Week 6 flowering

Germinated the seeds and worked on the grow closet (these will be growing in my bedroom closet) The watering setup is two 5gal buckets with PVC fitted a half inch from the bottom of the bucket, with a P trap pipe connecting it to a shared 5gal reservoir with an air stone (one will be run to each bucket to be extra safe from stagnant water) and 2 pond pumps to deliver water to the base of the plant. Nutrients added after wool placed into baskets on Day 4.

Just pulled it today. Lots of pics to come and the weigh in. Going to update everything as I cure. Curing is going well. Speed dried a little as I’m impatient as hell. Pretty happy with the results. This White Widow strain is very good. Extremely resistant to bugs. I’ve dealt with a spider infestation throughout this grow and only got it under control in the last few weeks. Daily maintenance and cleaning got me through flower and I was able to pull this off. At harvest it was cut and immediately went into a bud wash to clean them up and remove any leftover mites, residue, etc. I usually do a bud wash, especially if it’s outdoor. If done properly it has no impact and I find it produces a smoother taste tbh. This was my second attempt at dwc. I’m very happy with it and will continue. I’ll update the weights when things are cured.

The plant grew well without much problem. The arm that got broken was completely healthy this week. Nugs getting fatter ;)

10/6: She's doubling in size every day now, so.. me thinks she'll be a real specimen. 10/7: She continues to impress! I installed my new AC Infinity 6" fan in the attic and hooked up a 16" carbon filter today. I used some sound deadening foam on the rafter that I mounted it to and removed 100% of the vibration. I haven't programmed the thermo/hygro stuff yet, but tested it on high and I can't hear a thing anywhere in the structure.👍 I'm also purchasing a dual 120mm fan system from AC Infinity in the door, behind the grille I already installed to serve as fresh air intake. It also has a thermostat feature that will allow me to set it to only come on when the temps are too high, so I'm optimistic that it will allow me to manage the temperatures in this closet with about 1000w running for 18-20 hours a day.🙏 I moved the 200w 3500k+660nm to the top section today and lowered my QB frame to 32" above the plants. I have two pairs of them running now(480w), and received the replacement HLG 240-48A driver today for the third pair. I'll hook it up later..dont need it now.. 10/8: I fed her today for the first time...about 16 oz of solution containing grow big, big bloom, kelp me kelp you, boomerang, and armor si. I hooked up the 3rd pair of qb's today....wow that's bright....she's gonna love it!😎 10/9: She experienced her first night time today...4 hours, from midnight to 4am..at approx 72f and 50% RH. 10/10: I sprayed her with Axiom today and gave her a few ounces of spring water. 10/11: I sprayed her with Boom Boom spray right before dark and also started brewing some compost tea today. 10/12: I just gave her a little spring water today because she's getting douched with compost tea tomorrow. I wish I had some additional blue light to dose her with to get her branching better, but she's doing okay I guess. Since I've overplanted the space, I'm not gonna have much elbow room for her anyway.

Day 64

Week 12 everything looking good ...still no fade in the leaves been flushing for like 12 13 days now ...I think I put too much dry amendment's in my soil ...but it cool just ran like 20 liters or more off water tru my 5 gallon pot untill I seen the ppm get real low ..so should be good now ..gonna leave in dark for 24 to 72 hours when they dry up a bit.....as I said this was my first grow I learned alot from it ...can wait for the rest ..I'll keep u updated on the weight the smoke everything...once chopped..

Flipped on 17-7 to flower🌺 and the first issue came 🤷 the sativa dom cookie ( stretchy girl ) couldnt handle the feed and got a little burned, nothing to bad. She's going on a water only diet next two rounds.

Flush week! 50 gallons of tap water flushed through the roots at the start of this week. She has been on plain tap water(2.5 gallons every 4 days) for the last two waterings.

The Afghani x Mac1 auto from DNA recovered well from the training and is in full bloom. Bud sites are looking great. Had an issue with humidity this week and the leaves started looking rough. She got a dose of Recharge this week and drinks about 8-12oz of water throughout each day. All in all she's trucking right along. Very happy with how smooth this solo cup grow is going.

Expecting a awesome top shelf smoke from this girl, smell is mid way, a lot less than other strains, so it make a good option to stealth, but not the best. Superb strain, will update on the effects after dry and fully cured, high is supposed to be mild and functional, this is my first medical strain with high CBD, super curious. ---WET WEIGHT--- 421G ---DRY WEIGHT--- 95G just flowers000 ---UPDATE 2 . After harvest--- -A -Jaring After drying till the stems almost snap, in a rack, I separed the flowers, weighted and jared for cure. -B-Vape report. Vaped with a Davinci IQ, about .5 from the uncurred buds, from 350f to 430f max temp. Since the begging of the session you feel this is a special strain, taste is 5/5 vapor production is insane 5/5, and the effect as discribed by RQS, a stress killer that allows you to funcione normally, think it as a mild relaxant, is what i was looking for so super satisfyed! As you increase the vaping temps you feel the effects stronger, basically is a good body sensation and head tranquility, no paranoia, no confusion, no psychoactive stone. The side effects i feel is the classic dry mouth, not too strong though. -C-Joint smoke. Nice and smooth it hits with a mild sensation, very relaxing, no couch lock, mental trip or anything, i’m certain is similar to canna-tonic some how, very enjoyable, sweet taste tones of citrus earthy and woody. -D-Bong hit. Not a fan of bongs, i feel vaping gives a better overall experience, though for the sake of the diary, i did a bong hit to check, filled a full bowl and hitted mutiple times, the smoke is smooth, no harshness, though is a bit more intense than smoking a joint. ---UPDATE 3 . Final— Well guys, this concludes my diary, with this final update. After two weeks cure, i feel is already cured for the most part, one more week and all the cruise part will be done, after that it continues but slowly. It was fun to grow, and top shelf smoke. Note that is not a recreative smoke, is functional and enjoyable, i feel that if you have a super strong strain you can dilute in to this one and have a more controlled high. Smoking, vaping in multiple temperatures and i could still function, work, speak on the phone and think clear. Looking for a Stress Killer, high in CBD, that will melt your stress and concerns so you can go on with your duties and enjoy a nice smoke, give this strain a go, and let me know so i can follow your diary and know your opinion. Entering third week...all of my plants have developed second pair of leaves and third one is growing already! Had an issue with watering as in first week I have overwatered, last week I have underwatered. One of the plants is significantly behind other two, however I hope that she will survive. 14.10. - Starting with 1ml/l of Bio Grow and Bud Candy to see how they'll respond. Hi! How are you? No much since last update here. A lot of trichomes and resin and smell.

Both of these Gorilla Punch and Cherry Cola were a pleasure to grow. Very easy and forgiven not finicky at all. Very dense tricome covered flowers. They cured absolutely amazing bag appeal and taste to match. I highly recommend. I'm late adding this last step to the dairy as I thought I was finished didn't know I had to ad this step.
