Our Gush Mintz have undergone a small revolution and are still super beautiful, even more than before. One of the plants was damaged during the main lining I broke a brunch and it was transformed into a very very beautiful LST plant, it could remain small but I wouldn't swear it has a truly spectacular shape. The roots are well established in the 1L bags, and new growth is looking lush and vibrant. Started light LST to encourage lateral branching and even canopy development. They're drinking more now, so I’m adjusting watering frequency accordingly and alternating between fish tank water + Biodyne and a mild EHG Grow mix. Sprayed Neudosan as a preventative measure against spider mites picked up on Blue Cheese. No signs of pests or stress so far on the Supercheese clones. CalMag pellets are helping maintain strong leaf development and overall vigor. Planning to up-pot soon if growth continues at this rate. She's officially shifting from stacking into ripening. This week she got another Build-A-Bloom feeding along with Recharge, and the flowers are swelling nicely. The fade is progressing, but the buds continue to frost up and pack on weight every day. Purple hues are getting deeper, the trichomes keep spreading, and she's looking like she's'll finish strong. Just keeping her happy and letting her do her thing from here.

Eccoci anche qua all ultima settimana di vegetativa, la ragazza procede bene, anche se è la più piccola, sembra che stia tenendo il passo con le altre sorelle, magari è solo la genetica particolarmente piccola e cespugliosa, staremo a vedere, per ora sto andando leggero con i nutrienti, anche la c02 in pastiglie l ho somministrata solo per una settimana, perché non volevo che esplodessero troppo di vigore in vegetativa per non rischiare di avere delle bestie enormi che al conseguente aumento di c02 aumenta anche il metabolismo e devo fertilizzante il doppio per non avere carenze che mi portano in pochi giorni ad avere nevrosi delle foglie, se nn si sta attento e si utilizza la c02 senza avere gli strumenti che accompagnano questo tipo di compito, comunque basta non esagerare e controllare spesso le piante e se si nota una leggera carenza, somministrare del magnesio/potassio in più ad esempio, che è la carenza maggiore che ho notato quando somministra troppa c02 e temperature troppo elevate.. Bene siamo arrivati alla fine di questa settimana! Ringrazio Mars hydro e per l equipaggiamento professionale che mj permette di crescere le mie ragazze in piena salute! Flush week begins for one of the 2 plants. Not many red pistils yet but I will be cutting in a few days as there is already quite a bit of amber color in the crystals. Definitely don't want to miss out on the nice terpenes, the smells are pretty amazing, very citrusy. The yield looks like it could be quite decent too. Buds not as thick as I was hoping for, but still really good looking. Some leafs on the right side plant showing some signs of various issues and maybe a few previously undetected bugs on some leafs, but looks like all should be good.

8/3 Went over to treat the 10th planet that needed water with plant doctor around 10:30. I was in the garden at 6 but didn't have much time. That plant seems to be curled up or "droopy". It DID need water. I defoliated a few sep leaves off it but I didn't see any today. I guess I don't ever really see the leaves "up" or praying like I do with the rest of tge plants. It's starting to flower like the rest though. Today is the day everything is supposed to get its second or third plant doctor dose but I decided to wait until they need the water. I don't think 24hrs will mean much. I've been staying on top of defoliation but I'm seeing some pillar damage. I'd like to spray bt but what my buddy said about spraying with septoria is still in my head. Maybe I can use citric acid. That way it won't "wash away" spores it will just eat them. At least I think. And I hope lol. Birds get most of the pillars but I hand pick some too. I need to pick up nutes. Wondering if I should just get grow big again. I don't use much but plants are switching to flower and leaves are fading. I have big bloom and kool bloom bit neither have nitrogen. I still need some sort of nitrogen. Especially since that could be a deficiency. Not sure if it's the transition or a condition with the sep. I see some interior small leaves bleeding out and some dying. I'm wondering if what I thought was earwig damage years prior was really a combo of sep and they just ate the evidence. I'm super grateful though. I've got some resilient girls and they're doing well. The special kush in flower is gorgeous as well. Looks like I'll have an early plant. Short flowering time on this strain. Smells pungent. 8/4 Treated everything in the garden with plant doctor except the 10th planet I got yesterday. I need to take a closer look at that plant. It rarely looks "happy" like my others. I'll check it again later. 3tsp per gallon and 1gal a plant. The 10s got a half gallon. This seems to be working great. I have some defoliation to do on the tenth planet I was talking about earlier. Everything is in some form of flower. The flowers on that early special kush are getting bigger. I'll update this later.

This week went well for the Durban Nights. Not much to report, she hit day 14 today and is working on her 3rd node, I will transplant her in 48 hours, then hopefully top her in about a week or less. I will wait for her to grow at least 7 nodes so I am sure her roots are solid before the topping, but she will absolutely explode after transplanted into coco coir so that shouldnt be a problem. I will also complete the first two sets of toppings at the 3rd node, so that should shave a little time off as well as I previously completed the 2nd and 3rd toppings at the 5th and 3rd node to further spread out the plant. Super excited for this strain as it is a cross of Durban Thai and Jack Herer which are two of my favorite Sative Strains. I hope everyone has a safe weekend. Its finally time for THE POT PATCH 2023! I have been put behind schedule this year, yet again lol. Now lets see if I can get 6 weeks of growth in 3. I hope all the work I have been doing on natural plant growth regulators pays off, only time will tell. But I have so much planned for this season. IF everything goes right I will be pollinating one of these fine females with an authentic male God Bud from Jordan of the Islands and we should get some God's Hemi and we will see where that takes us. Inoculated the soil with a microbe tea to kick start the biological processes. I find this the best way to get things going while minimizing any possible root burn from the initial kick off of bio activity.
