Day one of week 7! Saturday 3rd Oct. Yay I made it to week 7!! First week of flower! Flipped the lights and the girls are getting their first 12 hours of darkness as I type. As soon as it’s lights go on I’m gonna get the next lot of nutes in as they seemed almost ready for a feed when I put them to bed. Getting a little nervous the temps are a still bit high as we go into flower but these girls seem hardy so staying positive! UPDATE: Day 2 of week 7, Sunday 4th Oct. Girls still looking strong and nutes gone in again today. Got a fan blowing onto the outside of my tent (which is helping lots) as the slightly lower humidity levels are really heating things up with the dehumidifier working harder inside the tent now, especially around watering time. Fan at full whack, if this doesn’t work I may have to get an intake fan but was trying to avoid extra costs. Keeping a close eye 👁️ UPDATE: Tuesday 6th October Day 4 of week 7 Nutes in again and a little more teasing with the LST to keep the girls low on the stretch. Think I found a little white hair 🤩🤩 (see pics).... It’s getting exciting.. 🤓 UPDATE: Thursday 8th October Day 6 of week 7 Ok great news today.. All four ladies have some pretty little pistils all over various bud sites and no hermies in sight! Phew! 😅 Nutes going in too 👌🏼 Happy growing and all that jazz! 🍃🍁👌🏼❤️

🌿 Amnesia Skunk Automatic Week 8 From Seed ≈ Week 4 Flower (12/12 From Seed Run) She may be 8 weeks old, but biologically she’s in her fourth week of active flowering — and she’s behaving exactly like a plant that has found her rhythm. After defoliation? She bounced back like nothing happened. No stall. No stress signals. Just structure, stacking, and deep healthy green. That’s not luck. That’s environment + balance. And she’s beautiful. ⸻ Environment — Playing on the Edge (But Controlled) Room Conditions • Canopy Temp: ~28°C • RH: ~70% • CO₂: 1000+ ppm • PPFD: 800 → 1300 µmol/m²/s On paper, 28°C + 70% RH sounds high. But numbers without airflow mean nothing. Massive Airflow We’re running: • Strong horizontal movement • Vertical air displacement • Active air exchange • Under-canopy circulation Airflow changes everything. Stagnant 70% RH is dangerous. Moving 70% RH behaves very differently. ⸻ 🍃 Leaf VPD vs Room VPD Room VPD says one thing. Leaf VPD tells the real story. Under strong light, leaf surface temperature runs slightly above ambient. That increases transpiration. Add 1000+ ppm CO₂: • Stomata don’t need to open as wide • Photosynthesis rate increases • Plants tolerate higher humidity • Metabolism stays high That’s why they’re not just surviving. They’re pushing. ⸻ 💡 Lighting Strategy — Scaled to Structure We are not blasting everything equally. • Larger tops: up to 1300 µmol • Smaller plants: ~800 µmol Light intensity is matched to plant size and leaf mass. No ego lighting. Only usable photons. ⸻ 🔦 Under-Canopy Lighting — Why? This isn’t a gimmick. Purpose: • Illuminate lower bud sites • Reduce larf • Stimulate lower-zone photosynthesis • Improve uniformity • Keep lower canopy metabolically active We’re not replacing top light. We’re filling in where dense canopy blocks energy. Active lower buds stay healthier. Healthier lowers improve airflow. Better airflow stabilizes microclimate. Everything connects. ⸻ 🔴 End-of-Day Red (15 Minutes After Lights Off) We run a 15-minute red pulse at lights-off. This is phytochrome management. Plants operate with two main phytochrome states: • Pr (red-absorbing) • Pfr (far-red absorbing) Red light pushes phytochrome into the active Pfr state. In darkness, Pfr slowly converts back to Pr. By giving a short red signal: • We influence phytochrome equilibrium • Support flowering signaling • Encourage structural consistency • Potentially stabilize transition timing It does not extend photoperiod. It manipulates light signaling — not day length. And as always: We experiment. We observe. We document. No magic claims. ⸻ 🌱 Feeding & EC — They’re Hungry • Soil EC: 0.9 • Feed EC: 2.4 This tells us something important. They’re eating aggressively. As long as runoff EC stays stable and does not climb: We maintain strength. High metabolic demand requires high input. If soil EC rises? We adapt immediately. No rigid formulas. I'm already assuming we'll have a longer flowering period. The Gorilla Cookies has grown so huge that it will definitely need more time. So we'll certainly repeat the 4th week of fertilization. Before that, it will get week 3 of the master recipe from Advanced Nutrients.

I had to harvest my Blue Dream plant early due to some larger mold spots I found on the buds. To prevent the mold from spreading to my other plants, I acted quickly and made the cut. Unfortunately, this meant I couldn't give her a proper flush. Despite the abrupt end, the aroma of the buds is fantastic, and I'm optimistic about the taste. During trimming, the scissors became sticky with resin, which is a good sign of potency. I carefully harvested bud by bud to ensure I didn't miss any mold-affected areas. Unfortunately, the main bud had the worst mold spot, so I had to take it apart. It's puzzling since they were never outside during rain and only had to contend with morning dew. Overall, I'm pleased with this grow and feel humble. It was an incredible journey filled with challenges and triumphs. I'm looking forward to enjoying the fruits of my labor and learning from the experience. Thank you to all my growmies for following along and being part of this learning experience. After 9 days of drying, I brought the Blue Dream buds into my apartment for the final trim before jarring. The initial yield was 40 grams, but during my last inspection, I discovered more mold spots, this time buried deep within the buds. Unfortunately, all the larger colas were affected, forcing me to take the buds almost completely apart. In the end, I managed to salvage 21 grams of pure, healthy buds without any mildew. I also set aside 6 grams of “quarantine” buds, which I’ll dry separately. Sadly, I lost 13 grams to mildew—a tough blow, but one of the harsh realities of outdoor growing. It’s disheartening, especially since three other friends experienced similar losses this season. Honestly, I’m not sure what I could have done differently, aside from discarding the plant earlier. But even with these setbacks, if the cured buds taste as good as they smell, I’ll still consider this grow a success. The genetics from Fastbuds proved to be solid, and I recognize that the challenges I faced were largely due to environmental factors and my own decisions. This was a learning experience, and despite the issues, I'm happy with what I've achieved.

Well guys! home stretch! as you can see in the photo, harvest day is not far away)) Both plants look amazing! the structure of the Buds, trichomes, smell, stickiness and oiliness, all this is in excess!)) Buds are very solid and elastic .. very happy ..

Really happy with how things are looking. 2 of the 3 plants have gotten some benders added so I can hopefully score a few more bud sites in the next few weeks. Keeping feedings low and steady- should have probably increased them a bit by now, but I’ve got some burnt tips and I really don’t want to throw things off. 🌱 👊🏻

I love the dark colors ane the smell is very good too! So far no problems, i put some extra soil in the pot because the roots started to become more visible

This girl is straight rocking and flexin hard colas really starting to fatten up trichome coverage getting thicker got some purple tips she's not as foliage heavy barely have to defoliate under canopy lights rocking even the lower colas getting fat and frosty has a sweet soapy smell with a little citrus on the back end plagron got these colas lookin gourgous hopefully another couple weeks till harvest trichomes still pretty clear adding the extra little bit of cal mag has helped haven't had any spots yet maybe a few burnt tips running lights at 100 percent 2 day 24 then 8 hrs off 6.2 pH gonna start tapering the nutes off then start a straight carboflush next week but till then imma keep pushing her as hard as she can go and she seems to handle it like a champ she drinks a gallon of water every other day has a nice thick stalk and branches nice thick knuckles so here's to another week of growing

Fed/watered with 1 gallon of the above listed nutrients, every 3 days. (when the growing medium becomes 95% dry) Gave her a light selective de-leafing, to open up the inner bud-sites to more light. The timelapse shows me why I won't be transplanting like this again. (Slow growth/lost time from constricted root mass)

I can already tell this girl will be a healthy one.I will do some training soon as she is getting big enough to bend over.Day 20 I started LST and she is looking like a good candidate for strong healthy bushy one.

Due to busy days, both at work and in my personal life I havent been updating growdiaries very good recently. I will be picking up soon... I just wanted to show that the GG pulled through fine ,even with me lacking in her nurishment... She has grown on some huge buds , I've harvested her today and cut her up, she's laying to dry atm, It'll try swing by with an update once she's dried

Growing Fast! Smells like fresh Fig newtons - loads of frost covering everything. Buds are Significantly Thicker than Barney’s Mimosa EVO, both were started from seed on the same day. My Whole backyard smells like Peyote Cookies The garden smells Amazing!!!!! Happy Growing

Well due the the massive front brought this girl down last sunday. Lots of lessons i learned this year, many thanx for all the help from everyone. Thinking by tuesday she should be ready to start trim. Did purchace myself a 16” ac infinity bud trimmer yesterday to help me. Peace everyone!

These Phenos came out very strong all the way around. Buds glisten beautifully in the light from enhanced trichome production especially on Pheno 3. The colors range from lime green to red hairs contrasting beautifully as well. I would def. grow this potent pungent strain again.

Water only for the girls, fading is starting but I couldn't finish due to pest and heat problems even in organic substrate. Some clones hermed and developed completely differently, each bud even coming from the same mother plant. A strain for those who like a lot of resin and easy trimming, a very strong and good flavor. I would recommend it without hesitation. What worries me is that other grower friends received 1 seed and most were not plants similar to mine, and most with negative feedback. Anyway, excellent work by Pure Instinto!
