Week 7 Update: Welcome to the Jungle! (Flowering has officially begun) General Observations: Week 7 is here, and the stretch is on! The plant has officially transitioned into the flowering phase. As you can see from the photos, bud sites are developing rapidly all over the plant, and there is an explosion of white pistils (hairs) at every top. The plant seems incredibly happy and vigorous right now. Training & Canopy Management: The Low Stress Training (LST) has been paying off massively. You can see in the close-up shots how the green LST clips and wire ties have successfully kept the main stem bent and the canopy even. Because of this, multiple colas are reaching the top of the canopy and getting an equal share of the light. The stems are thickening up nicely to support the future buds. I'm keeping a close eye on the clips and wires to ensure they aren't choking the stems as they grow thicker. Plant Health: Overall health is excellent. The foliage is a lush, dark green, indicating that nitrogen levels have been solid through the vegetative stage. No major signs of stress, pests, or deficiencies. The leaves are praying upwards, which means she is loving the light and current environmental conditions. Next Steps for this Week: Nutrients: Now that she is heavily developing flowers, I will be adjusting/continuing the bloom nutrients to give her the Phosphorus and Potassium (P-K) she needs to swell those buds, while slowly easing off the Nitrogen. (Edit this part based on your actual feeding schedule) Defoliation: I might do some very light defoliation of the lower, shaded leaves that aren't getting light, just to improve airflow and direct the plant's energy strictly to the top colas, but I don't want to stress her out too much during the stretch. Environment: Keeping humidity in check as the bud sites get denser to prevent any future issues. Looking forward to seeing these little puffballs swell up over the next few weeks! Happy growing! 🌱✌️

Everything is looking great ! Cheese is nearly done, it is starting to show amber. Maui is very happy and smells amazing, it just glistens with tri-chromes. Buttercream is doing well but I think it will take a week or two longer than the others. Blueberry is looking awesome very large thick dense buds. No Blueberry smell but a very strong plant otherwise. *Update Buttercream gelato started throwing Banana's so I removed it from the room. I trimmed it down and did not notice any other signs of hermaphroditism but I will still harvest the plant now just to be safe. There have been no issues with light or heat fluctuations at all, nothing that would trigger it to Hermie that I can think of which makes me think genetics are the issue. I have One other Buttercream going that was cloned before this one went into flower. If it hermies late in the bloom like this one has I will remove the strain from my rotation. I am not particularly pleased with the structure of Buttercream for scrog in any case. The plant that I took down had very large bud sites but were no where near as dense as the other strains in the tent.

Sadly missed a week due to personal reason.. Anyway way this forbidden runtz is outstanding... she's grown so fast. She's smelling really good at the min.. Not a lot has change fees wise. Iv given her some boost so won't be long now.

Jan 24 2018 My girls were under a 150watt cfl and an additional 80watt for past 3 days my Bloom channel died on my ( just repaired LED) and sent it back . Today I received a brand new LED to replace old one. Great customer service and the girl's look no worse off . new led running 100% grow and bloom channels.

Hello my friends growers This week I've got more and more yellow leaves, Do you think it's a carence, water excess, precose senesence? I don't what I need to think, or if just normal, I just give her water two times per week. 0.6l x 2. Fertilizer 1/2 times. I think I'll harvest end of this month or start December. If no, bud are biggest each day, and smeel really sweet. I've also started pk 13 14 this week. Sorry not lot pic's this week , I've broke my phone and lost several pic's. Have a good week 😁😁

Week 10 is probably my last nutrient feeding. One of these plants looks like she is less than two weeks away.

######################################### HARVEST (Day 93 / June 4) ######################################### ----------------------------------------------------------- GROW SUMMARY ----------------------------------------------------------- Grown in 4x4 tent - but I only used 2x2 space because of heater and dehumidification and other plants (Outlier Z). This plant used a dedicated CMH 315 light. The plant was grown in hydroponics using a custom single-site PA hydroponics clone RDWC system with Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco line, Microbial Mass and Orca for beneficials. I also experimented with Rapid start in the RDWC system, but I didn't see explosive root growth relying on Rapid Start as an additive to the system verse using it when starting in rapid rooters which worked well. All around a pretty easy grow and things went very well. Topped twice for a mainline structure and she really spread out. Sparkling golf ball size nugs down the branches and spaced out nicely. The scent off her was like burned rubber/tires or maybe fresh blacktop. A single water change which was only performed when switching to bloom nutrients around week 7. ----------------------------------------------------------- HARVEST ----------------------------------------------------------- No dark period and no flush. On day 93 she was chopped and hung to dry. ----------------------------------------------------------- DRYING ----------------------------------------------------------- Entire plant hung upside down for 15 days. The temps were dialed in at 60F by using the S6 intake fan pulling air from the AC through intake vent on side of the tent. Humidity was dialed in at 63%/60F for 24hr, 62%/60F for the next 48hr. Then 60%/60F for the third day and onward. AC Infinity T6/S6 exhaust and intake fans were on the setting of '2' during drying until day 7, then I could turn down to a setting of '1' once the plants were not transpiring excess moisture. Trimmed on day 18. Then the jars were left open in the tent for another 12 more days for a full 30 day dry at 60%/60F while rolling the jars frequently. Also ran dehumidifier in the tent but it only ran for 1-2 minutes every hour because the AC was doing most of the dehumidification on the intake. ----------------------------------------------------------- TRIMMING ----------------------------------------------------------- Trimming was an absolute breeze. All swelled nuggets, very little sugar leafs left to trim. ----------------------------------------------------------- CURING ----------------------------------------------------------- Flower product was transferred to 1L mason jars averaging 35g of product per jar. I added a mini hygrometer to each jar and chose not to use a boveda this time. The RH averaged 62-64% when trimmed flowers went in jars. Jars were left open in the tent for a total dry time of 30 days from harvest keeping the tent at 60%/60F. Once closed, the jars were burped once a day for the first seven days, once every other day for the next seven days, rolling jars often. The burp was only for 3-5 second for air exchange until a. 62% was maintained in the jar. ----------------------------------------------------------- YIELD ----------------------------------------------------------- * Weight calculated at 62% humidity after 30-day dry and 14-day cure. ============================== FLOWER PRODUCT ============================== 180.41g (6.44oz) ============================== TRIM PRODUCT ============================== 57g (2.03oz) ** All major fan leaves, stems, and branches removed from trim product. ============================== TOTAL OVERALL YIELD ============================== Total: 238.41g (8.51oz) ============================== SPACE YIELD ============================== 238.41g / 4 sqft (2x2 canopy) = 59.60g per sqft ============================== WATTAGE YIELD ============================== 315 Watts / 4 Square Foot (3x4 canopy) = 78.75 watts per sqft. 238.41g / 315 watts = 0.76 grams per watt ----------------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT TEST ----------------------------------------------------------- Bag appeal is top-notch. Trichome covered, with aromas of that unique 'kush' you can quickly identify based on experience. Best OG Kush I've ever tried, hands down! The flavour is kushy, smoke is smooth and definitely my favorite strain in my tote of cured harvests at the moment. I can't keep my hands off of the jars. Definitely not a daytime strain, even for experienced users, although I'll use it in the afternoon when life is throwing curve balls. The effects rise you up, then sets you right down and will wash away all that anxiety after a long day. Put it this way....if I puff a few hours before bed, I still feel it the next morning when I peel my eyes open. No joke. I'll definitely be growing this one again, maybe even next run because I'll be sad when I run out. ----------------------------------------------------------- REGRETS ----------------------------------------------------------- Not running more of this amazing plant. ----------------------------------------------------------- NEXT RUN ----------------------------------------------------------- This was the first run at my new residence so it will take some time to get it dialed in. I had some calibration issues which are now fixed. I'm going to be shooting for 1gram per watt on the next run. ----------------------------------------------------------- FINAL THOUGHTS ----------------------------------------------------------- DarkOwl is the best autoflower I've grown yet. I'm now eager to give the Bruce Banner #3 they released a run and will surely acquire future releases from DarkOwl. ----------------------------------------------------------- THE END ----------------------------------------------------------- Thanks for checking out my diary! Delayed update, had some time off, she's looking great, can't belive how frosty she is already! I crashed my drone so this will be the last drone shots until parts come in. Amazing weather, hot, dry, lots of sun, she's happy for sure. Some light defoliating inside cannopy, majority's been done already, I'll probably just let the rest ride it out. Will start BT spray in a few days once the upcoming rain subsides. Doing a shot of Kelp, Silica, Monster Maxx and Molasses weekly till harvest. Compost tea next week as well as another top dress, in the home stretch. Should eek put another 4 weeks easy, may shoot for longer if the budrot isn't an issue and the rain stays away.

Week 6 beginning here and it seems that this will be definitely the best plant from the first wave of plants that I ever grew in my whole life. She looks healthy and keeps growing a lot. Last week I've started an LST training, and for this week I had to put a scrog on the tent because I have a short tent and I don't want to give a chance to the LED panel to burn the buds. I'm trying to stick with the minimum distance of 75cm from the top of the plant. Let's see what will happen.

Harvesting An ELEPHANT !!! And after 118 day from seed and 101 from wen she started her mix veg/flowering process, i cant say for sure but i am starting to believe that this auto world do veg, then veg and flower in conjunction for a wile and only after they a wile they move to a flowering stage completely but thats another post another day lol today was harvest day for this Auto Elephant from SSSC , and let me tel you she is a delight with huge fruits, so big that i normally cut and hang the all plant and for this i did not take the risk of doing that and getting bud rot , better safe than sorry, so what i broke her in smaller peaces and put it all in the rack. Now not much to do than waiting for it to get around 10/15% humidity and jar with it all. This one as you guys can see from the video , this is a full covered in trichomes BIG MAMA and touching her is like touching super glue or something lol i was trying to put all the colas in one picture , but is simply just not possible , they all look great so i selected 4 of them for a true back back ground <3 Thank you Super Sativa Seed Club for this opportunity, i fell like a champion no matter what with this 2 Mamas, much respect on the work you guys did on this Elephant As always thank you all for stoping by for your love and for it all, i fell humble and honored

1 week flowering,side branching seems to be minimal on this strain,hope I'm wrong.Very uniform in growth compared to each other.Signs of good Gene's.Will be feeding a fully saturated to run off in the next few days
