12/1 - GZ 1 has pretty much decimated its fan leaves. This seems to be a bit early in my opinion. The buds are nice but not as full as I'd like. She's still got swelling to do but I can't see her going longer than another 2 weeks. I think I may have went too light on feed around week 3 or 4 because thats when the symptoms started. Either way I'm officially labeling this plant as "stunted by user error" GZ 2 is starting to head down the same path a week or 2 after her sister. Buds are looking small but frosty. It think she may be a little better off in the long run but we'll see. Orange hairs started coming in droves for both around week 4. The buds are picturesque but they still have a lot of fattening to do. Moby Dick's leaves have started to fade noticeably to light green just in the past week. I consider this optimal at day 40. I'm curious what the next few weeks will hold for her because her buds are already looking nice and full. Definitely going to be the last to finish and looking like it's going to be worth every second.

Week 4 update - through the first week of the stretch and all is developing well. It’s really only the one strong male that’s started showing significantly. Most of the females have trace pistils and are still rapid vegging as expected. Every plant continues showing excellent hybrid vigour and there are literally zero noticeable deficiencies. Currently, the count is at about 2/3 males + about 2/3 indica dominant fem phenos. We took clones of everything female this week so that we can bud em out proper in the dutchy cabinet once the pollen subsides. That’s where we’ll get a real look at the bid quality👌. They’re all quite young at only 3/4 weeks from seed but still look hardy and strong. Rigged up a new drip ring delivery system so that we could take off for a couple days and make watering easier for my mother in-law. Anyone wants the skinny on those, just throw me a dm - super easy design and save a ton of cash and time. All told - were well on our way to the final finish of this generation and the punnet squaring should be interesting once we’re done. End of the day, the grower in me is just giddy for the next cycle. Finally gonna have the option to grow a bunch of different fems for a shit ton o bud👍👌💪. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. My plant looks quite large already, I liked how it developed. I cut off the lower small branches for him, which are of no interest and only take energy. As a result, I got 21 branches, it will be very cool if each branch has 10-15g of the finished product 😍😍😍. Thanks to all my friends for the positive comments, I enjoy reading and responding to them. Added the ladybirds no sign of any mites now so hopefully either I was tripping or they are doing their job either way I'm now keeping them in the grow room been feeding every week of flower with liquid seaweed, worm castings, probiotics, cal mag, and molasses

Both ladies are growing frosty buds smelling grapes as its name suggests. Both seem to have about 7-10 days left to finish. Next week, I will start flushing.

Smooth sailing at this point... I have just a few key things to discuss going forward this week. No more nitrogen being fed to these plants at this point. My PK booster has no nitrogen, and I plan on using it once or twice more. The majority of nutrition at this point is coming from the rooted leaf Cal-Mag fuel which is an organic source of food. I've also been using the Golden Tree 0-0-2 but unfortunately I ran out this week. To replace it, I'll be using an organic black strap molasses. My temperatures have also dropped at night. By by about 7° c. My daytime temperatures are down two or three degrees Celsius. CO2 dosage is set to 800 parts per million

Week 18 (30-6 tm 5-7) 30-6 Temperatuur: 31.4 graden (licht aan) 22.5 graden (licht uit) Luchtvochtigheid: 69% (hoogste) 50% (laagste) Ik heb de trichomen bekeken en heb besloten haar nog een dagje langer laten staan. Watergift: Geen. 1-7 Vandaag heb ik de trichomen opnieuw bekeken en die zien er goed uit! Veel cloudy en best wel wat amber. Ik hou echt van deze trichome foto's, echt mind blowing hoe dat er uit ziet! Dus vandaag gaat de schaar er in! 2-7 Ik heb besloten om een wet trim te doen zodat als ze droog is ze gelijk in de cure pot kan. Geloof het of niet, maar ik ben wel 12 uur lang bezig geweest om alles te knippen 😅 Op 1-7 ben ik in de middag begonnen en in de vroege ochtend van 2-7 was ik klaar. Het natte gewicht van de buds is 283 gram, en het natte gewicht van de trim is 61 gram. Ik ben nu al super tevreden met het gewicht! Dit is meer dan het dubbele aan gewicht vergeleken met mijn eerste grow. De buds zien er ook echt mooi uit. Ik schat dat het tussen de 50 en 75 gram droog gaat zijn. Ik ben benieuwd, nu een paar dagen drogen! Droogtent: Temperatuur: 23.4 graden (hoogste) 21.2 graden (laagste) Luchtvochtigheid: 59% (hoogste) 42% (laagste) 3-7 Droogtent: Temperatuur: 23.2 graden (hoogste) 21.5 graden (laagste) Luchtvochtigheid: 50% (hoogste) 41% (laagste) 4-7 Droogtent: Temperatuur: 23.1 graden (hoogste) 22.1 graden (laagste) Luchtvochtigheid: 53% (hoogste) 46% (laagste) 5-7 Na 3 dagen is ze droog genoeg om te curen. Wel heb ik iets te lang gewacht want de LV in de jar geeft nu 57% aan. Ik hoop dat dit over een dag wat om hoog gaat. Nu een paar weken curen en dan kom ik met de rook verslag 😁 Ik zal binnenkort ook even berekenen wat de gram per watt is, aangezien ik de lamp niet de gehele grow op 100% had staan. Het droge gewicht van de buds is precies 75 gram, en het droge gewicht van de trim is 19 gram. Samen maakt dat 94 gram! (De trim gebruik ik om een CBD cake of bubble hasj te maken) Ik wil iedereen bedanken voor het volgen van dit avontuur! Tot de volgende keer!

8/30 - Week 4 ends and we are heading into flowering. Fed the first dose of 1/2 strength Fox Farms Soil schedule for week 5 today. 3rd feeding overall, all half strength. 8/29 - Alright, heading into flower, had some moisture / airflow issues with how damn bushy she'd gotten so had to chop some more on 8/28 evening. Rebounded nicely 8/29 and we've got a good amount of tops coming up now w/ some preflower starting. Looks like we're heading into flower properly now and should be stretching soon. Fed another round of Fox Farms soil week 4 last on 8/27. 8/26 - Been tying it down and adjusting daily, getting some good spread w/ a good # of bud sites coming up. Some stretch would be welcome to fill out the space a bit and get some room to work with. Don't want to chop too much leaf off as it's flipping to flower but it's crowded. Fed Fox Farm Soil Feed at half strength on 8/24.

Wow she over doubled in height this week growing 20cm! But take a look at the video I took. She has 3x stalks!!!!!!!! One stalk has split, then split again! I have not topped/fimmed this at all. No training. Possibly the stress she suffered in her second week has triggered this? Not sure but she looks healthy enough so far! Also just entering flowering I think.

She is thriving so far. Can't wait to see how it goes. Thanks again @

Finally got my pH and ppm pen this week, I flushed the plant with 7.4ph water tested the run off and it was at 5.8 pH so the rain water lowered it a fair bit, the ppm was at 1800 which is my fault for feeding it a little too much power feed, I flushed it twice the run off on the second one was showing 6.9ph and 550ppm which is much better for the plant. It took the watering really well, I am a little concerned about the pre flowers I've spotted tho.

So these girls have pushed through and look at thos dark purples coming through 😍 Only ph water has been fed this 9th/10th week and all trichomes cloudy with the odd amber showing through 🌱 Looking beautifull and love the colours, the smell is unreal so fruity 🔥 I may harvest over the next 3 days as too get it dried and somewhat an extra cure in mason jars ready for xmas smoke 😍🔥
