All are getting same veg feed just but make sure if you are using rapid start your gonna have to mix in PH up in your feeds! Defoliated and trimmed lower limbs, lowered light now on Canna Flora

Hey guys/gals welcome to my first grow diary! Well it's week nine and it's still 🔥 in my tent. So I decided to change my light from the philizon 600w to a Viparspectra vs1000 to try to help the flowering and see if it would cool my tent down some. It helped by a degree or two but anything helps! The 🌸 were responding to the Viparspectra very well until I missed a watering day and she got to dry from my blazing tent. So when I came home and checked on my girls I noticed my Northern lights is lime green and the bottom leaves are yellow and falling off. So did some research and it's nitrogen and a lack of other nutrients that cause the loss of color. So gave a heavy feeding. The only problem with that is the top layer of soil absorbed water and then it all ran to the bottom of the pot and into the runoff tray so I let them soak for 10 mins and then drained runoff. So the top and bottom are moist and I can push on the side of pot and u can feel it's dry soil but the pot feels heavy. So I will wait it out and feed again. I have noticed the color coming back to the Northern lights so their is improvement! No issues with pineapple auto! UNTIL..... Don't use neem oil on your plants in flower!!! Before u wonder yes! I sprayed them in dark cycle. They soaked over 11 hrs before lights on. It literally says on the bottle u can use up till harvest day! So I drenched them in neem oil lastnight because I believe the bugs are causing a lot of my deficiency problems. Got up this morning and bugs are still flying all around. The neem oil is a bust! Also checked the plants as soon as lights on this morning to make sure oil was absorbed and noticed all the pistols on both plants are fried. They were white and plump yesterday so that's all I can think it could be. I did read an article that also says that neem oil shouldn't be used in flower because it has chemicals toxic to humans. Here I copied the article: Neem Oil will leave an unpleasant taste/smell on buds when used to treat flowering plants, so don’t let this stuff get near your buds! There’s also some evidence Neem oil may be harmful to humans so use with care! That being said, Neem oil is an all-natural remedy that is very effective against many different types of bugs and mold. You will need a mister (also called a “One-Hand Pressure Sprayer”) to spray all the leaves evenly since neem oil and water can separate easily. *Bugs* so I've said this before but in case your just reading this week of my diary I bought some cheap potting soil from Walmart for this grow. I spray my sapling with a spray bottle for the first 7 days for water and on day 2 spraying the soil I noticed little tiny white bugs crawling all over the soil and from then on it's been a battle that I'm losing. I have now ordered some dematious earth sure I didn't spell that right! Hoping this will help. We shall see. Well till next week! Had a canny stressful week with the ph levels, got them back up now need to start flowering from tomorrow getting to big now never mind the stretch to come. 😀 Happy growing ✌️

Not a lot of grow photos this week since we were camping two days' into the backwoods at Temagemi this week :) I have added a video garden tours so you can see what's up this week. The fight against powdery mildew is real. But harvest time is here just in the nick of time!

First time growing so this week went well i'd say. Everything seems to be on time and looking well so we will see how the further weeks play out. Very excited to see the progress.

The Jamaican Lambsbread is ready for the chop... and just in time too! The powdery mildew is *just* about to cross the line. Next update is the harvest entry and the smoke report.

Not much of an update this week... went camping in the backwoods of Temagemi.... it was amazing :) I did a video update when I got back... it'll have to do.

This was a wonderful strain to grow. It handled high temps through august with ease and never had any issues with over feeding. I was impressed with how fast the buds developed and ripened. The smell is amazing. Mango and tangerine. The only disappointing thing was I had no red flowers. I’ll definitely grow this again though.
