Day 30 Flower and It looks like my humidity problem is coming to an end 😅 the second unit outside the tent is finally showing some results, I’ve also change my air circulation , i fixed al off them in a way that it creates a wind vortex, i think this is helping with the humidity also. Start of week 3, the three survivors are doing great! I did happen to find some algae growing on top of one of the rockwool cubes. (This was my fault for not fully covering the tops of them with hydroton to block out light.) As an attempted fix, I cut some square pieces of black cloth that I laid of the top of the cubes to block out the light completely. Hoping removing their light source, the algae will die off and discourage any further growth. If it gets any worse I’ll try using a hydrogen peroxide solution. Day 17, the three ladies are looking nice. Starting to see some nice healthy roots populate inside the buckets. I went ahead and upped their nutrients today. We will see how they are doing in the morning. -FloraFlex - 1.5g/gal of each V1 and V2. -Advanced Nutrients - 1/2 strength MGB and hobbyist additives. **Algae update: seems like using the black cloth to block out all the light has killed off that algae growth and I don’t see anymore so it’s working!** Day 18, I thought one of my plants had root rot. Which was weird for it to happen that fast in less than 24 hours since changing the res. Come to find out it’s just nutrient stain from the Advanced Nutrients, so thank god. #1 and #2 which are growing with FloraFlex got FIMmed today. I’ve topped plants before but never FIM. Not sure if I did it right, but that’s the fun in all this, is experimenting to see what works. Day 20, #1 and #2 are responding well after being FIMmed couple days ago. I decided to FIM #3 as well. I also decided to leave the 4th one out of this diary from here on out since she’s behind. We will stick with the original three that survived from the start. So far I’m really loving their bushy appearance and thick leaves. Their roots are coming out super nice as well! Pretty soon these babies are going to just take off!

This girl is a monster. All the other girls got chopped over the weekend but she wasn’t ready. Now she gets the tent to herself and she is loving it. I bent all her branches down as much as I could to spread her out even more. I’m thinking a week, maybe two left. The other girls are hang drying and once they are done I can trim, weigh, take pictures and then I’ll update my harvests!

The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Week 9, final feed and removed the dead and dying leaves. Buds are rock hard, frosty AF, sticky and has a very pungent aroma. The end is nearing and I'm excited to see the final results. Thanks for stopping by growfessors.

The first week of flowering is here, and things are finally looking much better! Both plants have recovered well and are now growing much healthier.🌱 #1 has already started stretching significantly, really picking up speed. It’s exciting to see how quickly it’s developing! Meanwhile. #2 spent about half the week still in vegetation, but towards the end, I finally spotted the first signs of flowering. Now that both are officially in bloom, I’m looking forward to seeing how they continue to develop over the next weeks. On to the next phase! 😊

Day 32 of flowering (12/12 to be precise): Halfway is getting close and they're starting to frost/smell quite a bit. Not much swelling on the buds although some of the pistils are already changing colour so I hope they will start fattening up real soon or I won't get any beautiful colas. Absolutely no yellowing on the oldest fan leaves so cutting down Bio-Grow once again. Will feed it for about 2 more waterings and then I'm definitely going to drop it out. Found a nanner on one of the top budsites of the bigger GSC but nothing too alarming. Think I'll have enough footage by the end of the week to compose a little timelapse what has been cooking so far. Day 35 of flowering: Last supper of Bio-Grow for the girls. No deficiencies showing and RH/temps are staying just perfect. The other GSC has two nanners pushing out of the top colas and the other Gelato#45 seems to be starting to foxtail and making a cluster of nanners on top of the tallest colas (might be just light bleached and suffering leaves but doesn't look good..) If they turn out to be bunch of penises without balls I might have to "tip" her a bit from the top since the lower nodes look just fine. Wouldn't be surprised if it's just from way too intense light since I didn't find it necessary to raise the lamps at the start of the week cause all of them seemed to be enjoying the abundant light and I was already maxing out the hangers. Did a little tweaking and raised the lamps a good 15cm and now they're around 35-40cm from the tallest tops. We'll see how it goes..

This one is always a big yielder with great smelling Kolas. On the dry weight totals, I only used the significant pieces. I did not count any scrap as final weight

This girl is lookin great. She's speeding toward the finish with some of her pistils already ambering up. Smells wonderful.

Flowering day 59 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The lady is slowly coming to an end 😍. The buds start to swell extremely . The trichomes are 80 % milky and 20 % amber :-) .
