Here is another RQS Royal Gorilla Automatic diary, these were all 4 germinated at the same time only 2 of them went into soil a week earlier that's why 2 are smaller than the others.
3 of them are in 15 liter pots 1 is in 25 liter. So far everything goes well, I started training 2 of them already, the other 2 I will start in a week or 2.
Lets see what they can do, excited about this grow alongside the RQS organic grow that i'm doing with the same strain.
Week 2 in this Diary of the 4 Royal Gorillas by Royal Queen Seeds, they are growing very nice, normal speed the smaller ones are obviously behind but as mentioned before they for transplanted later.
Overall everything goes as planned, I started training all of them to shape them in my typical way I like to have the plants.
Another Week for the Gorillas, everything going as planned, training the plant as always and the companions are massive. They are shooting into flower now so the stretch started they are just switching.
Added some Bloom to the last feed already and will start to transfer nutrients this week already. Lets see what the next week brings in terms of bud growth . 👌
Week 4 for the Royal Gorilla Tent and everyone is doing great, you can clearly see the age difference between the 4 plants (2 were planted earlier) but overall the tent looks great and everyone is in full flower.
The plants stretched a lot since the last update which is great, the internode spacing is nice and they all came out very even with the LST training.
The Royal Companion Plant Alfalfa is growing very quick as well and is flowering also which gives the grow a nice color splash and helps with the soil.
I topped one of the 4 plants to see how it would respond ( I normally don't top autos ) and it did really good, no slow down of growth or shock, plant responded very good.
So far I am very happy with the grow and can't wait to see how they do over the next few weeks.
Btw I slowly started uploading on Youtube, just basic gardening stuff, grow tips and tricks, head over and follow along as I start to upload more regularly and try to help with some info's 🙏
Appreciate the support everyone 👊
Week 5 for these 4 Royal Gorillas, I cleaned them up today and removed everything in the lower part of the plant.
I had them dry out for 4 days before feeding them again, I do this now and then during flower.
They still grow in height and are now ready to put on some weight.
I added some great white as I was adding it to the hydro system so I gave these some as well.
Feeding is the standard Bio Bizz Organic feed at ph 6.5.
Week 6 and the group of Gorilla's does great, all growing very nice, I cleaned the plants up and prepared them for the last stages of flower now, I made a video about that you can find it on my Youtube channel.
I will feed them for another week and then slowly start flushing them depending on how well they do. One of them Will grow outside as my this tent is pretty full and 5 Gorillas was to much, so I put one outside now.
Week 7 for the Gorillas, one of the 4 plants is outdoor now so its only 3 left in this diary as the outdoor one will take more time but is still doing great, just slower.
They grow amazing and get fatter by the day, bud structure is great and the colas increase constantly. They didn't show many trichomes till a week ago or so when they suddenly started production.
All plants are healthy and on the way to finish their cycle, they just get tap water so the leaves are slowly fading.
Week 8 for the Gorilla Crew, they are done 🙏 Just gave them their last water feeding and the next update will be the harvest.
They grew super nice, very dense buds so far and I am looking for the harvest. All of the Gorillas came out very equal in size ad genetic trade.
Trichome production really increased over the last week again, they smell amazing and after the pots are dried out I will give them a 48h darkness perion and then chop them.
End of a great autoflower grow with the Royal Gorilla Auto by Royal Queen Seeds. They were fun to grow, very easy to grow plants that never complained. The smell of the final flower is great, reminds me of green apples.
A very well balanced strain with great effects, can recommend the Gorillas for sure. At the beginning of the diary it were 4 plants but I put one outside as soon as they started flowering, so one is actually still outside growing, will be ready in a week.
So the total harvest was from 3 plants.
