippen before I harvest that for the the freezer. If this turns out to be a bad idea I'll not do it again in the future. The last long video is what's left in the tent right now. Let me know if any of you have experience doing this. Updated with a bunch of pictured of dried and cured. Ended up with 186g of beautiful flower. 72g of untrimmed smalls I'll make into RSO, I have a lot of back and nerve pain and RSO hands down the only thing that brings me actual relive, I'm late to the party on this one but I set a side part of the grow for it now. I let the under canopy and shorter tops go another 10 days feed at half strength and I'm glad I did, it ripened up nicely and definitely got a lot of color. I forgot to get pictures of that harvest but I will when I pull it from the freezer to wash. My test jar of this washed at 4+% (the last picture). Last update will be results of that wash. Last update on this one, I added a couple hash/rosin pics at the end. She washed from plant to rosin at 4.03% the terps are musky skunk, sweet pastries, and fresh Linen. I'd definitely grow this one again.

Week 15 days 99-105 . I'm am flushing all plants with 1 gallon of filtered water each. I've reduced the light cycle from 18 to 14 hours to reduce heat stress. It may reduce yield as well based on comments I've read in other growers diaries. An oz per plant would be nice. Of course more would be better but an oz makes a pound of cannabutter. Reducing the light hours is reducing the purpleness in the stems of og kush and gorilla glue but Purple chill still has purple stems The Natrona sisters spend their nights in the garage where the temps are 10-15 degrees cooler than in the day temps in the tent. Night temps ranged this week between 63-66 with rh 51-76%. The high rhythm comes after a rain. During the day, I'm keeping the tent open while circulating 2 fans. Day Temps can reach 80 so it gets hot in there. flooded each plant with 1 gal of water. From here forward I will be flushing all plants with filtered water at 1 gal for each plant every other day. Monday, flushed with 1 gal of water. Starting this flush, I added ice to the top of the soil before watering. See photo. This is a stress technique used to force plant phenotype colors. I don't think it will work for mine as I over fed. While I have 3 different strains, they look the same with blue green dominance. Thursday, flushed with 1 gal of water. General comments" After putting the plants in the garage during the night, morning soil temperatures are within a degree of the night air temperature. This has been about 15 degrees cooler (50s) than the tent temperatures (75+). This week our weather has been unseasonably warm so the night temperatures have been 63-71 with Rh 51-70% Tent temps in the day 75-80 and RH 47-59%. trimmed and netted the plants last night, 12/30, and the energy pushed the plants to stretch another 1/2 inch+ this will be the last week of vegetation as I prep this light leaking tent for flower, not a fan of mars hydro at all right now. their poles are the weakest I've encountered yet, too many light leaks and this is the first grow with it. My high cfm fan , which is only a 4", is pulling the fabric too much and causing the leaks to grow a bit. This is not new, its been happening with indoor tents for a while now but I thought a grow company such as MH would have a decent, respectable tent. My solution is Blackout Curtains draped over the sides. However, I am hesitant to do this with the MH tent as the poles for the tent are too weak as it is, tsk tsk tsk mars hydro. will continue to increase the watts the next 6 days HAPPY NEW YEAR a combination of light and fresh soil has made the plants stretch so I will finish tightening up the MH tent today and ill start flower tomorrow, day 62. while adjusting the height I must have nudged the dial for the dimmer and sent it to 184w. this would have been a big jump but manageable but I lowered the light 7" and the plants took a bit of a hit. I adjusted the light back down to 160w and I'll let the plants recover before anymore adjustments.

Sorry it's been three weeks since my last update between work and looking after my son it a bit hectic but quick update I'm in to my second week of flower I'm in day 10 of flower

The plant on the left is starting to get lockout from issues with the autopot valve in that setup. It stays attached and working fine for about a month, and then eventually stops working and I open my tent to see water flooding the autopot. The flooding stays contained in the system thankfully, but destroyed my rootzone pH. The plant on the right is doing fine besides the heat.

They were eating and growing at a fast rate. I had to Increase the water almost 50%. Happy growing
