Hello again and welcome back, Week 6 of veg and the second topping has been completed. the Jack Herer was the best looking one in week 5 it went sideways on me. I think it was a combination of too much light and too much water as I soaked the hell out of the ladies with 7.0 rainwater. the other 5 seem to have no problem with the irrigation and the light intensity. I have a theory that the roots might have hit a concentrated pocket of nutrients in the soil. just a theory on my end. no signs of hunger from them, I am going to flip them on Sunday to 12/12 I wonder if the soil will have enough food to carry them into flower or should I add a PK top dressing when I flip them. any super soil users out there care to leave a comment please do as this is a new method for me. thanks and stay lifted.

Week 7 flower update I figured out what was going on with my plants. My tap water actually contains a lot of carbonates, which means there’s already plenty of calcium and magnesium in it. Because of that, I shouldn’t have been adding 0.5 ml of Plagron CalMag, since that product is really intended for soft water. The extra calcium started pushing the root zone pH locally up to around 6.5. That made nitrogen more available, but at the same time it partially locked out phosphorus. Because of that the flower development slowed down, while cell elongation increased before proper bud growth resumed. As soon as I realized what was happening, I started dropping the PPM pretty aggressively, step by step, and completely removed CalMag from the feed. While the plants were recovering from the salt stress, I also cleaned up the lower weak branches (about 10% max) to help redistribute energy to the stronger tops. Right now I’m focusing on stabilizing the root zone. Current numbers: Input: pH 5.5 / 575–600 ppm Runoff: pH 6.38 / 730–760 ppm Plants are slowly coming out of the stress. They’re drinking 3 times a day, about 15 liters total (7.5 L per plant). The flowers have started growing again, after being stalled for about 3–4 days. Because of the pH imbalance (too much nitrogen and calcium) the plants started stretching like crazy. The branches were growing so fast they were already hitting the lights and the top of the tent. My tent is 180 cm tall and the pots are about 30 cm, so I basically ran out of vertical space. I had to bend the branches almost 90 degrees, laying them over each other just to keep the canopy under control. Some of them are literally tucked under the carbon filter, and the rest are tied down with wire to keep them away from the lamps. Not the prettiest canopy right now, but it keeps everything below the lights and still getting good exposure.

Fimmen + LST gestart. Ik leg mijn planten graag plat💚

previous watering was fed with liquid nutrients, my temperatures are not low so the nutrients come slowly with some intervals giving only water without much runoff occurring a mixture of soil and mycorrhizae for better performance i know i needed calcium and magnesium good the problem was money, i will continue with epsom salt the option i have direct sulfur in the soil has helped me hear a visible change. water ph 6.2 solution temperature 20 ° - 0.50 g of great white mycorrhiza 2 days earlier were sprayed with water without ppm via leaves - lights off to serve as a cooling shower in the heat is great for stomata . Simple led panel added as main light source 260watts being divided to 3 plants in the fullspectro tent model, did not get much difference in temperatures compared to HPS, is more the same spectro ratio and UV to reach more directly in the trichomes and terpenes. Large leaves, like a true sativa even if they are long, go in equally straight and thin shape, trichomes with glands larger than their sister, but this one in front really does not hear physical stress from something just high temperature training, but are very resistant To this, I imagine later on taking this same genetics at favorable temperatures and hydro. A strong smell that I will have to turn to buy a filter, I can not with curious and malicious neighbors need to really contain the smell.

I think the stretch is nearly done, they could have filled out a little better but overall I’m pretty pleased, this is the fewest I’ve run in here and to have it this even and filled out im pleased. If low temps stunt growth we will find out soon, these had a brief stint in the mid 70’s toward the end of veg but they’ve been experiencing sub 50 degree nights for basically the whole run. Anyways, flowers are coming in, probably towards the end of next month, but who knows, they’re never simple. Thanks for checking this out!

Applied 1/3 gal Nutrients by hand on day 1 of week 5. I defoliated leaves and shoots on the second node to build my manifold. I will be keeping the 1st and 3rd nodes on each main creating 8 colas with less topping then traditional Main-Lining. I preformed the 2nd topping on day 2 of week 5( the plants now have 8 shoots each and I will eventually be applying LST to the new 8 shoots).I haven't had any more issues with the Blumats but I am still dialing them in...I'm starting to see the pros of having a digital irrigation system vs my analog, but this is what I have available at the moment plus it's nice not having another wire to plug in 😉 Applied 1/3 gal Nutrients by hand on day 3 of week 5. On day 4 of week 5 I defoliated large fan leaves on well developed shoots on node 1 of mains(will do the same to node 3 of mains when those shoots grow out from the last topping). Applied 1/3 gal Nutrients by hand on day 5 of week 5. It's day 6 week 5 and I'm starting to see some possible issues with over watering and over fertilizing. One of my plants leaves started to claw slightly no burnt tips but I can tell she is slightly unhappy. I will lower the nutrients while making sure when I fertilize I get more runoff. I also dialed back my Blumats so that they water less(I'm starting to see a little green algae forming on the surface of the Coco this tells me it is staying too moist).

Our Zamnesia Super Boof is now in full flowering phase and the moment when the flower begins to seriously swell, the white. still dominates, you need to get out the booster. And when we talk about boosters we only think of one name: Green Sensation. ** Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the techniques indicated and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. In this diary we find the plant worked with the main lining, it reacted quite well but is not very suitable for this technique. Maybe a repeated topping on this plant is better. We are in a 100% organic configuration, the soil is recycled Promix + 1/3 fresh soil + 10% Perlite + RQS Mycorrhizae Mix (4 g in the mix, 1 g under the small fiber pot). We have moved on to the advanced flowering program. We fertilize with: // 1 ml/l Sugar Royal - 3 ml/l Alga Bloom - 1 ml/l Power Buds - 1 ml/l Green Sensation All nutrients are available from Zamnesia: https://www.zamnesia.io/en/531-growshop/476-fertilizers We always have the excellent mycorrhiza from RQS running through the soil. https://www.zamnesia.io/5778-mix-micorrhiza-easy-roots.html Leafy's Strain of the Year ---- // https://www.zamnesia.io/en/13317-zamnesia-super-boof-seeds.html Zamnesia Brief Description // Here's your chance to grow one of the most sought-after strains of recent years: Super Boof, crowned Leafy's Strain of the Year in 2024, and rightfully so. Derived from Black Cherry Punch and Tropicana Cookies, this indica-dominant hybrid (70%) takes the already great traits of its predecessors to new heights. Grow it at home to find out for yourself. The whole world of growing and much more is at Zamnesia: just take a look at the site and you will find "the best that nature has to offer" in various shapes and colors. The new strains are fantastic and the old ones are no exception... -- // www.zamnesia.com

FINISHED THE FIRST WEEK OF FLOWER, THEY REALLY FILLED OUT NICE FROM THE MAJOR DEFOLIATION I DID 3 WEEKS IN A ROW .SEEDS PUT INTO THE SOIL ON JUNE 22ND SORRY TO EVERYONE WHO TRIES TALKING TO ME....I STILL CANT TALK TO ANYONE BECAUSE I TRIED CHANGING MY EMAIL ON HERE AND IT MESSED EVERYTHING UP. I CANT LIKE ANYTHING OR COMMENT ON ANYTHING. THE WORST IS I CANT JOIN CONTESTS STRIVE NUTRIENTS IS THE BEST IVE EVER USED. A MUST TRY AND I BUY IT MYSELF. GOT A SAMPLE LAST YEAR AND ITS SO GOOD I BOUGHT MORE. ITS A 2 PART POWDER NUTRIENT THAT DISSOLVES IN MINUTES AND YOU MIX THE SAME STRENGTH OF THE 2 PART NUTRIENTS FROM WEEK 2 UNTIL THEY ARE FINISHED (BESIDES THE FLUSH), NO MORE BULLSHIT OF SWITCHING TO BLOOM FERTILIZER. THATS MY FAVORITE THING BESIDES THE RESULTS. CHECK EM OUT AND BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ BECAUSE ITS NO BULLSHIT, AWESOME FRIENDLY AND HONEST PEOPLE

Week 2 - Vegetation | Purple Haze Pheno A Hello everyone, and welcome back to another update from the 12/12 From Seed adventure. This week we continue following Purple Haze Pheno A as she settles into her new home and begins building momentum for the weeks ahead. The environmental conditions remained stable throughout the week, allowing the plant to focus entirely on growth and root development following last week’s transplant. One interesting observation becoming increasingly noticeable is the growing difference between the two Purple Haze phenotypes. While both plants remain healthy and continue progressing well, Pheno A has started pulling ahead slightly. The difference is not dramatic, but it is now clearly visible. A few days of age difference at this stage can have a surprisingly large impact on development, and the fact that Pheno B spent additional time in a smaller container likely contributes to the gap we are beginning to observe. For now, however, the spotlight belongs to Pheno A. Growth this week has been exceptional. The plant has maintained a beautiful structure with excellent symmetry and strong vigor. The fourth node is now fully established and the fifth node is already forming, with the first four-finger leaves beginning to emerge. Every new set of leaves appears larger and more developed than the last, showing that the root system is becoming increasingly active following transplantation. The color remains exactly what we hope to see at this stage. Rich healthy green foliage covers the plant from top to bottom, while leaf posture remains upright and confident throughout the photoperiod. Internodal spacing is tight and controlled, creating a compact structure that should provide a solid foundation for the flowering stretch later in the cycle. Looking from above, the plant displays the kind of balanced architecture that makes weekly progress especially rewarding to document. Each node is stacking neatly, growth is occurring evenly across the entire plant, and new development appears almost daily. The transplant performed during the previous week appears to have been accepted without issue. Rather than slowing down, the plant responded by accelerating growth and increasing overall vigor. This is always a positive sign and suggests the roots are rapidly colonizing the available medium. As always, consistency remains one of the most important tools in the garden. Stable environmental conditions, regular observations, and simple daily routines continue to do most of the heavy lifting. Sometimes the best thing a grower can do is provide a healthy environment and allow the plant to express its genetic potential. Overall, Week 2 has been a very successful one for Purple Haze Pheno A. She enters the next stage healthy, vigorous, and full of promise, and we are excited to see how this classic genetic continues to develop in the weeks ahead. Thank you to everyone following along, liking, commenting, and sharing advice throughout the journey. Your support, encouragement, and knowledge help make these diaries far more enjoyable to create. A special thank you as always to Zamnesia for the genetics, Plagron for the nutrition, and to all the growers documenting their own adventures and helping build such a fantastic community. Until next week, Growers Love and happy growing everyone.

Hi there! First week I have looked after the plants alone and they are excellent. Fruit Tree is getting the fastest and the densest buds plant beyond them so I think she is the fastest. No more ferilization for her just clean water every day I am planning to harvest at the beggining of February. Rest of them look fine maturing with time buds getting thick. All good so far back.next week.

They´re bouncing back from the suspected overfeed after a recently flush 😊 Aptus is no joke... be gentle with this stuff! 😬 The training continues with the removal of the bending clips and introduction of the ScrOG net and some needed light defoliation! 😎 They are ready to FLOW! 😍
