🌿Week 4: Defoliation & SCROG Setup Week 4 was all about structure and airflow. The canopy was getting bushy fast, with a ton of inner growth, so we went in for a solid defoliation session across the board. Lower fans, overlapping leaves, and shaded internodes were cleaned up to let light penetrate deeper into the canopy and reduce potential humidity traps. Right after that, we finally dropped the SCROG net, stretched out gently across the canopy to guide the branches horizontally and prep for flower stacking. Some of these phenos are already reaching for the sky, so the timing felt just right. Captured a full-time-lapse clip of the defoliation + netting process. It’s super satisfying watching the chaos turn into clean lines. Nature meets intention. Feed Bloom since 20/6 22/6 Defoliation 🌱 Plant Response: After defol, they bounced back fast. Tops are perky, leaves are praying, and stretch is continuing in a controlled way. The structure’s more open now — better airflow, better light distribution, better everything.

Really impressed with dry harvest amount. 7.8 ounces of buds. I used my trim bowl to trim and came out with 3.5 ounces off trim which will be used for edibles. Really sweet smell coming off these buds. They are lovely.

Another week has brought more bud development and some nice blue/black/purple hues to the buds. I did some top dressing again and also added some super soil and ewc to the top dress as well. She is a hungry plant. I also watered with some Fish Emulsion this week. It stinks but the ladies love it!! Can't wait to see what another week brings!!

Beginning of week.. They are happy and healthy.. Feeding every other watering this week with half a dose of CALiMAGic and half a dose of FloraMicro.... Adding in some Floralicious Plus along with the MYCO+.. Not on the nutes list here so I'm just adding it in here.. Mid week... They are lookin good.. Been watering daily.. Gonna try to see if I can get away with every other day.. They got a good, late watering today so they should be good for 48 hours in between waterings.. This medium has ALOT of Springtails.. Those fuckers are really getting annoying.. They dont seem to hurt the plants (as far as I can tell).. But when you're seeing literally probably 100,000 every day in the runoff.. I'm a little nervous of any issues to arise. But so far the plants are looking great.. Growing.. Happy.. Healthy.. 😁 End of week.. Whoops.. Didnt get a chance to take any pics.. The girls are loving life it seems, topping was successful and life is good in the room. In a couple of days I'm going to do some lst and get them flipped.

Hey all, Its been a few weeks so lets take a peak at our Blueberry manifold. Last time we topped our girl down to the 3rd node and removed all other growth except the two growth tip and their fan leaves. Over the past two weeks shes continued to grow an addition four pairs of leaves on each arm. This wee we will cut those branches back to the 3rd node and then clean all other growth from the plant except what remains on the 1st and 3rd node of each side. This should give us 8 main colas that will grow up from these eight remaining growth tips. Continuing to feed as normal while trying to get the soil PH up to a proper level.

So WHY is this auto taking so damn long to mature??? Is this normal? It's my first hydro grow, but my wife's soil grow started after mine (more than a week) + was grown in the exact same room .... but has been harvested over the past TWO weeks. Thoughts? Not much needed doing this week. Did a huge trim mid week that was posted to a mid week update in last week's diary entry. She didn't like it at first but then bounced back pretty well. I think I have a very slight touch of nutrient burn on some of the tips, but it could also be a touch dry as we're having a hard time keeping the room over 40% humidity as the outdoor temps here are stupid cold recently. Hoping to harvest in 2 weeks or so.. but could be longer. Urgh. She's a big, bountiful, heat-loving lady that's finally a under a bit of vegetative control... but apparently REALLY likes to take things slow.

Hey Cannafam, Well weve reached the end for this gorgeous gal, i did want to leave her another week but ive been informed that my landlord wants to inspect the property in 2 weeks, so shes come down and needs to be dried jarred and the tent put away! In the final week i managed to flush her and the light was dailed down to 56%(61 watts). Again humidity was high at 70% with 23c temp, VPD of 0.84 and DLI at 35. Although i was not able to control the environment completley in her final weeks, this gal has performed like a champ, she has built solidly throughout with a maximum of 80 watts from my little rig so a really energy efficient grow 😊 Trimming was very difficult, as she was so low down ive wet trimmed in the pot some and then had to dig to cut her main stem. She was just one massive brick of bud when i took her down 😁 and i must say i definitely fell in love with this chunky woman. Further trimming will be done when shes dried out more and il update with the final dry weight and smoke report later. Really impressed with this strain it was slow at first and took off and never stopped got about 4.4 oz would of been more if i didnt test it

Flushing for 14days now give another fee days ppm is 1240 next few days they will go in to darkness for 24 hours after that they will hang to dry for 10 to 14days

Finally broke out of the shock that they were in.

Final week to be harvested… purple fade on big fan leaves

She is still bulking. White pistils are starting to turn brown. She is starting to smell sweet with citrus notes.

4/27/25 Struggling to figure out how to keep her smaller and to let her fill out. Shes so long and lanky. So theres some unorthodox training going on at the moment. Hopefully itll all work out. My landscape staples are too short and the soil isnt compacted much so i have her pulled down to the soil and swirled around the pot to keep her contained within her own small space at the moment. in hindsight i suppose i could top her more 🤷🏾‍♂️

Week 1 24 hours ethos popped and began to stretch Temp 76 humidity domes on top 5 of 5 out going directly into pots and 24 hour lighting on day 3! gonna run 24/7 for 30 then switch over hopefully. Nothing added but FishShit and rootdrench to pop
