Things are going well. Very good root growth. The two new main stems have grown enough to be tied down for Low Stress Training. I don't think I'll top again. I want to see how fast I can get a good canopy with DWC, and see if Manifold-style training can get me a similar shape to the Mainline I did last year where I lost a ton of time from topping 4 times and doing a bunch of pruning to maintain a certain shape. I set the lights to 18/6 to encourage some rest and regrowth, and frankly to save myself a bit of light and noise at night. The reservoir is still full so I'm going to leave it this week and change out the water next week. The leaves are looking a bit stressed so I raised the light and moved the fan back a bit. I have a window fan pulling air out while there's no smell but I think I'll need to switch that to intake, turn on the exhaust and replace the jet with an oscillating fan. There is a fan on the cool tube for my light as well. I think I need to hang something heavier on the front to dampen the sound. All the fans are getting loud for my small apartment. Lol I topped it again the next day. I have wires tying down all the main branches. I think it's worthwhile to spend the time in veg making a good canopy. I'm following the instructions for Nebula's Manifold technique but I haven't done any pruning yet except for the topping itself. I have a vision of what I want taking form. June 16 I checked the pH and it was 6.5 so I brought it down to 5.5. I'm going to change out the water and nutes tomorrow. It needs a top-up so I'll just change out the whole thing tomorrow. I'm leaving out a bucket of water overnight for the chlorine to evaporate.

In general i am very satisfied considering the biggest problem i had which was the heat during all the growing period. I also had a power cut which stressed the plant very much to the point it stopped growing for a few days ( the most critical days 😡 😤 ) and developed 3 finger leaves. Despite the heat the buds are very frosty, they have a very strong smell like fruits and diesel and the density is decent. The buds dried for 9 days at 22 °C and 60% RH and now are placed at PP tapers with boveda envelops to cure. Smoke report at 2-3 weeks.

It’s not quite week 3 flowering, more so 2.5 wks. I had no choice but to remove a dozen of inner shoots because of how dense the canopy is. Should be it for defo until harvest. This weekend will mark 4 weeks since the last top dress so it’ll be a nice mix included in next wk update. I transplanted into bigger pots with a mix of glacial rock dust, 2-8-4, Kelp Meal.

2 of the plants are now budding, 6 are autoflowers and 2 are fast flowers. Still having some problems with bits of browning and yellowing I haven’t managed to figure it out yet. The plants have been being fed and watered as I usually do and they are still growing nicely and producing more green growth each day. If you spot any problems I haven’t noticed or notice something off with my plants please comment as I am still learning a lot about growing and welcome any help 🍀🤙

Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has reached the end of its third week, at the same time it has completed the vegetation phase and is entering the flowering phase. This week it grew an impressive 20 cm, it got a bunch of new leaves and now it's at the stage where it looks like a small bush. Purple lemonade has slowly started to form flowers. The leaves are a nice green color and look healthy. It is really developing very nicely, which makes me super happy. The summer heat is still present which affects the temperature in the grow box, this week the average was 29 degrees although sometimes the temperature rises to over 31 degrees. But I don't notice that it is harming them, I make sure to water them regularly, so that the soil does not remain too dry although that sometimes happens. Every week, as the plants grow, I increase the amount of water when watering. I continue to add Bio Grow Fertiliser and CalMg with each watering. pH I drop to 6.0 with Plagron's Lemon Kick. At the end of the week, more precisely after taking photos for day 21, I increased the power of the led lights to 80%. Here is a quick overview of the week: 10/08/2024 - Day 17. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, added Bio Grow Fertilizer and CalMg and with that amount I evenly watered all three plants on the farm. 13/08/2024 - Day 20. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as the three days before. 14/08/2024 - Day 21. Photographing and measuring the height of the plants. Official end of the vegetation phase. Purple Lemonade - Day 21. - 33 cm That's all from me for this week, thanks to everyone for the comments and see you soon.

Beginning of week This week I have cut out the Grow nutriets.. I will now double up on the bloom nutrients and have also added a half dose of Kushie Kush bloom booster from Advanced Nutrients. I have always had good results with this bloom booster.. The smell of the nutes itself just smells like it would help make the buds more dank lol.. I dont know how else to explain that lol.. But yeah. Kinda regretting the aggressive defoliation and late LST (including 1 branch that was supercropped) now.. But I'm sure by next week she will be a gorgeous little bush again.. I just wanted the lower branches to get just as much light as the tops.. Still no trichome production.. Another plant that I have flowering only about 5 days ahead has alot of trichomes for such small little nugs.. Still happy with this girlie! End of week.. Some trichomes have now popped up! Not much but SOME.. She has been showing slight signs of nutrient burn.. I think its mostly because I use the second cup to hold the runoff so that she has plenty to drink while im at work. It helps to do a little flush and NOT let it build up in the runoff cup.. Sometimes the PPM of the runoff gets up to 2300 or even 2500 PPM.. Today it was 2800 PPM so I flushed it really good this morning and going to get another good watering (no nutes) before lights out so that she can have that to drink untill the AM.. PPM got down to 1800 after doing the flush thing.. I shpuld be able to make a new batch of nutes tomorrow.. Maybe I'll even back off of some.. I'll figure it out tomorrow... She is one happy and heathy girl, otherwise.. On to the next week!!!...

Hey fellow gardeners, Unfortunately, I couldn't complete this diary earlier because was busy with family stuff and work. So finally here we go with the last chapter of this wonderful grow session. Thanks for Barneys for another masterpiece, we had a truly unforgettable journey with this breed. Its a bit difficult to remember after so long time but we try to collect the most important feelings and thoughts.🌞 So i decided to choose this time a hybrid strain to complement our most sativa collection. The seeds germinated in no time and we were able to put them in the first small pot after only 3 days, after another 3 days except one, they emerged from the soil so the fun could begin. The vegetative phase was actually easy and vigorous, but we made a mistake that made it a little longer than planned. Luckily the broken main stem healed really fast so this extra week wasn't so bad. In this phase we had an experience that we never had before, and yes this was the 13 finger leaf which means that the plants seem doing very well.🌱😎 When we entered the flowering period I was afraid they wouldn't stretch enough as other growers reported. Luckily these ladies got lanky and even didn't want to stop the stretching, which was cause for concern because the time for the last defoliation and lollypop session was almost there. At around day 23 of flowering we made the last trainings and we finally could sit back and watch the magic happen. It was really touching and lovely to see how the colors and aromas change from week to week as autumn approaches. Basically, we could distinguish two phenotypes. One with the purple silk on the leaves and a smaller but rock hard bud structure. The smell of this lady was more pine and sweet at the same time. The other 3 ladies were pretty much the same when it comes to smell and bud structure. Sweet and fruity aromas were characteristic here. Apart from the previous ones, both phenotypes were characterized by cinnamon scent throughout the whole flowering period. It can definitely be said that it is the most frosty variety i have ever grown. I am really satisfied with the outcome in every aspects. First the purple pheno went to darkness with our DWC lady and after two days the other 3. Dried them for 7 days at 21 degrees and 60% humidity and for another 5 days at 50% humidity.⚔️ Trimming these variety was a bit challenging threw the closed bud structure but it wort all the time. We ended up with 368 grams of juicy, rock hard dried buds and 48 grams of larf and popcorn. After placed it into glass jars with Boveda 62% humidity pack. Was a very pleasant strain to grow. I would like to thank everyone who has had a look, liked or commented on this diary. Hope its been helpful in some way. Cant wait for the next journey which will start hopefully at the end of august. Stay safe Growmies and have a lovely week!💚

👉 This year, RQS launched 5 new regular strains. The seeds are packed with10 pieces. 38 seeds out of 50 turned out beautiful (see my previous diaries). 👉 Before I put the plants into bloom, I took 2 cuttings from each plant. As soon as I knew which were the female plants, I deleted the male plants and the corresponding clones. 👉 Now I am going to raise the cuttings and flower the female plants in 5 new diaries. This diary is about the Garlic Mists # 1, # 6, # 7.

Overall, the Bling strain grew very weird initially, however, it did suffer some trauma and grew 3-point leaves for awhile. Resistance to PM was not good, but was able to keep it at bay until harvest time by daily spraying of Athena Mildew Control. I prefer to use this as I was using H2O2 and it burned leaves because of the pH change. My other harvested plant, Mimosa did not do as good from that spraying, but more on her in my other post. Getting back to Bling - I felt the buds thickened up nicely in the end, with hues of purple calyxes coming out as well as with some leaves. Smells wonderful and looking forward to smoking some after the cure. More to follow...

Had one week of flush and I think I’ll give her a few more days and then harvest. Been a really easy grow and a pleasure to watch. Can’t wait to try the beautiful buds.

She's looking gorgeous on her 3rd week it's just a wonderful strain to grow, let's see how she performs,I prepare a super soil mix using guanokalong organic dry amendments so I can't tell you about mililiters exactly because that's just not the way I like growing,I also add lactobacillus which are an awesome bacteria, every time I add lactobacillus to their water they just love it,the next day they get suuper green, obviously all the bacteria and humic acids from batguano worm castings and all of that helps,so I recomend if you're growing organic investigate a little about lactobacillus and how to prepare the lactobacillus liquid. Wish you all the best in your projects guys! 💚♥️💛🌱

Sorry had my ratios off last week on my nutes. Anyway she's turning into a bush I found some balls on the lower half been plucking them off. So I guess technically it's a Hermie not a her. Top half looks amazing. Since it's only one plant I'm going to grow it out I've got nothing to lose. Had to do some lst because it grew up into the light. EC is at 2

I thought the ladies would have another 2-3 weeks left in veg, but started to notice pistils forming within the last couple of days. So flower will most likely start to begin within the next week, I’m guessing I may see a couple oz per plant come harvest day. Not bad for first time grow & using autos, from what I’ve heard a lot of people do not recommend learning with autos due to how quickly their state can change depending on what you do with them. There are some things I wish now I would have done a bit different within the last couple of weeks, I can’t help but wonder how much bigger they’d be if I did not do any defoliation at all. But I have been combating flies bad and made the call to defoliate mainly for that reason. Started to cut back on veg foods and introduce flower foods and sugars to their diet. Humidity levels still at a steady decrease, aiming to have humidity down in the 30s come flower time. Will be going on vacation for a week soon, so fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong. Will be having a good friend of mine come by every couple of days to FaceTime me and make sure everything is handled as well as possible when the time comes.
