Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. It smells like harvest is coming folks 😄 Stopping the nootz on most of them, except for some others late ladies with a Sativa dominance I will keep feeding lightly until they’re done ... if they finish in time 🤞 Very happy with : Gypsy Widow Herz OG Sir Jack Blue Monkey Not really happy with : Spicy Bitch, getting 3 differents phenotypes , 1 proper Sativa, and 2 others hybrid with an Indica dominance, 1 of the hybrid is a hermie and the other one is lost in the Flower opening stage since weeks without swelling... Mango Cream , getting fluffy buds all over to the top... Exotic Thai, such a nice structure, but the main bud won’t be a donkey dick bud as expected... (P.S: I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞)

Added the other two bag seeds in this week. They aren’t stretching quite yet. Pineapple Express is stretching like crazy and is now the tallest plant in the tent. Put the ScrOG net in to help control the grow... I have five plants in the flowering tent and the tent is only 2x4... defoliated each plant this week... lets see how this grows 😅

Summer is in full sail and it’s getting hot in there.decided to run a terpene enhancer just in case the heat effect’s my terpene’s . The plants are taking the heat like a champ 💪. They haven’t stopped preying sense I bumped that alchemist Silica up to 5ml .it’s like I’m in church and I’m a god damn plant priest😂🙏

Bananas are doing great, very nice, big, fast-growing ladies. Especially one of them has a very peculiar smell, I definitely get it why they are called Bananas :D I flipped them to 12/12 after 47 days of veg. I was a bit afraid that they were getting too large, I hope they will fill up the remaining space nicely.

Todas están finalizando su floración aunque llevan días de diferencia finalizando la floración,los olores son tremendamente intensos y potentes,hay dos fenotipos de sweet skunk y dos fenotipos de killer kush ,gorilla Girl parece ser la más estable,aunque haya distintos fenotipos (2) los olores son similares pronto llegará la cosecha ,deseando que llegue dulces humos familia!!😍💓🇪🇦

Week Six (more like Week 4 or 5) alright, a lot happened. first in rearranged the plants to get a nice even canopy to flip to flower. as planed, I changed the lights to 16/8 and upped the power to around 75% at 50cm to the canopy. every plant got a topdressing with Terra Preta, rockdust, biovin and seeweed (rooting powder) and fed the plants with colonize and organic feed 5-2-5 (see pics). I got worried about the bagseed. on RNG 2# I see what's looks like male and female sex. on RNG 1# I think there a female sex signs, but I am not sure. only on RNG 3# I see more than one female sign on the nodes. I read you can have a high chance of hermies with bagseeds. on the other side, some strains came from bagseed. but I don't search for strains, so two new plants appeared suddenly. one gelato from zamnesia and one San Fernando Valley X The Purps from growers choice, both feminized and photoperiod. I decided to keep the RNG 3# as she is the safest to grow out. she shows female sex clearly and is the smallest of the bagseeds. so the fits nice with the fastbuds and the two new plants. I can happy give the bagseeds to a new home, so maybe I still see some result from the RNG 1# and 2#. I mixed some new soil with amendments and transplanted to 11l pot. they also got a good chunk of colonize and the normal dosage of feeding. I watered them in and the gelato popped back up, the SFV was a bit sad, some lower leafs hung down, but she like the transplant. both are in very good shape. one day after the transplant I will do some deleafing and training. also I get the mars hydro clip fan to get some needed air-circulation in the tent. so in a week or so, I will flip to flower, this will be the last update in veg. thanks for reading or checking out my grow. Last watering, mostly cloudy, some amber. nutrients mostly depleted. harvest in a few days when soil is dry. 45%RH, 70F.

Tag 78 : + 2L Flaschenwasser ++ Dünger mit wenig CalMag + final PH 6.10 + Abends Tag 79: Trichome an den äusseren Buds aufgenommen . Ende der Woche ist Erntezeit . Video hinzugefügt. Tag 80: es war heute echt mal 44%rH und das bei normalen Temperaturen . Tag 81: Komplette Entlaubung und Vorbereitung zur Ernte . Bleibt noch die Nacht so im Stofftopf (fast trocken) . Tag 82: Ach ich hab mich doch mal entschlossen mit 1.5 Liter Flaschenwasser + CalMag ein paar Spülungstage zu machen . Dieses im Vegetativen Zelt mit der 100W von Spiderfarmer auf extrem niveau (25cm Abstand) . DAs ballert nochmal schön auf die Trichome .

Esta semana ya realice la poda. Se encuentra en estos momentos en etapa de secado dentro de una caja especial para secados de flores que uso siempre y nunca me falla. En humedo hay 195g y utilice una lampara led de 150w en todas sus etapas. Próximamente estaré publicando cuando este en curado.

Tag 82: Hab mich nun doch entschieden , da die Trichome wirklich zu 90% Milchig sind , die Dame am Stamm abzuhacken . (Extra ein kleines Beil gekauft (scherz)) . Dann im Stück einfach Kopfüber . Abluft ist an , Ventilator unter der Spitze . Jetzt noch 4-5 Tage warten (je nach Temp und Feuchte) . Und dann schauen wir mal was es wird .Für mich wichtig , viel Feuchtigkeit im Raum , ich will das sie auch nach dem Trocknen noch kleben . Ergo hab ich den Stoftopf drinne stehen gelassen . Tag 82-88: Kopfübertrocknung + Temperatur : 21°C - 23°C) + Lüftfeuchtigkeit : 52%rH-60%rH + VPD kleiner gleich 1.2 + 4 bis 5 Tage Ich versuche maximal einen VPD von 1.2 zu halten für ca 4-5 Tage. Tag 85: Ein Video hinzugefühgt wo ihr das Trockenzelt sehen könnt. Die LED hab ich genau unter der Abluft angebracht damit kein einseitiger Luftzug entsteht, dafür mit mehr Power . Tag 86: Video von der Kopfüberhängenden hinzugefühgt. Tag 88: 5 Tage lang getrocknet , Blüten vom Stiel getrennt und in Schalen in den Weinkühlschrank mit Silikatgel für die Feuchteregelung. Tag 90: Trichome aufgenommen. CureBoxen geschlossen nach 2 Tagen im Weinkühler Next Step: Bouveda 58% , Sauerstoffabsorbierer

2 more weeks or thereabouts. 1 more blackstrap molasses tea. And then it's all Distilled going forward. Reservoir will be opened up 24/7 until emptied. Then top down flushing with aloe water for round 1 and distilled until finished.

No se cómo expresar mi felicidad después de casi 3 años sin poder cultivar consecutivamente he podido cosechar esta belleza gracias a @blacktunaco por la K.O una genética llena de resina con flores compactas. Cometiendo errores desde el principio se pudo obtener una excelente planta corrigiendo todo para así mejorar el aprendizaje continuo. Se dieron 12 días de lavado de raíz y 3 de estos estuvo expuesto a lluvia constante durante los 3 días por tal razón se decidió cosechar para evitar dañar las flores

This brings the Journal up to speed. So going to start the 48 hour FLush this upcoming Sunday as well as going to move it to 48 hours of light insted of 48 hours of darkness. Then straight into the Freeze dryer to bring it down to 60% humidity in the bud and then to the curing jars.
