WEEK 14 - HARVEST: The Grand Finale ​🌼 FLOWERING PROGRESS The journey of the Monster Maker has come to its successful end. After 9 full weeks of flowering, she reached her absolute peak. The final days showed a stunning purple fade, and the bud density became rock-solid. As seen in the final photos, the structure was perfect, and every site was loaded with high-quality flower. It was time to chop! ​👃 TERPENES & AROMA Even during the harvest process, the scent was overwhelming. The sweet, citrusy tangerine notes have merged with a heavy, spicy, and earthy funk. It smells like a premium dessert with a gassy twist. I expect the terpene profile to become even more refined during the slow dry. ​🌡️ ENVIRONMENT & VPD Final conditions in the tent were kept at 24.8°C and 46% RH (VPD ~1.65 kPa) right until the end. Now, for the drying phase, I have adjusted the environment to aim for a slow, 10-14 day dry to preserve those precious tangerine terpenes. ​💧 NUTRIENT FEEDING & WATERING The 7-day flush with pure, pH-regulated water was completed perfectly. The plant looked beautifully "starved" and clean, which should result in a very smooth smoke and pure white ash. No more nutrients, just the natural essence of the plant. ​💭 GROWER'S NOTE HARVEST DAY! Seeing this lady without her leaves (the "naked" structure) really shows the success of the LST and training. Every branch held a massive, frosty treasure. Now the real patience begins with the drying and curing process. I am beyond happy with the resin production on this Sweet Seeds masterpiece. This is the first week of flower for Tropicana Cookies F2 and Terple. Really excited about this next crop. Thinking it'll be my best yet!

Finally finished my last week of veg and sent these girls into flower last night. I tried to continue scrogging the larger pheno and somewhat succeeded, there’s now only a 3-4 inch difference between the 2 plants. There’s some slight discolouration on some of the leaf tips but it isn’t too severe and I’m not seeing any other signs of deficiency or stunted growth.

Fast Version B is doing good. She is more compact then the A Version. Everything is looking good. Day 1- 08/04/22 14:30pm Germination Time!!!!! Here we have 21 wonderful seeds from the amazing fastbuds!!!! Placed in a glass of water for 18-20hours!!! So excited!!!! - Day 2-09/04/22 seeds have been placed on a wet paper towel!!!!! - Day 3-10/04/22 getting the pots filled with soil ready for planting tonight or tomorrow!!!!! - Day 4-11/04/22 most of the seeds had popped last night so I planted most of them and the rest I planted this morning!!! 1 seed out of the 21 didn’t pop so germinating another to make it back up to 21!!!! So there all in the tent except 1!!!! - Day 5-12/04/22 one has come through so far and should be planting the last seed tonight!!!! A few more should pop out by tomorrow!!!! - Day 6-13/04/22 14 out of the 21 have come out so far!!!! - Day 7-14/04/22. 19 of the 21 have come through!! I think one isn’t going to come through so I’m germinating another seed to replace it and if the other one doesn’t come through tomorrow I’ll germinating another one to replace that Aswell!!!.

Day 14: Still not much sun this week or higher temperatures. Therefore my plants don't grow faster and thicker. Just bit by bit. Also because of the lower temperatures, my medium doesn't dry up and the roots don't drink that much, so I can't water them often. If I would water them everyday or once per 2 days, they will get soaked, roots will rot and the plant will turn lightgreen and stop growing. I gues the same climate temperature will continu for another 2 weeks, meaning that my plants won't veg into maximum size before going into flowering. Let see how it goes and hopefully i'm mistaken. Overall this was a good second grow. The initial defoliation was key in getting the nice density I missed out on last time. These plants went through the bloom cycle using a reservoir (5 gallon bucket) and drip irrigation system exclusively. Once I got the correct timing done for the watering, this setup was really great; I was able to go about 1-2 weeks between water refills, so it was easy leave for a couple of short stints with no negative effects on the plants. The one major thing I'd like to work on for next time is the drying process. I'm not sure if I cut the branches too small, if the room was just too dry, or if I just let them go too long (I had to leave for 9 days, and they were drying the whole time). While the curing has helped them get a little moisture back, the actual drying left the buds pretty crispy.

After last week crazy heat wave that stop the growth....everything is back growing almost 2” per day...Thc #1 is now standing at 87”( yes 7’ and 4” ( what a beauty) #2 is at 74 “ ...but the pests and pest are on my girls( mealy bugs ,lots of aphids and fews inch worm) ,the soap did not work so add to take drastic measures “pesticide “ I used end-all with a very fine mist and I remove lots of leaf to give more lighting inside ( even not been a fan of defoliation sometimes you need to do ) now still see fews little aphids under leafs but nothing crazy ( so I spent lots of time everyday checking new growth and under leafs to squeeze thems and I put bunch of glue stick for bugs hoping this will held me little more) .looked like the have started flowering so I’ll do one more veg fertilizer but I’ll cut in half the strength and won’t put rapid stater as I want her to started thinking flowers and next week onto flower juice😃... Harvest is finally complete, and after a proper dry and cure I’ve had the chance to enjoy the final result 🌿✂️ This grow had its challenges, especially the calcium deficiency during the vegetative stage and the small thrips outbreak in early flower, but fortunately both were dealt with in time and didn’t affect the final result as much as I expected. A good genetic always makes a difference, and this one definitely showed its potential from start to finish. Combined with the mainlining, the scrog, and a stable environment throughout flowering, it produced a canopy full of dense, frosty buds. The aroma is fantastic, the smoke is smooth, and the flavor is exactly what I was hoping for. The effect is powerful, long-lasting, and perfect for my needs. Overall, I’m really happy with how this run turned out. Every grow is a learning experience, but this one has definitely been one of my favorites. Now it’s time to enjoy it and start thinking about the next project 💚🌱

Durban Poison are flowering beautifully. This Sativa strain is also putting out a few new shoots, even here in week 17. Either I accidentally let some light in during the day a couple of times, or—more likely—I trimmed away some small lower branches that were dying from light deprivation, and that triggered a minor burst of growth at the tips. Otherwise, they are flowering beautifully; the colas are bulking up, though they haven't really started to densify yet. A powerful aroma has emerged, and a sticky resin residue is starting to linger slightly on my hands. There is almost no visible "sugar" (trichome frosting) on ​​the leaves. They are drinking about 1–2 liters each per day. For the most part, I’ve been feeding them just water supplemented with Cal-Mag and acidifiers throughout the week. Occasionally, I add 2 ml/L of Simplex Aroma Punch. I’m hoping to harvest a decent yield this time around; the main stems are certainly robust enough. Seventeen weeks is an insanely long grow cycle. In the future, I’ll be switching to "Fast Flowering" strains (40-day cycles) or varieties with ultra-short flowering periods—something like Jelly Donutz from this same seed bank.

Nutes, watering: We're flushing this week 4L water + 4l water pH ~6.4 Training: No training Environment: RH this week is between 40-45% lights ~45-50 DLI Growth: Almost no changes this week. Except the higher leaves are gettin' yellow and a bit purple. Trichomes look almost done. I'm waiting until i see just a slight touch of ambers on the flowers themselves.

Day 70 has arrived. Did my first flush yesterday. Ppm on runoff was still 1450. Other growers have harvested this strain around day 75. Also cut a bunch of fan leaves yesterday. Couple more flushes and maybe try the 24 to 48 hour dark period to fatten buds up a lil more. Waiting on trichomes. Very happy with 1st grow! Stinky and sticky!
