Dried straight on parchment-lined trays. Shawty's a super strong strain, 100% nighttime weed. Shawty total dry weight: 69g. Taste wise right now: mostly pine/forest with hints of skunk popping up here and there (not all buds). Aroma is gassy/diesel mixed with licorice, but it'll probably shift after curing. Occasionally get some berry vibes in places. Jury's still out too soon to call it. Shawty didn't smell strong at all during flower, so her aroma is much less pronounced/intense compared to Punchline. Surprisingly, Punchline has a way louder and more pungent smell. Spent roughly 4 to 4.5 hours on trimming this whole harvest. Not too bad, but my hands are done lol All the trimming leftovers are going straight to BHO Will update later once the flavors and aroma really pop and get more pronounced after curing

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Lots and lots of rain! Heavy clouds and no sunshine this week has been terrible. I found a few spots of mould on the girls so chopped a few buds away . Kept the good stuff to dry and bad stuff is going to be used to making hash! (I always keep trimmings in the freezer). Worried about watering them also as this will only encourage the mould 😕 next week will probably be the final week as I’m going to cut losses and chop em down. Lesson learned. Get a proper green house!!

September 23 2019 6AM- Here we are! Week 10! Feels like just yesterday they were seedlings! Great bud growth, frostier than frosty the snowmans ass! 🤣. Going to get a microscope to look in there and see if they are milky yet or not! More and more hairs are going orange, i have been lollipoping these bad girls like crazy. So damn cool!😱 September 24 2019 6PM- The Smell is so sweet it is amazing, almost like candy! i took some popcorn buds and they are currently drying! that is where i got those sugar leaves from, i continue to defoliate the bigger leaves covering the buds from all that beautiful light.😘 September 25 2019 7AM - Today i started the flawless finish by advanced nutrients!!😎 September 25 2019 6PM -The buds have honestly thickened up over night it seems to happen as i blink lol i love growing, amazing strain! definitely recommend this strain for beginners as you can see i made many mistakes! September 26 2019 6PM - i took the videos and photos when i took the ladies outside for the first clean water flush through the whole thing. i will continue flawless finish both are looking amazing. the smell is so good, Those popcorn buds i took off are so amazing i can not wait to have the full finished product!😍
