Progressed as expected in the last 7 days. Will be using the Vitalink nutrient range on this grow as their prices are so much lower compared to other nutrient ranges available in the UK and there's a global cost of living crisis thanks to corporate greed, so it will be interesting to see the results when using what they recommend. BTW - This grow should have an asterisk next to "Wedding Gelato" I'm almost 100% sure I haven't mixed the seed up with any other, but can't rule it out entirely. I am stoned all of the time so it's a possibility. I guess we'll find out when she flowers.

Bounced back from the repot and defoliation (to get the light penetrating the lower flower sites). Started giving sugar royal ready to flick to flower. Really happy with the internodal spacing on this strain. Hoping for a decent yield. Will be flipped to 12 hours this week. Pistils ( stigmas) are coming!

Edit from 19th May. Literally 00:09 Pre-Flowering. Fat Banana looks like Hermie. Royal Critical = clean pre-flower. Edit from 19th May. 16:26 Fat Banana had balls sack and pistils growing all over the place. I nuked everything that had balls on it. I left only top node with pistils. Royal Critical is full of pistils, no balls. Now I wish I had photoperiod seeds instead of automatics. I would give Critical 1 extra week in veg. She is around 10-15cm smaller then Fat Banana. I switched the lights back to 400W. Edit from 20th May. 14:45 I think 32C is maximum what these plants can handle. With 600W I was reaching 34C on some top leaves and that could possibly turn the Fat Banana into hermit (she was the tallest). I open the tent a little (front doors), I put big-ass fan on second gear blowing strong wind through the mesh-window of a tent. I put the lights straight up to the ceiling, I literally can't put them any higher. Fat banana is now 58cm tall and around 80cm away from the light. Royal Critical is now 41cm tall and around 100cm away from the light. 50% Humidity 28C under the canopy/on the ground under the leaves 31C Air temperature. I‘m not sure if this one feels happy. I see quit a lot of leaves with three feathers or even only one. I don‘t understand here for example how much water she needs. The two plants in small pots drink the morning and evening dose of water. After ~ 12 hours they need water. And this one, it’s in a bigger pot, only drys out at the surface after maybe four or five days.

New week and this means official flowering for the girl, stretching, preflowers, pistils and a big smile after some 9 weeks of vegetation and mainline formation. I believe this is a very promising strain very sturdy, never seen any slowing of growth after any cutting or stress low or high and hoping for some big fat frosty colas with the new addition of more missing nutes such as Silica, voodoo juice and sensizym as I believe roots are very important too and I saw immediate results when I added those missing elements to my other autoflowering plants which apparently stopped drooping just before lights off and just from day 2 and never saw them droop since...check other diary... Peace

Apricot auto has loved everything that’s been thrown her way. All the way from topping her to feeding her,she’s taken it all very well. The topping and low stress training I’ve performed is aiming for that even canopy and so far that’s what we’ve got🔥

During VII week: 1 ecrased amount of water to 400 ml per day - autowarering system open flow 3 times a day for totally 400 ml/day 2 during DAy 48 i defoliated some fan leaves and added 1 35w led on top on ayahuasca purple #1 canopy —— During this week: 1 Start lollipop 2 Added potassium silicate (rhino skin) 3 Removed B vitamin complex (b52) for a lighten nut. Solution 4 Added phitobscillus (vodoo juice) — Soon I will see sprouts come up to net, when canopy will be 50-60 cm I finish lollipop under net and then start flipping, i’m Planning that for 10th week of veg. _ Update Day 50: some sprouts are over the net day 51 : added 2 oscillating fan - Secret Jardin 20watt - 1 turned on with light, 1 tuned on h24

This week is full of stretch, and unfortunately didn't train early enough. Instead of toping now, used Budclips to bend the main cola but didn't seem to do much. Yellowing on lower leaves so increasing nutrient dosage a bit. The Gorilla strains seem to always be more hungry for nutrients
