And here we are at our Zamnesia harvests, Northern Lights 1 - Born on 01.09.2024 - Harvested on 14.11.2024 precisely ten weeks and 4 days of life on this earth. ATTENTION - The other plant was harvested and documented in the previous week, for convenience and to better distinguish them at harvest time I divide them for you. Even though we are growers in our small intensive it is always a little displeasure to prune these masterpieces of nature and cannabis breeding but on the other hand the purpose for which it produced these buds full of resin is noble and if it remained there for a long time it would not come to a good end, so without further ado it is harvested. We evaluated the harvest because the flowers seemed to have been ripe for a while, very mature pistils, rock flowers that seemed ready for about a week but I still flushed for the best possible result in terms of organoleptic cleanliness of the flower. Pistils ripe at 80-90% and trichomes mostly clody, quite a bit amber and in the violet shades of the leaves reddish and violet gorgeous, really a beautiful show of trichomes. The scent is truly wonderful at the time of harvest I could not distinguish it well then slowly something sweet and fruity mixed with spicy came out a mix that always intoxicates me. The results in terms of quantity are not bad at all we will be around 30-40 the first one already harvested and 50-60 this one. We are very happy to be on Zamnesia's side and to show you what work they are doing with breeding. Soil - The plant was grown with the 100% organic Plagron Promix soil, which I really appreciated for its fantastic absorption coefficient and for an airiness that would not even require perlite, which I added in some cases. In 2 Tagen werde ich ernten! 😎 Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit die grow, es war mein erster Versuch eine Automatic toppen, scroggen und zu biegen. Die Northern Lights ist eine robuste Pflanze die bei optimalen Bedingungen sich gut von solchen Eingriffen erholt. Sie ist den letzten Tagen sehr gelb geworden, braucht nur noch alle 3 Tage Wasser. Der Geruch ist mild süß aromatisch.

One of them is showing calcium deficiency but I will add some calmag from Biobizz and hope it will solve the problem. I live in a very humid area and its raining all the time so it's very hard to maintain a low humidity level. I follow a VPD table (vapor pressure deficit) and with the 25º C and 55% RH its a good indicator for flower. Feel free to ask anything! :D

What a champ! She didn't even blink an eye at the massive defoliation I did... she's eating and drinking and going to give me a pretty good harvest I think. Just amazing! Going to bump up the EC today to 1.2 and keep it there for the rest of her run... Honestly, I'm so impressed with this little lady, I can hardly believe her... and to think there were so many times I was going to throw in the towel and start over... I'm glad she wasn't able to read my thoughts! 10/27 - She continues to humble me... her persistence makes me ashamed of my earlier pessimism... each bud site is stacking - there will be few, if any small single buds (not talking "popcorn" but rather decent sized but still single buds)... She's plowing through the water and the nutes .... I've got the lights up as high as they can go unless I end up having to rest them on top of the top crossbars of the tent (which I may have to do!). I may try to eliminate or at least mitigate that problem with some creative LST efforts... she won't mind... she hasn't really minded anything I've done.. Also going to do a little bit more defoliation today... 10/28 - EC and pH are both nice and stable... she's gone through about 1/2 gallon since yesterday so will top up the reservoir. Didn't get the defoliation done yesterday.. heading in to do it NOW! :-D 10/31 - Haven't been terribly attentive to this part of the diary - but there's been little to say! She's doing really well, drinking a lot and handling a LOT of defoliation like a champ... And tomorrow, she turns 8 weeks old... I'm thinking she's going to run for another 5 weeks or so... Buds are rather slow growing at this moment in time but again, I'm not worried about her at all ...

Día 70. 30 días de floración. Siguen las Bajas temperaturas, principalmente cuando es de noche y cuando amanece. He regado con 1lt de agua destilada con los siguientes + abonos detallados más arriba. Claramente la floración se tardó,las condiciones climáticas de invierno han afectado. Creo que Instalaré foco HPS junto al COB para tener mayor temperatura en la carpa. Saludos!

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

The crisping of the leaves where bothering me so I decided to do a hard flush of the plants to lower what I think was a EC issue. I was also wondering about the PH and it was on point at 6.8 from the flush water I gathered. I do not own a EC pen so could not monitor that aspect of it. It looks like it may have helped a bit. Hard to tell at this point the death has slowed a lot and I am seeing fading signs that I am used to seeing so it makes me feel a bit better. I think I have stunted this growth a bit because of this mishap but should still be a good harvest. The soils temp is getting down to 12c at night, The ambient air temps of the tent are aorund 15-18 at night though. Good for adding colour into the fade. During the say its keep steady around 26-27. Starting to smell more and more and loving every time I open the tent. Given they are stuck in a scrog net trying to remove the bottom trays to empty them cause them to be rustled a bit and they released a lot of lovely scents. I am in the last week or two now. Will be giving them one more heavy molasses feeding and then nothing else. They got their last ChitoSal and I think it made a difference, would really need a side by side to confirm if its working at all. Will monitor its length from the SCROG net vs soil as its easier to measure. 33cm from SCROG net to base of plant 18cm from SCROG net to tip of plant Total 51cm for week eight of flower. +0.5cm from Last Week Just like last week I am no longer posting about the clones in this diary. i accidently bought some unbuffered coco and mixed it with my ussual earth, had major calmag problems in mid-flower but i´m still pleased with the results...also had a little trouble with mold at the end due to bad weather and high humidity in the final weeks of the grow, had to remove a few buds and harvest early @ day 55 of flower....but there's still alot of great looking buds left for me to enjoy and all look mostly done... Just harvested and hung them upside down, currently drying them at constant 19.5-20.5°C and 50-60% RH..will update as soon as they are dry

Just coming up on 4th week. Just topped 2 days ago starting to really bush out. Still looking good, temps here are coming down so a little easier to keep the right temp in the tent. 8/25 really starting to bush up very healthy looking main stalk. Tomorrow is feeding day. Saturday 25th Aug. fresh water and food. Look at that stalk. Really looking good. I topped a few more side shoots. Monday the 27th grown 3 inches in 2 days.

Managed to sex out the males this week, especially easy since the girls were putting out some pre-flower pistils. Moved others around a little using my potato fork and now everyone is in a much better spacing. Bummer that 2 out of 3 were males, but that's ok! The ladies that are left will have more room to stretch. I gave them a little Big Bloom and some molasses.

Day 63 What a turn around! Got my watering issues manageable. Last watering for Candace I added Mykos and Azos to my water. Switched from SimPro to Terp Tea. #GIRTH # FROST #AROMA Sheryl got that same recipe tonight. Candace didn't need water, but I splashed about 8oz in her dish for the bottom roots. Take Away? It's a weed so it's resilient. Have patience, don't panic, let the plants tell you what they need. Came back from out of town and the girls were looking famished. I put 1Tbl of Terp Tea Bloom in a gallon of rain water with Mykos, Azos, and Fish Sh!t. Fed both plants half gallon each.
