Day 86 - Major training session on both ladies today. Things were getting too crowded with 4 photos (80+ days veg) and 2 autoflowers that both seem to have around a month left in them. Topped all upper branches and stripped most of the undergrowth, leaving only 2-3 nodes on every branch. Took me over an hour to do all four plants but in the end tings look much better in the tent. Now onto a hopefully short recovery on all plants. Day 89 - Both ladies are recovering from last training session. New growth is all lush and green. Very happy with both phenos of the Strawberry Chemdawg OG that I got. Remembering that I still got another bean makes me even happier!

Been a minute growmies but I’m back with some updates. This week I realized I was going to have to get a new tent ASAP. Was really trying not to have to but it is inevitable. She is huge now! Even tried throughout this week and next to do some tie down with string to fabric pots. Sorry for wait…. I know she was sad towards the end of the week 😞. 8/31: Started new batch of nutes. Did a massive defoliation today as well! A lot more light through the canopy now. Cut dying bottom branches. 9/1: Did a lot of defoliation today. Even removed some of the lower branches not getting sufficient amount of light.

IVE MADE MORE VIDEOS BUT THEY JUST DON'T SEEM TO UPLOAD AND IT'S FAR TO SLOW TO DO IT FROM HOME 6/27 Made last week a five day week to get back on track. It's still overcast and rainy. It's not raining a lot bit it's consistent. Despite the weather the plants are doing phenomenal. I'll update later. It's 1pm. It's been raining consistently since 11. Just a sprinkle but it's steady. I'm going to begun uploading the weeks weather on my diary. I may start a new diary for the plants I light depped as they are flowering pretty good. Rain stopped and it's just overcast for now. I looked at some videos and did a comparison of videos one week ago and videos today and HOLY SHIT! WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Especially the light depped 10th planet. Well everything but that was the most significant difference. I'm astonished at the health and growth despite the crummy weather. Continued to rain. Just got harder. Plants are taking it but it's flooding underneath the pallets a little but it will be fine. The light dep however has me concerned. The 10th planet is looking spectacular. The bigger purple punch I'd looking good too. The smaller one though looks to have a pollen sack coming off one of the branches. Considering its not on the otherside I assume it's not just a swollen calyx. I don't mind chucking it especially if that means I don't hurt my other girls so I want to make sure. I sent videos to a few other growers and I'll add a question on here. Those three plants have been isolated from the rest for a few days due to rain. I have the suspect isolated alone until I can confirm. It sucks cause the light Depp was going good and the6ve all got little flowers. 6/28 Well that fucking sucks. ALL THREE plants I tried to light depp hermed on me. I could see male flowers. Luckily I had been keeping a really good eye on them and it was preflowers mostly. At least I caught it. One or two stamines on each plant. Would've been really easy to miss. Only one had STARTED to elongate into a stem so I think I caught it early enough. Plus since all this rain they've been kept in a different location then my big girls. Glad I did that now. Boy the roots looked good on those plants. I just grabbed the stalk and lifted and it came right out of the pot. I held it there admiring it for a minute. This sucks. At least the real plants are doing good. As far as I know. No male preflowers that's for sure. I've got some feedback from other growers and the videos are a little blurry but I had found a light leak and I'm certain these plants hermed. I know I could've tried to save them but I didn't want to risk it. I compared what I was seeing with Google photos and other websites. Aside from the larger ball with its stem, there were also several little bumps besides developed calyxes that were weaving into little buds. Trust me that I wouldn't cut down my plants if I wasn't 110% sure. I might've been able to "save them" but to me it's just not worth the risk. 6/29 I was second guessing myself pretty hard last night due to some responses I got on my light dep and messages I got from other growets. Made my anxiety horrible but I looked on several video's I'd taken again and I know what I saw. I felt better after that. This was after I researched and waited THREE days until I saw the ball on the stem and the groupings of small nubs under a fresh yellow flower. These plants were flowering good and it sucks to lose them. One MAY have been ok but one was a runt and had all the characteristics of a true hermaphrodite. They were only in 3's and I couldn't risk my harvest for an experiment. Still sucks. Oh well. Sun is starting to come out. Plants seem to be doing fantastic. I have one spot on a leaf that looks like a pillar munched on a leaf so I'll probably get the bt out soon as I have a dry day that I can apply it. I'll have to check the weather. I need to start a nute regiment but the plants aren't telling me they need anything yet. 6/30 I fucked up dates or dodnt do it yesterday or it didnt save right so I'm leaving this blank today is the 1st. 7/1 I have still only watered s couple times and I haven't had to feed. This week I'm going to start nutes. I had some external ersonal situations that have kept me from my plants. I'm hoping to get back on track. I noticed some pillar damage so I'll need to dig out the BT. This morning I saw this giant ground hog by my cage. Hated too but had to get rid of him. Of course some of the blowback landed on the leaves of one of my plants. I tried to clean it as best I could. Better than that fat bastard eating everything in one night. I broke a branch either falling around it or bulling through when I was pissed or I LST it the wrong way and the wind broke it against the tomato cage. Nice big branch too on top. I tried to fix it with duct tape but we'll see. The plants need me to spend sometime with them. I need to clean them up. Apply bt and give them their first feeding. I'll update as I go. They don't seem nutrient deficient by any means but I don't think it would hurt to start the nutes. 7/2 Bags were lighter today and if it wasn't going to rain tonight and tomorrow I'd he watering. Plants look great so soil isn't depleted yet I guess. They're growing rather rapidly. The branch I broke didnt make it. Had an idea it wouldn't but I had to try. I waited on the BT on account of the rain. I may go back over and change my mind and water with silica or a mild nute solution or maybe apply the BT. Depends what time I get back. I have some work I need to do over there. There's a few that I need to clean up the bottoms on. Pest damage is minor and limited to one or two plants and a leaf or two only. 7/3 More rain. It was supposed to rain this morning too but it didn't. We got .33in yesterday and through last night so I thought that was ok. Looking back on my previous diaries I'm doing things significantly different than before. I had used a lot more nutes earlier on. This morning I mixed two gallons of 2tsp of big bloom and fed it to the 9 plants in smart pots leaving the container plants as they have much more water in them. Looking back at other diaries I previously had, WPM and septoria by this time not to mention a shit ton of other pests I was fighting by this time. Since I poisoned where the cagexwas multiple times and sprayed the cage before it was moved I luckily don't have that problem yet knock on wood. I'm planning to apply BT tonight to deal with the moth larvae if there are any. I'm looking at plants around this area and im seeimg SOME septoria and pm on raspberry bushes and burdock so it is around. I made sure my cage is not by any other vegetation this year and is sitting on asphalt with the bags on raised pallets. Good thing I did or I guarantee they'd be flooded by now. I've been seeing multiple complaints from maine growers online (AND THEY HAVE HEALTHY PLANTS!) saying this is the worst year ever. Maybe they need a dose of fusarium oxysporum to keep them humble. This is maine. If you don't like the weather just wait five minutes. Meanwhile I'll be doing my sun dance hoping for sun. "Hard to grow cannabis with no sunlight" said another grower on my forum.

8/7 Plants were still heavy this morning. Temperatures have been much milder. 70's is much better than 90's. I had to water twice a day for a while. I defoliated ahind found some heat stress ob the gmo canary on the end with some twisted leaves. Some leaves are turning purple on an event horizon and gmo. Night Temps are much cooler plus its probably a pheno thing. I defoliated everything dead yesterday. Found lacewind eggs. Saw an adult green lace wing this morning in the garden along with a couple more lady bugs. There were also some lady bug larvae so I hope the go right to town. It's getting cooler so if I'm going to poorly I need to do it. Sherb pie plant seems to he the pillars favorite. I've killed a few of them. Still need to fix supports and do a little more defoliation. I have a video too but it's too slow to upload now. STOPPED AFTER GETTING MY TIRES PUT ON AND DAD SAID THE LITTLE PLANT IN THE 5 GAL BUCKET IS DROOPING. I WENT BACK AND OF COURSE IT WAS. I looked under the pallets the entire length. Hopfully he just ran out of a hole or up the fence. I'm going to get an air horn and blow it inside the cage. I need to get some zip ties and do a little rearranging before I setup the other supports for flower. Suprisingly the plantvin the 50 went from the furthest from flower to having little budlets on it. Can't be an auto or I think it would've flowered already. 8/12 Ending of the lions gate portal. Everything looked good this morning. The one in the 5gal was removed until I figure out its issue or trash it. The yield would be less than a branch anyway. Probably chronic underwatering. The 10 was bone dry despite the 3in of rain. Some bags seemed light. Looked at last years diary and went with my intuition. WATERED TODAY. Gave everything a gallon. Only problem I can see is some septoria looking spits on the toasted toffy and one gmo looks like itscrunning through nutrients quicker than others. Dad said he thinks this is my best year. He said they're more full and healthier looking. I looked at my diary last year and I had plants over the top of the cage. The weren't as bushy but I'm not complaining. These are far more indica dominant than last year so that's probably part of it. Leaves on the event horizons are starting to turn purple. I'll update what I do. I defoliated what needed it and combed through the plants hunting pillars. I GUESS I FORGOT TO UPDATE THIS OR IT DIDNT SAVE. I BOUGHT A WATERING CAN THAT HOLDS A GALLON AND A HALF AND EMPRIED VERY QUICKLY IN SMALL STREAMS SO IT DOESNT HURT THE ROOTS. GREAT INVESTMENT. COULDNT GET OVER UNTIL 2 AND I GAVE EVERYTHING A GALLON AND A HALF. EXCEPT FOR THE ONE IN THE 10 TJAT GOT A GALLON AND THE TWO PLANTS IN THE MIDDLE THAT GOT A GALLON. ONE EVENT HORIZON AND THE TOASTED TOFFY.

Just waiting it out now. No added nutrients, just water. Bubba and Black Dog have exceeded their expected flowering time, and both are at 95% cloudy with 5% or so still clear. Chemdawg and The New can take up to 70 days or more so we’ll see if they’re late too. Bubba is a foxtailing machine. It was one weekend in early Flower when heat/humidity got out of hand while I was away for 3 days. She hermied a bit and I’ve had my eye out for bananas ever since (find a few every so often). Taking a risk to keep her in the tent with the others but if I catch them early enough the others should be ok. Interestingly I found a YouTube video of a guy that ran bubba and had the same foxtail development (also the same scent description and look overall). Nothing like the gorgeous fat purple budded girl I had last year but the citrus smell on this lime green bud pheno/version is impressive. Curious to see how the smoke compares. Scent combo from all four plants is amazing!

Not much to say this week , she’s doing really well, last week I noticed which seemed to be nute burn she didn’t like the 1/2 dose of bites so I’ll go back to 1/4 dose on next feed but last feed I just gave her plain water which was on the 8th, She’s due a feed tomorrow going by the soil and the days since last water , I have also done some defoliation today , removed some of the larger fan leaves which was blocking the lower foliage, I only removed four leaves don’t want to stress her to much , Will up date next Sunday !

Going well. Think I may flip in the next week. Don't want the plants to become too unmanageable for my first crop. Really enjoying the learning process. Thinking a t-break starting soon would make it easier to enjoy the harvest. Looking at getting some bubble hash processing equipment and a rosin press, my prefered consumption method from right at home. At this size what would an experienced grower expect in terms of yield? The strains seem hearty. its day 35 since sproud and the plant looks good so far. I removed some leaves and started training her with that bending clips to make the branches stronger. I collected leave mold from the surrounding woods. a lot of white fungy hopefully usefull mycoriza.

Week 6 Well, I finally have 8 tops 😎. Now it’s just a matter of keeping her growing strong and training the tops into the right position. After that is accomplished it’s show time. I am going to guess that it will take a 7-10 days for me to get her where I like it at which point I’ll let her get a few nodes taller and then flip. Main-lining takes some extra time but it is worth it imo. Cooler internals are: 6.0 pH 0.4 EC 65 F solution temp. The tent is running 71 F lights on and 68 F lights off. Humidity is 36-38%. Esta es la Segunda semana de floración de este seguimiento , me parecen bastante rápidas la formación de sus flores y ya se está viendo una formación de resina en las flores. tenemos una SBR que se espigo más que las demás intentaremos ir controlando su crecimiento con algún cropping. Hello, we had problems with the cell phone camera and we could not take many photos for the same. This is the second week of flowering of this follow-up, the formation of its flowers seems quite fast to me and a resin formation is already being seen in the flowers. We have an SBR that spikes more than the others, we will try to control its growth with some cropping.

Mandarin Squeeze has had a rough start. First I though the plant was dampening off. So I dropped the other seed I had in rock wool. Well both are growing now. If both make it I am gonna do my first duel grow. As normally the plants will fight for resources. Roots have not found the solution yet for either plant. Hopefully soon they find it. Nothing more to report at the moment. Now that I see how these girls turned out it was probably a blessing I had some herms to cut out because there would’ve been no room. Especially in the pc/ssh tent because Pcrit and Sundae Driver were looking to be the biggest plants before I found balls and cut them down. The humidity has been surprisingly high but we’ve had warmer, wet weather for this time of year. I’m not sure I would’ve been able to keep it down with a tent packed wall to wall. I’m just thankful for how everything has worked out. If I ever do two plants per earthbound again I’ll make sure to veg for less time. I’m hoping to give these girls another week but the weather once again is going to be warm and wet so I will probably need to cut them down

Start of week 8. Week 7 went very well for the Do-si-dos, she also filled in her buds, very dense and lovely smell! She's got crazy trichomes and is almost as sticky as the Glueberry OG.

Coming along the weather I feel like it has slowed its growing but can’t complain for a plant that all I’ve given it it’s organic soil Gaia green amendments n my first grow ever I like but definitely room for much much improvement I wanna do compost teas just haven’t gone around it

Week 7 of flowering 10/30/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 7 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Last week PH drop happened again a couple of days after the major flush. PH in rootzone is getting lower every day. Runoff still at 10-20%, so no salt buldup, EC same as intake or litttle higher. Flushed again with FloraKleen and watered with TriPart Micro, Grow, Bloom with CalMag. Bought Potassium Bicarbonate and Calcium Carbonate as suggested by "Aqua Man", to buffer coco in the future. Day 165 14/10/24 Monday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with calmag today Starting to see new growth showing no signs of new seeds!! She is spitting out new pistils again, I may run nutes for this week then flush , as trichomes are looking clear still with only spots of cloudy. Picture's (over exposed to light) 📸 Day 167 16/10/24 Wednesday Feed today 😁 using de-chlorinated tap water phd to 6.3. Her pistils keep maturing rapidly, but then I check twice a day and each time I check, they look either orange and almost showing finished signs... Then she slaps out another round of pistils and trichomes are coming cloudy still. She may well be a 12 week flower. I'll keep feeding till I see majority cloudy. Picture and video update 📸💚 Day 168 17/10/24 Thursday (End of week) Damn!!! Found two tops, overnight turn brown hairs, and sugar leaves yellow and dry. Needless to say two tops had been attacked by mould. After a heavy detailed inspection of plant, it is only these two tops. So I have removed, bagged and hoping now no new mould is spotted 🤦‍♂️ Rest of the plant looks and smells fantastic 💚 I have update pictures and a video 📸💚 Day 169 18/10/24 Friday Damn, she has lost another 2 tops due to mould. I'm gutted, so to stop any further disappointment, I am chipping her tonight before lights on 💚✌️ Note to self- lesson learned when doing Scrog, Lollipop MORE. I have left too much on and it has reduced airflow causing humidity to stay above 62%.
