It's been a fairly uneventful week in the 5x5. I cut down my Blackberry auto the other day and I've been thinking of getting seeds ready for the stuff I plan to grow outside this summer...With my currents cycle of plants being deep in to flower, I have time to look forward at upcoming projects.
The Mimosa cake auto is one of those plants currently deep into flower. She's been giving off a dank smell of earthy/fruity/spicy terps. She is extremely dense and sticky to the touch. I find myself cutting fan leaves off daily due to her busy and stout stature. The only down side I have to her is the fact that she's going to take around 100 days from germination to harvest.
Process/ Environment changes:
- Turned off one TS1000 after I cut down the Blackberry auto. I did this to try and cool the tent down. Higher temps outside creates an increase I'm ambient air temp in my basement.
- Fed Advanced Nutrients Bloom nutes at a rate of 1.5 mL/gal
- no longer using a fish tank water heater to heat my water reservoir due to increased ambient air temperatures in basement
Trichomes still mostly clear... I'm on day 84 post germination today as I write this.
