Bending the plant makes it stronger

01/27/25. Welcome to the start of week 4. I was hoping for a better week with this girl and I got it. Woohoo. She was paling and starting to look a bit sad and droopy. Her first true leaves have yellowed quite a bit, but I upped her food and the rest of her has darkened up, and she’s perky and not sad :). Shes beautiful. 😻😻 I think slightly warmer temperatures have also pleased her as well. She grown quite a bit since last update. She’s now one of the biggest girls. Shes currently at 4 nodes and I will top her when she hits 5. She was just watered yesterday, slowly, until a bit of run off. I’ve upped her food to 2.5 across 3 parts, as well as upped calmag (1) and silica (2). I pulled a dip shit move and left my measuring tape in the flower tent and it’s lights off, so I’ll have to come back tomorrow to update that. I doubt she’s much different than last measurement though honestly. Update: 01/29/25- updated measurement and watered with food. 01/31/25- topped and added picture/video. Soils still a bit moist, anticipate plain watering tomorrow. Thanks for lookin. ✌️

July 5 - The girls are still doing awesome. temps are between 21-26. Humidity is 40-50. Still feeding every 24-36 hours with 3L per plant. July 6 - They are doing good. Showing lots of flower sites now. Unfortunately I did not get any pictures today. July 7 - Tons of progress since last week. I don't see any signs of any problems, and still no pests! The smell is getting A lot stronger as it starts to flower more July 8 - Still doing there thing, no problems, temps and humidity is fine. Have been feeding every 24 hours now as they seem to be really thirsty July 9 - Super happy with how they are doing. No issues yet. Smell is heavier, and tons of bud sites showing up. Only issue is they are growing pretty uneven. July 10 - Time to get a even canopy! First time doing some HST. I also did some defoliation. One of the stems split open a bit but it seems to be doing just fine. I did he HST and defoliation in the morning, i then took pictures of 12 hours later and everything seems just fine! July 11 - Everything seems to be a lot more even and the broken stem doesn't seem to affect the growth.

Ich freue mich das ich heute wieder das Gärtnern begonnen habe und eine Hällfte der Samen in der Erde sind. Kennt ihr das Gefühl der Vollkomenheit wenn man sich im Garten beschäftigt ? Für mich ist das Therapie und für euch? Ich spiele mit dem Gedanken anstatt Samen zu growen mir einfach eine Mutterpflanze Anschaffe um mir meine Stecklinge zu ziehen ! Dafür brauch ich aber noch ein anderes Zelt und eine Lampe. Die Mütterpflanze kann dann erst mal wachsen und ich kann nebenbei noch mal ein Durchgang mit Autos schaffen bevor die Steckis fertig sind. Wenn es soweit ist gebe ich euch bescheid wenn ich Samen und Setup bei mir stehen. So jetzt aufs eigentliche zurück. Ich habe heute erst mal mein Setup geprüft und so gut wie möglich desinfiziert. Es ist verdammt wichtig das nach jedem Durchgang sauber gemacht wird also zb Zeltwände, Boden, Topfe, Boxen, Wasserbehälter. Habe ich gemacht und habe meine ersten Samen in Anzucht Erde gesetzt, befeuchtet, markieren und in die Box. Wände und Deckel mit zersteuber befeuchten und ab unter die Lampe. WICHTIG MACH DIE ERDE NICHT SO NASS ! DAS GEFÄLLT IHNEN NICHT SONDERN HALTE SIE AM BESTEN FEUCHT IN DEM DU ABEND / MORGEN EIN BISCHEN WÄSSERST! ICH STELLE DIE LAMPE AUF CA 40 cm zum Boden ein bzw der Box. Ein gewisser abstand muss sein um die Fläche komplett zu Beleuchten. Da meine Lampe dimmbar ist muss sie nicht ganz oben hängeng sondern Kann näher an die Pflanzen ran und Stelle den Dimmer auf 20 %. Das reicht anfangs in dem Stadium völlig aus, muss aber dann später angepasst bzw hoch geschraubt werden! Lüfter I läuft 24/7 und sorgt für optimale Bedinungen! WICHTIG LAMPE 20/4 HELL/DUNKEL (REGLER STEHT AUF 20 % LICHTLEISTUNG) DANN HABEN WIR ES EIGENTLICH SCHON GESCHAFFT UND ALLES RICHTIG GEMACHT! Week 5 flower going well. Nothing much to report. Increased the drip as she is taking in more water. Turned up the fans to 100% for maximum flow, and due to that, the tent got a bit warmer and a bit dryer so the exhaust fan and humidifier are working a bit harder. 75-77 deg F, 50-60% RH. Not sure if the lights are to intense or if it’s purple coming through, but at the highest tops there seems to be a bit of discolouration on the newest growth, just at the tips of the new buds. But I’m looking really close and it may be purple, not brown. I’ll keep an eye on it and turn the lights down if symptoms worsen. This plant is growing strong and getting chunky. Hopefully she keeps growing well until the end. Thanks for the views…keep calm and grow on!

A good week here in the tent. The girls continue to grow and progress. Getting a small amount of water daily. Looking for more progression then I'll transplant the best looking ones.

These girls are done.im just doing the final flush then I will have a smoke report in 3 weeks.im overall pretty satisfied with this grow.my plants would have been better but I had some unseen circumstances.

This grow was fun.. I did 12/12 from seed and grew it in a 32oz McD cup.. Wow.. These are some super fat, super dank, and super citrusy colas! ETHOS FTW! Will be updating!!! 24 Hours Drying... Relative humidity in the dry area is between 68% - 72%.. I have been running the little computer fan off and on within the last 24 hours.. About 8 hours constant then off for another 8 hours then kinda blah not knowing whether I wanted it on or off the last 8 hours lol.. But hours 24-48 I'm going to leave it off and the hours 48-72 I havent got that far into the process in my head yet.. Lolol I'm sure I am WAAAY over thinking this.. But I dont want my first mold experience to be with ETHOS.. and I dont want my 3rd too dry too fast either with this strain.. The dankness is so incredible with this one.. My mind is blown by how epic ETHOS is.. If anybody knows of any other breeders that are as good as or better.. Please let me know in the comments!.. Anyways.. ZzZzZz... 72 hours of drying... Leaves are a bit crispy.. Buds are still moist a bit.. Small branches are still pretty bendy.. There was an 8 hour period that I did run the fan... The smell is a little hay like.. But this bud is so dank I'm sure the dank smell will come back.. Starting to notice that some strains smell like hay, but come back.. Some never smell like hay ever.. Idk.. Just something I've noticed.. It could just be my shitty environment tho.. Ugh.. So far so good with this one tho! Should be at least another 2 days.. But I'm shooting for a week at least.. Then into jars!!! Dried and beginning of cure... Took 5 days.. Not bad I suppose. Trimming only took about 45 minutes. It was almost difficult to WANT to trim alot of these sugar leaves because they were so incredibly covered in trichomes! But I can make a nice little bit of bubble hash with the trim so I trimmed her nice and close.. Gonna let her cure for a week or so then I'll get the weight.. I try to get them into the jars a little early.. Its easier to just burp them alot if they are too moist.. But impossible to get the up to 62% if they are too low.. I'd rather them be about 68% - 70% RH because thats technically just adding more "drying" time if you really think about it.. Then once they get to about 65% RH I slow the burping quite a bit.. Like only once or twice a week.. I've found this really helps terps and whatnot.. But anyhoo.. They have been in jars for about 24 hours.. They are already reading jar (2) 68% RH and jar (3) 64% RH.. Oh.. Let me explain the weird numbering. Lol.. My jars were already numbered.. Jar (1) is currently unavailable lol.. So jar (2) has all the nice, big, top shelf nugs and jar (3) has all the smaller, but still nice and dank as fuck nugs lol.. So excited for this! And normally I would have already started smoking what I've dried.. But since I cannot smoke, this will be perfect to actually give them plenty of time to cure nicely! So happy with ETHOS Genetics.. Fucking EPIC!!! Lol... Beginning of cure.. I tried a nug lol.. So smooth.. So fucking tasty too.. You can literally taste the citrus.. I love this strain! I can't wait to see some other ETHOS strains and see what they are about... Week one of curing.. Ive been burping daily.. Sometimes twice daily. I went ahead and put both jars into one.. Fuck it lol.. But 37 grams dried.. After 1 week of burping jars it is now reading 62% - 63%.. So now Ill stop burping daily.. Im gonna try to just go weekly.. If I can resist getting wiffs of it.. Lol.. It smells so fucking amazing

Day 17 05/19, welcome to another week of this comparison grow between FoopCanna and Down To Earth. So the two plants getting Foop are growing slow but growing. However, on the other side we got two plants in Down To Earth and both are twice as big. Had to defoliate and do some LST on those two to try and have a even canopy. Day 20 05/22, so almost at the end of the week and the plants are still going. The DTE are by far looking better in my opinion. FoopCanna looks like they might start taking off. Other than that they have all been defoliated and 3/4 have started LST.

06/18 - This grow was more focused on technique and final product in the mother clone process. I used this grow to better work to work on things such as mother development, clone cuttings, extended Veg cycle, flower transition and nutrient feeding cycles. In the next stage of harvest I will focus on the drying, curing and trimming aspect and dial into produced a high quality product keeping in mind it is not always about yields. 😎😎😎😎😎 Peace and Bud... This week I transferred it into a 5 gallon pod cheese on the third note and taking water every 24 hours the root systems didn’t look that great but I think she’ll thrive in a New pot. Watered are at 6.5 pH. Will be transferring once she’s 2 feet tall into the flower.

Goodday growbrethren and sistren hope yal r enjoying the green life 😸 Dosidos is doing great, despite of being eaten alive by Caterpillers ATM.. She is almost done so i cant spray anything on her ... 'luckily'the CP's are big now, so i can spot them more easily But dammit!, they have eaten almost all the leafs! She has had a lil accident too this week, Runtz has fallen on top of her!! (sudden strong winds..they were standing on the ground) But luckily nothing was totally broken.. I gave her some bandage for the cola that was injured (i use bandage and not tape, bc thats more flexible) and some support with wire 👍 and another luck we are having here rn (im so lucky, im gonna fall under a bus!) is that we are having a nice 'late summer' here.. temp is still above 20C with lots of sun and now and then a big rainfall...(she goes in safehouse then) so i think(hope!) she can finish her buds before the CP's do!!(next year, im gonna throw a net over the safehouse, over the openings, to protect from evil butterflies😳 and such. think its gonna help.. a bit) happy growing for all✊

In week 7 the humidity inside my HOMEBOX tent skyrockets again due to bad outside weather (with a maximum of 79% !!!). The plants continue to grow well and the first white crowns of flower hairs (=pistils) can be seen forming on the plants, flowering has definitely started. All twelve AK-47 plants from SERIOUS SEEDS have a healthy green color and LOVE the MILLS nutrients and the spectrum of the SANlight-LEDs. Both Q5W-Gen. 2 lamps are now dimmed to 80 % (=TWO GREEN LIGHTS on dimmer ON) and still WITHOUT the SUNRISE-FADE function (=ORANGE light on dimmer is OFF). The LEDs are still at appr. 70 cm distance of the canopy in order to ensure a proper stretch. The plants develop fast and have FILLED OUT the tent COMPLETELY again after being defoliated last week. On day 47 I decide to give the plants full power for flowering and change the dimmer to 100% (=3 GREEN LIGHTS on dimmer ON). Lets see how this works out, I LOVE how it goes so far...😍👍😎

First week of flowering. Girls are super happy. And drink a lot. I very much prefer the lower plant count with 8 plants. And I’m probably not going to go back to more than 9 plants. Perhaps will even try 6 or 7. 12 or 16 was a bit of overkill. Maybe with super short veg it has its place. 26.01 first day of flower.

All of the dosidos’ ended up dying. Hope it was a case of weak genetics and not my incompetence because the northern lights seems to be completely okay, and we’re about 2 and a half weeks in now. Next node is coming in and the plant is really kicking into fast growth now around 4~5th May.
