Day 58, 11th of November 2020: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so she receives 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when she will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week.... Nice! She seems to be stoppee growing but i still think she will add a bit more. Pistils are coming all good nothing to say as a big news Day 58, Good job Sweet Seeds.. Fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix and ratio above. Let's go ;)...

An in to soil she and her sister testers go, i know that for know everything looks the same , apart from the photos, but this will start changing with them growing. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! Hello everyone, 🇬🇷 ...the previous week had a lot of growth and training... Angie has her natural shape, Lucy's been topped and LSTed and Michelle was LSTed...they are growing fast despite the low wattage Leds that they are under as the weather outside is cloudy and will be for days...they don't get any nutes, they have everything they need in their home...this is going to be a long grow,as mother nature will decide when these girls will go to flower... ====================================== WEEK 6:"FIRST AND LAST AND ALWAYS" ☠️Day 36...💧it's sunny and the girls are enjoying it...I watered them today,I changed again the watering pattern...now I give them 1,5 L every 3 days,depending on how dry the substrate is...Today I toped Lucy again on the two new main colas... ☠️Day 38...sunny again and the girls love it...Angie has become a beast,tall and bushy,while the other two are growing side shoots after the LST...I am impressed by GH Feeding... ☠️Day 39...💧watering day...What bothers me is that I will not be on time for the contest...I am growing outdoors and the girls will start flowering on late summer...harvest time will be on October,wee too late for the contest...I have to find a way to force flower them earlier...the problem is I have no dark room for that...its a challenge and I have to find a solution... ☠️Day 40...the girls are stretching more...they need light... ☠️Day 41...the weather here is crazy...sunny in the morning,raining in the afternoon...the girls take about 5-6 hours of direct sunlight... 🌚I decided that from today I will be placing Michelle and Lucy in a dark closet to force them flower.I hope it will work...I will put them inside it at 20:00 and get them out to the sun at 09:00 the next morning...13 hours of darkness will be enough for them to start flowering...Let's see how this goes...It's the only free space I have to do this as I cannot use my tent.There is no light leak in the closet...Angie is too tall to get in there so she will be flowering when nature calls... ☠️Day 42...💧watering day...first day of 11/13 for Lucy and Michelle...the closet they are in is small so I am a bit worried for air circulation...in the morning they seemed fine however... Plants are going into flower. I took night time pics so you can see them sleep. They are a all looking great. This girl and her sister at the moment is 24 inches. Very nice branching on all three plants. I should defoleate and remove some of the bottom branches now.

This grow I am going to do it differently. I am going to do day tracking instead of date tracking. I am using using pre-grown ( two grows ago) Coco mix with nature suppers soil to experiment with reusing grow medium. The pots are 5 gallon air pots. I have never used these before so we will see. The 1st take on them that they are very messy compared to fabric pots. Once established, I will be using half strength Advanced Nutrients for Coco since these are autos. Day 1 - 3 Seeds soaked overnight and were put directly into the 5 gallon pots. I pre-soaked the Coco with 5ml/gallon Clonex and covered the seeds with a mason jar. Day 2 - Temp stayed around 78 all day with me going in and out of the tent looking for a sprout. Nothing yet. 😀 Kept the Coco moist under the jar. Day 3 - One seed has popped. I sure hope the others do, if not in the next 48 hours, I will plant more. Day 4 - Two seeds popped and one was up with the husk on and I accidentally pulled it out (dumb ass). I put in another seed. Day 5 - One of the 2 seeds that popped died. Not sure why but it looked like it would not shake off the seed casing. It was not reaching towards the light then found it laying on it's side. I planted another seed. Day 6 - The one that has popped seams to be doing well. Only time will tell. Day 7 - The replacement seed has popped. I hope all goes well.

Sad to lose one but three good looking plants very excited about this cross breed. Hopefully they show sex soon so I know what I've got! Have a look at my Kalini Asia's and I might get a decent phone to take some better pics 😉 Hopefully have some more seeds with the next crop!

Our Green Crack F1 Hybrid Autoflowering from Zamnesia are really in great shape, better yet there is a small one born recently and one that has arrived so well to grow that I have already done topping to go and make two plants this time: one worked with the techniques and one left to go also to compare the difference in yield and advise you well based on the strain. If it is very true that the technique always gives a good result, the response times can be greatly extended or if the plant remains too dwarf I prefer to grow the autoflowering straight. Applied Techniques - Given the numerous requests from growers, we decided to show you what happens by applying topping + Lst to autoflowering plants. It is very important to anticipate it as much as possible, autoflowering plants go into flowering at about the 5th intenodo, you must anticipate that moment to give the plant the chance to vegetate as much as possible. In general, when you see that there are two good side branches, you can do topping, they will go into veg as much as possible and you will have a split plant, I have seen very nice results, especially in warm periods when the plant tends to vegetate a lot, in winter we could have a bit of dwarfism but with a lot of resin for sure. So I cleaned everything and cut at the top leaving only the main growth line, called Main Lining, the florets will be lowered during growth and the plant will eventually be like "split" in the main line with the various branches. On photoperiodic plants, however, we will do topping repeatedly, which is not recommended with autoflowering plants so as not to lengthen the times of plants born to finish in 10 weeks. Everything is going good. Some are showing some sort of deficiency . Lowered lights a little bit. Going to start watering every other day. One of the critical thunder autos is like 8 inches tall lol definitely breeding her.
