Week 18 Daylight 12h40 - ☀️7h40/20h20🌙 🌈Weather changed a lot during this 2 week, alternating sun and rain with medium temperature: low in the morning 8°C and 22/24°C the afternoon. Cold wind: Autumn is coming soon! 🍃 This is the middle of the flowering cycle for 2 plants and the beginning for the others; and it’s harder than I imagined. Interminable war against pests: caterpillars and leafminer flies (+ guest :aphids). However the environment is clean, there is some sticky traps, ventilation and preventives treatments (Neem Oil, Garlic/Laurel) but infestation are a recurring problem 😩. Majors reasons of the proliferation are the hot temperatures in greenhouse, the quasi inexistants natural predators, humidity, plants proximity. September is the reproduction period of the cabbage looper: a butterfly which lays eggs on plants giving some hungry caterpillars. Some others pests are attracted by the nitrogen added in soil (batguano) I did a serious defoliation, continue to check the plants morning and night to catch intruders, sprayed regularly with Neem oil. For the moment the flowering continues. -Brake Pad Breath: plant has definitely changed of physiognomy, branches are covered by a lots of resinous flowers with a pretty good smell. Indica dominance. Around 3 or 4 weeks till the harvest. It will be long: the plant is a victim of pests and caterpillars and lots of leaves are damaged. -Flash Back#2: elegant plant, pretty good flowering since 3 weeks. Globally healthy despite of the pests aggression. Sativa dominance with long internodes distance and a vigorous stretch. -GMO x Zombie Kush: same difficulties against predators, late flowering, just initiated the flowering process but in a good way. -Royal Moby: the tallest one; around 170cm, not really adapted to dimensions of the growing space and not discrete. Plants was really shocked during the first wave of pests and after the sunburn. Day 3 of flower & these ladies are stretching great! We are having a bit of a calmag Deficiency right now but currently in the process of trying to fix it so hopefully they bounce back! The Gelato OG from seedsman is a monster to only be 42 days old not sure if I just got a good pheno or what happened but compared to the other gelato beside it from the same bag it looks like a completely different plant! Can’t wait to see how the buds turn out! Die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist jetzt ca. bei 40-45 % 💧 Die ersten Anzeichen der Vorblüte kamen gegen Ende der letzten Woche zum Vorschein. Die Vegetationsphase ist somit beendet, nun beginnt der Stretch und die Blütenbildung.🌱🍁 Deshalb beginne ich ab diese Woche mit dem Blütedünger. Vodoo Juice soll weiter die Wurzeln stärken während sie in die Höhe schiesst. Es bleibt nicht viel Zeit bei Autos.👀🌲

Harvest was amazing some flowers diffrent then others but cus of my noob box and all i am rly imprest and heppy abaut whole journey,this site helped me alooot!!!TYWM!! First the trichomes then the plumping. Still at trichome production they all smell great. Gorilla Zkittles, Gelat.og, and elderberry smell soooo damn sweet and dank. GZ has this orange spice smell. 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Last week with me not here, the girls seem happy still on the photos and videos I’ve gotten from my flatmate. They are very very bushy so apparently it’s hard to close the tent, so will need to do some serious pruning when I’m back at the start of the week.

She spread her wings this week. Lower leaves widened and color deepened. I added more Bio365 around her base to support the stretch and keep her rooted. No top dress. No sprays. She’s growing in silence, absorbing the rhythm of the light. Every new node a sign she’s preparing. No water was added this week, and the self-watering reservoir was maintained.

A wonderful cherry smell! Probably the best terpene profile so far!

Tag 14 - Beginn der 3 Woche. Die Pflanze wird nicht mehr besprüht und die Luftfeuchtigkeit wird niedriger gehalten. An Tag 9 der letzten Woche wurde die Pflanze gedüngt. Nährstofflösung: 1 ml/l - B-52 Advanced Nutrients. 1 ml/l - Voodoo Juice Advanced Nutrients. 0,5 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Grow Part A 0,5 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Grow Part B Davon hat die Pflanze 250ml an Tag 9 erhalten.

This is a pretty casual diary — just tracking for my own purposes mostly. Been trying some new strategies to increase temperature and humidity in the tent. She’s just flipping over to flower now — I wasn’t sure weather I would top the plant... but I decided to this one time just in the edge of flower — didn’t want to do it earlier to avoid inducing flower

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht.
