The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. BLUE CUSH 35 Days from sprout. Light training. Leaf tucking and pony tailing. Pony tailing seems to help with the side branching. She is genetically a small plant I believe, but she might be smaller then expected.. Possibly due to lower RH early on. Otherwise she seems to be doing ok. Attempted a layer of clay pellets after soaking in PH'd water for 16 hours, to combat the gnats from reaching the soil. I feel like sand may have been a better choice and removed the clay before feeding again. There are so few gnats that its not much of an issue, but I'd like to eliminate the threat before flowering really kicks in.

5/25 this plant is starting to gain some vigor finally. Has some real nice healthy color and I'm happy with where she is and/or where she will go once flowering commences. I was worried that she wasn't going to grow into much of anything. This seedling has been fighting since day 5/26 top dressed. She's taking off Also her very main top, keeps branching off weird, it's like 3 at a node almost. Its been having weird mutations like parts of leaves missing and odd shaping of

Day 142 11/06/25 Wednesday Harvested the Red Gorilla Girl XL today! This run of autos I haven't done any dark period before harvest except, I managed to catch them just as lights were coming on. She has performed amazingly in consideration that she was only in a 2.5L pot. In hindsight, I now know I am able to do a SOG with small auto pots. Making for an exciting next run. Upon harvesting the Red GG XL, The pungent smell of berry, diesel and sweet scents is intoxicating. The buds are dense and compact, with formed calyx's boasting with trichomes. Wet weight on this was 376g of buds. (All wet trim gets dried in hangers and used for making butter later) To my suprise a super easer one to trim, nice size buds with not alot of sugar leaves. She is now hanging drying in a 80x80 tent , with a small fan on low @ netted window entrance, facing down to circulate air from bottom to top. An exhausting fan with carbon filter also runs 2x a day for 1 hour. Again This lasted for 8days before humidity dropped to 49%. I have now put into containers to allow inner moisture to pull through now. After 3-4 more days she will have final trim and placed into Terp Loc Grove Bags to cure. Once curing I shall do a smoke report, dry bud weight, and update journal. Thank you to everyone who followed along for this one, the comments and support! Shes actually already pre flowering the bud sites are already purple so I'm super excited to see how dark this one gets. I've seen this variety almost turn black it's so dark purple. And in the morning she wants to have something again. I think the lamps tickle out their full potential. I meticulously defoliated her and now she stands happily and despite all the exertions, like a star in the sky. My star. 🌟 Sour Jealousy is really crazy, I can say that. And the coolest highlight will be: Lady Jealousy will soon be able to enjoy the whole place in the sun for the "grande finale". The smell of the two Sweet Seeds totally upsets me! One of the LCC and the RAK are little runtz, and the other LCC is growing almost twice as tall. They all look pretty healthy, and I am trying hard not to over do it with light intensity. I think in about a week or so they will go into flower.

Doing her thing. I gave her quite a heavy trim, noticed a LOT of leaves around main cola. Hopefully light can penetrate into the main cola now. Trichomes going cloudy now.
