Starting to really stretch nice. Drinking a good amount of water at this point. About half a gallon every 3-4 days. Feeding them lightly, bout 1/4 strength once a week.

I put the plants into an NFT system couple weeks ago. I could have waited a bit longer for the plants to develop a stronger root system before placing the rockwool cubes into NFT but I was being impatient because of the slow start and wanted to get the plants under proper light. Now two weeks later they are growing well with good root development. I switched the lights to flowering cycle about a week ago so they should start stretching soon. No preflowers yet.

2024-08-17 in my garden standing 2 Tangerine Snow Plants One was growing Indoors, and was already harvested, and is revegetationg now and it looks promising The other Plant was the most Time of her life Outdoors, and is in flower for week 2 now ( almost week 3 because the last Update was 10 Days ago. i made videos and Photos of Both plants the outdoor lady drinks and eats a lot She sits in a 15l Smartpot, and drinks around 5liters per day ( i have to give her water twice a Day because its quite hot. shes around 160 cm tall and shows already lovely buds ( entering week 3 of flower) i need to get more of these Genetics for next year, shes one of my favourite Genetics but thats what i tell every week to me the perfect plant. BREEDER INFO Tangerine Snow F1 Fast Feminised is a 75% sativa, four-way cross of (Boost x Tangelo) with (Lavender x Power Plant). This Fast F1 hybrid is bred from Cali genetics and boasts great citrus terps, high resin production for extracts, high levels of THC, very good yields and excellent mould resistance. Tangerine Snow F1 Fast can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. Indoor flowering times are between 8 - 10 weeks while harvest time in northern latitudes is during September while in the southern hemisphere growers will be harvesting during March. Recommended climate regions are hot, dry, humid and warm. These are tall, semi-branched plants that grow in excess of 200cm and display a high degree of vigour with very good uniformity. In common with many other heavily sativa-dominant strains, Tangerine Snow F1 Fast offers excellent resistance to mould as well as to plant pests and diseases. 04/09 - Started minor defoliation. Shes getting too bushy and blocking bud sites and causing moisture spots. Will remove a couple of leaves every other day for the next week. 05/09 - Full res change. Realised I mucked up the ratio. Went 35ml Micro, 25ml grow, (Shouldve been the other way around, so added an extra 10ml grow), 15ml Bloom and 15ml Silica. EC 1.4, PH 5.7. Will keep an eye on her and add some additional grow if she does alright. 06/09 - Minor defoliation. Removed about 12 leaves total so far. LST to spread the canopy a little more. PH stable at 5.8, EC at 1.4, Water level dropping. Seems to be stretching and pistils have begun to form! Responding well to the uptick in nutes from the res change. 07/09 - Leaf tucking, LST and took a leaf or two. Shes getting her stretch on for sure. PH stable at 5.8, EC stable at 1.4. Water level still dropping. 09/09 - After much deliberation, I ended up going for a fairly heavy defoliation session and am now going to leave her the hell alone until at least mid flower. I removed a large chunk of shaded leaves and bud sites and effectively ended up lollipopping her. I also removed all the old LST, and added a couple to pull leaves out of the way. The canopy remains largely unchanged, but shes much more airy now, and Im seeing far fewer damp spots where leaf perspiration has occured. Now to see if I can keep my hands off for a few weeks!

Potted up four gorilla girl xl in to 5 gal pots, using plagron light mix.🇬🇧 moistened the The soil gently in advance with 1l regular tap water and 4ml root juice. Using gloves pushed the seed just under the soil. dusted over With a bit more soil, added A tiny bit more water gently as possible and finally covered with humidity domes *Day 2, all four seeds germinated over night, chuffed! removed Humidity domes *Day 3, Two of the Four seeds are expressing yellowing, one just Having 1 yellow leaf. I’m guessing this was down to the seed case partially being stuck. and or bad ph. Ph up and down on route. *Day 4, mixed up a litre of cal-mag buffed Tap water, left out to dechlorinate/come to room temp and watered accordingly. Plant’s #1 and #2 progress. Plant 3# yellow leaf dropped. Plant 4# stunted but think she’ll be ok *Day 5, gave mini feed bio- grow and cal-mag then ph to 6.0. I changed the light cycle to 18hrs on, 6 off also *Day 6, possible nitrogen toxicity:/, just water from now

Day 29. Going into pre flower. Expecting a big stretch like my last run with Twisted Trees. Alien Moonrocks by them is the best weed I've ever grown.

Its smell has changed a bit as well, its not as fruity as it was earlier on or its diluted by all the other smells in the tent, might be a sign I am giving them to much water at a time as well. Still giving them a 2:1 or 2.5:1 grow vs bloom nutrient. Its helping with some of the pink stems from last week. Feeding strength is up .2 point to reach 900ppm or aorund 1.8EC will leave it here fro the remainder of Veg. Prob will do for 2 more weeks then flip to flower as I just topped them and want to give them some time to recover. NPK ratio of 7-7-14 1:1 equal parts grow/bloom. It’s a okay but one hermied on me but this is not something I wouldnt grow again

2/10/24. The girls grew a ton this week. The temperature has gotten warmer (staying around 80 in tent) They were growing more slowly in the lower 70’s previously. They seem to like it hot. The leaves have lightened in color so I’ll be feeding them again and see where we wind up. For the most part Ive just allowed them to grow pretty naturally just to see what they do. They are looking a bit in a need of some defoliation and I think I’ll try trellising them tomorrow to spread them out a bit. In all everything seems to be going well so far.

2/17/24 - Day 103 - The flush starts today! By Thursday I'll be giving her the chop. 2/19/24 - Day 105 - Flush is going well. Buds are still plumping up nicely. 2/21/24 - Day 107 - Ok this is the last day shes at the end of the Flush. Ill start a new week tomorrow, when I open the box up at 9am its chop time! I spent the day preparing, cleaning my workspace. Gathering all my tools, gloves, drying racks, etc. Here are the last pictures you guys are going to see of her growing. Enjoy!

Sep 7: what a great plant. Totally love how it’s going. Flowers keep getting fatter and heavier and she’ll be done before the end of September. Sep 8: there a tree root sticking up a bit in my yard which means the plant can be tilted toward the late afternoon sun. This is helpful because the sun is getting really low to the horizon already and we’re down to 13 h of daylight. Plus now direct sun is done in my yard by about 6 pm. Indirect light is okay but you really want direct sun at all times. Videos shows use of 730 nm far red light at dusk. Just a few seconds is all it takes to set the plant into dark mode two hours faster. It’s a bloom booster because you get two bonus hours of darkness or a 26 h day. Very effective but don’t miss a night and you have to adjust the timing each night. When starting this on July 20 Civil Twilight, as listed on timeanddate.com for my location, was at 9:45 and today it was at 8:40 pm. The red light at dusk is a highly recommended trick if you have daily access to your outdoor plants. Also works indoors, of course, and on autos too. Also I think it helps ‘stabilize’ the plant by emphatically putting it into dark mode, and therefore less susceptible to stray light to cause a hermie. Have not had hermie problems in four seasons of using the red light so that is my only ‘proof’ but it is true so far, even with taking flash pics before using the red light. Sep 9: getting heavier and now more branches are weighed down and slumping against the scrog net. Nice problem to have, I know, and without the scrog net some of the branches would be breaking off now. She’s now officially too big and too top heavy to keep moving around the yard in pursuit of direct sun. Sun is much lower to horizon now and direct sun hours are dropping too. Sep 10: getting close to done and getting very top heavy. Awesome. Sep 12: raining today. Has been cool last few nights and some purple colour is just starting to show. I don’t want to overdo fertilizer near the end, but I decided she is showing K deficiency. I’m out of malted barley but I still have potassium silicate, so I used that and some cal-mag. I’m avoiding kelp and molasses or using more P at this late stage because that can make the dried bud hard to burn and that really sucks. So, potassium silicate and cal-mag it is. The potassium silicate raises the pH and it takes about the same volume of vinegar to get the pH down. A good does of acetate is likely good for the bugs in the soil too. Then a squirt of Dr Bronners soap as a surfactant and that also supplies some biodegradable carbon for the bugs in the soil. Seems to work overall and is cheap.
