Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. And hello to you who read my diary, I just want to say that I am pleased that you have chosen to check in with me and in my diary. I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. This is my second feminised cultivation ever. First, I'm just going to say something about my grow room. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps for bloom. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. Day 22: Well we made it to the beginning of week 4! Who would of thunk! So we are starting week 4 on a good foot. No issues at this time and growing really well. Still such a squat plant. The nodes spacing is only like a half inch apart. WTH 🤷‍♂️🏻 Other than that the PH in my reservoir is dropping, usually it rises a bit everyday. I will have to remedy that before my midday feeding. I mean it was at 5.85-5.9PH so not out of whack but I was hoping for a drift of 5.9-61ish before I had to do a top off or change of the solution. Did some more light LST and leaf tucking last night before bed and will probably have to do more this afternoon. Day 23: River and Clara are growing really fast now. However I did notice the darkening of some of the new growth tips and a potential N burn. I believe this to be from a faulty PH tester I bought from nutetools dot com. Junk! So back to my old cheap meter. I will have to empty and clean out my reservoir today and make some more sauce for my plants so that I know it is PH’d correctly. What a pain in the ass. I am going to have a chat with them this afternoon for perhaps a replacement. Other than that onward and upward. Day 24: Not a whole lot to say today. Filled the reservoir yesterday. Sat and tried to figure out how to LST these super squat plants. I am thinking a couple haircuts are in order today. I think this will be beneficial to the little bud site that are partiallly blocked, but also for me to see what the structure looks like to get a better idea what I am working with 🤪 I am also thinking of upping my watering schedule to 4 times a day during lights on. I feel they are starting to drink a lot more and are probably just about to go into flowering mode. Day 24 Update: So I took the plunge and did some major defoliation and retied up all the LST work I did previously. They look so pissed off at me now… lmao. 🤬 You can see the before pics in my previous post from this morning. Also posting pics of how tiny my node spacing is.. Day 25 06/25/2021 - Today should be pretty hands off. Just letting them do their thing after the harsh treatment they got from me yesterday. (Defoliation and LST). I’m assuming they will need a couple days to recover, but, I will say they do look a bit less pissed off today than yesterday. Still no signs of sex. the tops are a nice bright green and the leaves are starting to deform like it really wants to flower. Hopefully, I didn’t screw it up by defoliating. The wait for flower continues. Day 26: These plants have bounced back awesomely after my heavy handed defoliation and LST. Putting on an inch a day and growing faster by the minute. They must have loved my nutrient ratio last feeding. I am going to do the same mix again today to refill the reservoir. Speaking of reservoir and watering… I think I am watering a bit munch per feeding as I am going through 5-6 gallons every 2-3 days for two plants. So I think today I am going to finally go to a 4 feed per day schedule and drop the time from 1min 10secs to 50secs or so. They should realistically only be getting a gallon a day a piece and still get good runoff to avoid any salt buildup. Have a 4inch and 6inch stretch a scrog nets ordered as well. Other than all that I think this first grow is going great so far! Day 27: Another day of mostly hands off and just watching the stretch. If my scrog nets come today I will hang the first one and that is about it today. Last night however, I did find a few pistils on Clara the smaller of the two and the no longer late bloomer. I also got my new Milwaukee MW804 4in1 ph/ec/tds/temp pen. Excited to have a reliable testing tool. One more grow day in the books! Cheers! Day 28: Well last day of week four. I was really hoping it would have started flowering by now, but we will hope for week 5. I got my scrog nets late yesterday afternoon and I put the first 4” net up. As you can probably see by the pics I really have no clue what I am doing. Also these plants are so so squat and compact I almost wish I had a 2” net. But, I think they are in stretch mode so we will see how that might effect my ability to a rig these a bit better. My plans for today are to do a quick clean and rinse of the reservoir and refill with a new batch of mutes I mixed up in the middle of the night last night. Then just let them grow I suppose. Not much else for me to do. 🤷‍♂️🏻Now on to week 5 tomorrow and continue to have a good grow. Cheers! 🥃

Hope you like the music Ok third week, they had some deficiencies. That's why I switched to mineral. To many plants to focus on, so I do a mixed feeding. Organic growing only with one plant ahaha. No techniques used.

2/5 is insanely big for day 35. It has many shoots and im debating whether or not i should lollipop this plant, what do you guys reckon? Flowering mode has really begun this week, extra shoot production stopped and more and more pistils are forming. The stretching has also stopped. I really think topping is the way to go for these genetics, with this short veg time. Or my LST is just bad and i should do it differently. Still watering 3L of water every 2/3 days. Let's see those buds form😍. Way to go RQS for this record holding autoflowering seed to harvest time.

After 85 days of growing I havest. Plant hung up whole to dry. 5 days later by 21°C/ 45% r.h. It's trimming time.

Update Day 14 Flowering: Wow this girl has fought her way into my affections this week. Her stacking nodes are impressive and so not like her mothers growth. I can see how they will stack and grow quiet well now and am hopeful of her yield. For 2 weeks old , she is doing great and to say how long she was held back ect.. ,doing even better. Still no signs of any issues or deficiencies so all good. Lets see gow she copes this week with the heatwave.

Week 3 of flower I found a hermie, not sure wether it’s pollinated all of them but it definitely got one in the back, treated it only time will tell no obvious pollination signs

I have build a new lamp holder. Doesn't look reliable, but still strong enough to keep the lamp above the plant. I didn't want to change nutrients ration before I'd a real flowering, but she thinks different, at 4th day I found some sick leaves. Wasn't really sure why was that, I bet for lack of K, so I increased bloom and grow nutrients. And the next day I also decided to add bacterias. Also, since she wasn't growing fast, I bought vitamins (B52) to help her. I could've done it earlier, I just didn't have it at home :D Now, when she entering flowering, she becomes much less flexible and more fragile. So I don't really stretch her anymore, just sorting up some top leaves, so the buds would get more light. Also I continue doing defoliation as before. Idk, what to think, cause I was sure, I'd see some real buds this week, but I didn't. She's switching really slow, and didn't grow as much as I expected. I switched light time from 22/2 to 20/4. Previous time was experimental for me, and now I'm afraid that it might be a problem for slow growing, we'll see how it goes now. But, perhaps, slow growth is consequence of tops, that I've done and now she just needs more time and I shouldn't worry that much. Anyway, she still looks mostly healthy for me. What do you think?

Welcome Back💚 Heute war es an der Zeit der Eigenkreation: Blue Cream Haze einen letzten Besuch abzustatten. Das Feldexperiment war sehr erfolgreich und ich erlaube es mir der genetischen Komponente eine starke Toleranz gegenüber Kälte, Luftfeuchtigkeit und vor allem wechselnder temperatur Unterschiede zu bescheinigen. Durch die stark einwirkenden Temperaturabfälle, hat die Pflanze eine sehr schöne blau- lila- fast schon schwarze Einfärbung and den Blättern erhalten. Aufgrund der Wetterverhältnisse und des späten ausbringens der Pflanze ist der Ertrag doch relativ gering. Aber darum ging es bei der Aktion auch gar nicht. Fazit: Auch empfehlenswert für die Outdoor Kultivierung. Grüne Grüße 🌱

This week my focus now finding sex of plants as it may be week 3 in veg this has been growing for six weeks from seed five nodes tall still looking healthy. If anyone has kind words of advice or just wants to kindly contribute that will be appreciated. Happy growing all.

Starting to see nitrogen toxicity in the Solomatic, I'm watering with only PH water since 1 week now

week intel: its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

I noticed that the drainage EC exceeded 2.6. I'll have to correct that. 🙊
