Hello Diary. It has completed its sixth week of flowering, a total of 9 weeks since Watermelon sprouted. As can be seen in the photos, most of the leaves have turned yellow and do not look pretty. The consequences are probably over-feeding at some point, plus, the harvest is approaching and the leaves get a more yellowish color. As for the flowers, they look beautiful, have taken on a purple color and are covered with trichomes. The smell is intense. I would like to mention that over-feeding reflected a lot on Watermelon which was not the case with her roommates Purple Punch with whom she shares “Farm”. So I advise future growers to be more careful with adding nutrients. Watering is every three days, I regulate or lower the p.H of water to values ​​between 6.1 and 6.5. And I do that with every preparation of water for irrigation. I stopped adding any additives the previous week so they get clean water. Let’s take a look at the review of the week. 26/03/2021 - Day 59. Watering. p.H. water I regulated to 6.4 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 32% humidity. 29/03/2021 - Day 62. Today is the harvest day of this wonderful girl. Plucked off all the main colas, the rest will mature for another week. She's ripened very well, totally defoliated, in a sunny and hot end September. In a better position she would have yelded at least twice as much. These branches will turn into super premium buds, rich of colours. This strain is simply amazing. Did some ballsy defoliation yesterday, but the girls seem to be rebounding well... Not sure if I stunted the northern lights plant or if she's just genetically shorter and bushier. I find myself popping my head in the tent to check on them enough that my husband walked by and said "I wish you loved me as much as you love your plants" 12/23 update. Unsure what my leaves are trying to tell me. Soil felt a little dry so I took the opportunity for a pH balanced fairly heavy watering, no nutrients this feed. Maybe a salt build up since I've been giving light nutes with every feed? Last flush earlier this week with solid pH on the runoff, so maybe not. Maybe just too much nutrients in general. I'll back off for a bit and see how she does. 12/26 update: lemon auto is getting light burned AF. Wound up rearranging the light situation to take her farther away from the light, but still within it to get enough light for some (hopefully) dense buds. I think a bigger tent is in my future. Hey Cannafam happy weekend, Its been another mixed week for my gal, firstly i cocked up a bit by uping her feed on the PK side which shes had twice and ive given hercsome nute burn. Shes started maturing fast this week and reckon shes got about 2 weeks to go, so im just gonna lay off now and let her use upvwhats left in the soil. Her calyxs have been swelling nicely and shes now really frosty all over, i havent had the chance to but il try n do some good trich pics during the next week 😊 Environment wise ive had difficulty controlling humidity this week, shes at a VPD of 0.87 and the dehumidifiers been on 24/7. DLI remains at 45 but with light the same 62%(68 watts) but im going to reduce this also as she is lookin a little light stressed also. All in all shes looking solid in the buds department and really happy with her progress. Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️

Week 16 (Harvest) 30-1 First day of darkness. Temperature: 27.9 degrees (lights on) 18.8 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 48% (lowest) 31-1 Second day of darkness. Temperature: 24.5 degrees (lights on) 19.5 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 50% (lowest) 1-2 Drying day 1 The Saparot is ready to be harvested! Before chopping her down, i took a lot of pictures. I was able to remove most of the soil to see the rootball. I hang plant as a whole to have a slow dry. The exhaust fan is on setting 4. 2-2 Drying day 2 Temperature: 19.1 to 17.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 57% I changed the exhaust fan to setting 2 because setting 4 was a bit high in my opinion. 3-2 Drying day 3 Temperature: 19.9 to 18 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% I changed the exhaust fan to setting 1, as someone told me that it was enough air movement for drying. 4-2 Drying day 4 Temperature: 19.8 to 18.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% 5-2 Drying day 5 Temperature: 19.9 to 18.8 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% Today i checked on the drying plants and the buds are shrinking a bit, they are getting a little bit crispy on the outside aswell, I hope they wont dry as fast, and i aim for a 12/14 day dry. Cant find the temps for 6-2 to 2-13. I do have a video when she was at the half of the dry process. 14-2 Trim day, yay! She was easy to trim, the buds are nice and dense, and there was not a too high bud/leaf ratio! She dried for 14 days. End results: Dried buds: 81 Grams. Dried Trim: 18.5 Grams. I am really surprised how good these genetics are! If you like CBD, i really suggest trying JYM Seeds out! The Saparot smells very fruity almost like a fruity coctail. The buds are super dense, and very bag appealing. After some months of curing the sweet fruity smell changed to a more sour smell, but still smells amazing! To be honest, i cured her a bit poorly, burped too less, and because the buds are so compact she holds moisture better then normal, so she tastes harsh, but thats on me. I have a pack of JYM's Sour Fruit aswell, so i will for sure try it out again! And my hope is already very high :D Thanks for following my diary, and feel free to check my others out aswell! Going great! Got the second screen on and managed to DIY a bar for my light mover to get my 1000w HPS up as high as possible. One of my main problem always seems to be vertical space! But I imagine a lot of fellow growers know this struggle. Lol still had a few buds reaching up over the 70 DLI threshold directly under the light that I had to hook down to the second screen but for the most part the second screen is just for support. Been watching my ph and ppm and keeping pm between 5.8 and 6.2 and ppm has been giving around the 600-650ppm mark. Because I spread them out in their own 4’x4’ area each plant they had lots of room the grow and I really haven’t had to Defoliate at all, with the under netting grow exception of course. Starting to smell citrusy and bud set is happening. 2nd week of flowering is going great! Cheers 💨

Finally!!! It was her last week on veg! It’s time for much more interesting part of the grow now :D Everything looks very good, she’s healthy and start growing really fast now ;) Today I cut over 40 heads off before switching her for flowering. Almost everything below the net has been removed. Next week I’ll mount another net above. See you in a week!

So, my fertilization plan is nearing its end; from now on it's just water, and probably the final harvest will be at the end of next week, maybe a little later.
