Oh my goodness - STICKY ICKY!!! Gassy sweet citrusy on the nose β€” just a gentle touch leaves fingers sticky and smelly as if you just opened an orange peel dunked in gas This plant is a true winner this cycle. Responded to my training and all the classic noobie stressor I threw at it including overall growing it in just a 5 gallon pot. Thanks for checking my grow out!! I can’t promise you all of my grows will be this photogenic LOL Now I also know - bag seeds are like winning the lotto --- Testing Results - 15.1% THC + 17.6% Cannabinoids - 3.4% terps | Top 3 - Limonene 1.025% Β· Linalool 0.573% Β· Beta-Myrcene 0.429%

Some defoliation on top but even so she is quite bushy, starting now to show trichomes and smell like candy/bubble gum like. Hope this pheno goes more to candy side. Roots big and well and bud formations a bit slow but not under the schedule. What's weird is that her main cola turned into 3. Without any toppings

2025-10-15 🌿 This is the first time I've grown Black Russian from Delicious Seeds, and I am positively surprised! 🀩 Great plant structure, very good bud size, easy to grow and harvestβ€”and she's sooooooo beautiful. πŸ’œ The season was kind of rough for the plants πŸŒ§οΈβ„οΈ, but they had great conditions. T hey were sitting in a fluffy bed of enriched soil mix, full of beneficials like microorganisms, mycorrhizae, and microbacteria. πŸ„ The soil bed is prepared in autumn the year before πŸ‚ and refreshed in springtime 🌱, so the ladies can dig in deep and grow like queens. πŸ‘‘ This year I added 2 SCROGSβ€”and that was very good. ✨ They were also covered by a roof 🏠, which was very necessary this season because it was very cold and rainy in spring and summer, with only a few weeks of lots of sun and heat. β˜€οΈπŸ”₯ I think that's the reason all my outdoor ladies took 4 weeks longer to mature. I was very pleased to harvest the Black Russian. πŸŒΈβœ‚οΈ There was only one spot with starting mold because the flower was peeking out of the roof. So thank you, Delicious Seeds, for being a part here. πŸ™πŸ’š I'm sure you'll like this diary, just like I do. Greetings, Larimar 🌺 Strain Information: Black Russian Early Version Genetics & Background Black Russian Early Version results from crossing two legendary indicas with potent medicinal effects: White Russian and a splendid Black Domina mother. This is a selection of the famous "domina" phenotype - a real jewel well-known among Spain's best growers. Growing Characteristics Cultivation: Very easy to grow Growth pattern: Moderate stretch during early flowering phase Structure: Compact yet well-branched - one of the great indica yielders Flower production: Large amounts of very dense buds Unique trait: Very few leaves grow between buds Aroma & Flavor Profile Resin: Abundant, fruity-smelling with citrusy and earthy notes (likely from Afghan ancestry) Taste: Denser than the aroma, very sweet and citrusy Description: Like a fruit salad with lemon juice

So, eventful week. Prior to putting my seeds into my system, my light and rdwc system was left on as I was dialling in the growing environment before placing the seeds as a final home. My only issue was I had a light leak BEFORE putting the foil top covers on the clay pebbles. Long story short, I got algae which ended up turning to root rot. I spotted it very swiftly and did a res change adding beneficial bacteria to the system along with the base products of remo nutrients. A few days later new growth and recovery is taking place. Day 16- Fully back on track, new roots shooting out into the water and the growth rate has picked up as it should. Foliar feeding twice a day for a little boost until the root system establishes a bit more. Huge changes in just a day. Can't wait to see what a week's growth looks like. Really loving the sunset/sunrise feature on the trolmaster, something I got to experience watching recently! Watching by closely to make sure everything stays in track. Stay tuned for the next one πŸ˜‰

Not much has really changed this week from last week. They are starting to swell up a bit more. Next week I think will be the time to start flushing them.

Day 36: I bend the branches even more, cut off the top leaf that covered 2 buds, one of them is very small, I hope to give it at least a little chance to grow. This is a victim of a broken branch.

Ladies still drink a lot of water, 3,4 L every 48 hours. Main cola flowers are getting big, side colas less but still 2 weeks to go so hopefully they will continue. The lady in the front, plant and buds have another aspect then the other 2. All of them are cherry cola. Also had some issues with her during veg phase and she began flowering earlier.

This past week has been a blast! After getting these ladies nutrition straightened out, they are thriving!πŸ’šπŸŒ±πŸ’š I gave defoliated wayyy more than what I see other growers traditionally doing. After the "3rd and final haircut" I defoliated two more times πŸ˜… Thank you the GD community for the support and resources along the way πŸ™ My only concern now is the tent actually becoming too crowded.πŸ˜†. Other then that I am thinking it should be smooth sailing these next 6 weeks or so. πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈπŸ˜ŽπŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ Happy Growing! πŸ’šπŸ’ͺ🌱😎🌱πŸ’ͺπŸ’š

Hey everyone, All the buds have been sent to my cozy basement for curing. I cure the dried plants in glass jars, burping them periodically. I maintain a temperature of around 20Β°C (68Β°F). This process takes anywhere from 2 to 6 months. I do all this to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience later on. For consumption, I use my Xmax V3 Pro vaporizer. Cheers, see you all next time!
