Flowering Update – Late Flower This week the plants continued to bulk up, and the buds are noticeably denser than before. The trichomes are becoming increasingly cloudy, showing that harvest is getting close. The weather has improved compared to the previous heat wave. Daytime temperatures are around 33°C, while nighttime temperatures have dropped to about 20°C. The larger day/night temperature swing has finally triggered some purple coloration on the Banana Purple plants, which was a pleasant surprise after weeks of waiting. Overall, I’m very happy with how both the naturally grown plants and the LST-trained plants turned out. One interesting observation is the difference between the Sour Jealousy plants: * The natural plant developed fewer but much larger and thicker colas. * The LST plant produced more flowering sites, but the individual buds are noticeably slimmer. This suggests that, at least in my setup with autoflowers and relatively small pots, LST increased the number of buds but didn’t necessarily improve the overall size of each cola. The Banana Purple plants are clearly the most advanced. Most pistils have turned orange/brown, and the trichomes are mostly cloudy. They appear to be about one week away from harvest. The Sour Jealousy plants are slightly behind and will likely need another 1–2 weeks to fully mature. After gradually reducing the flowering nutrients, I decided to stop feeding ATA Terra Max completely on the Banana Purple plants and continue with plain water until harvest. The Sour Jealousy plants will receive one or two light feedings before switching to water only. I also changed my watering routine. Instead of watering daily, I now water only when the pots feel light, allowing the root zone to dry slightly between irrigations. This should improve root oxygenation and avoid unnecessary stress. Overall, despite the extreme heat earlier in flowering and even a hailstorm that damaged several fan leaves, the flowers remained intact and continued developing well. I’m very satisfied with the progress and excited to compare the final yield and quality between the naturally grown plants and the LST-trained ones for both Banana Purple and Sour Jealousy.

I have a hard time adjusting the room temperature because of the air conditioner failure. I started growing with one plant, a week later I added two more, and the next week 2 more.This is why my job is really hard. AK 49s have not started blooming even though they are in their 6th week!DNA genetic seeds and I bought them 3 years ago. In my previous cultivations they flowered in 4 or 5 weeks.With the 12/12 light cycle I encourage them to bloom.Since they're all at 6 weeks of auto seeds, I've started adding the bloom fertilizers. 9/3 Day 50 of the grow I cannot complain at all,reduced the nuet list to what they are getting from here out 9/5 Everybody always takes pics of their plants at their best thought it might help to see otherwise, well here they are at their worst. Dried out intentionally as part of last stage of flower, like to get them conditioned for drying. Five minutes later all happy again after the water. Fed Bio-Grow/Bio-Bloom/Karo syrup as a boost to bio 9/7 Re-adding Big Bloom (Fox Farms) to nuet mix, plants seem to be missing it and I agree. Once a week at 3 tps/gal 9/8 Fed each .75 gal full nuets Moved Becky and Ceila towards edges to lower light to them. Seem very sensitive to it but the other two are just soaking it up so moving them into the center. Pics later at lights out. Greatly preferring the dark leaf pheno (Anna and Deb) over the light leaf (Becky and Ceila), Have two of each and the first grow was also dark leaf. Plants are more compact, drink a little less, easier to maintain, and I think will end up producing at least as much as the larger sativa leaning plants. Some defoliation on all Changing nuet list add Fox Farm Happy Frog Cavern Culture 1-12-0 for the P think thats the nuet hole, three tablespoons top dressed one time application... for now. Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went pretty good for the Strawberry Banana Auto, I did go out of town for 4 days and my PH got too high in my reservoir so that set me back a couple days or so but the plants still look pretty healthy, I did notice a couple rust colored spots on the lower most leaves of this plant. She is topped and I did a light defolilation yesterday and some LST just to try and keep a level canopy. The tomatoes are looking great as well as enjoying the runoff from the cannabis, got my first flowerson them this week. In the tent I am still running the Spectrum X at 60% power in V1 mode which is the veg mode and it is keeping the plants very green, bushy, and with tight internodal spacing. I will continue LST and slowly make the change to flower nutes as soon as the stretch is about over. I had a late lockout not by watering too often but too much at once trying to get back to back ppm runoff readings and it was 4 days twice of the roots looking for oxygen. I know I can do better with it because I love the strain I’m going to take it to the hydro setup. Those first 4 weeks are super critical to make the last 8 count. Over all it was fun and Dinafem never lets me down with great genetics and customer service! If you’ve grown or are growing it share your data to help make mine better if you have a minute. So this plant grew huge, was put in the ground at around 3 weeks old and she took of from there. I topped it around a week after she went in ground and believe it was the perfect time as all side branches shit up as well as the 2 main heads. Biggest auto I’ve done to date including any indoor. She didn’t get the attention it deserved and not much feed went into this plant she just lived of the soil and rain. Will certainly try this strain again. Well done to tastebudz for this amazing auto and big thank you to them for letting me try there strains! Happy growing🌱

29/10 - Full Res Change after a 6 hour flush with plain ph water. Tapering off the nutes as shes drastically slowed her water uptake. Took a test bud yesterday and vaped it wet. Tasted as expected, but has a smiley, relaxing effect to it. Think she should be good to come down shortly. 31/10 - Water uptake seems to have picked up a bit again. EC rising slowly, PH still plummeting daily. Looking pretty cloudy with a few starting to amber. Hoping to have her down in a week or so. 01/11 - PH still plumetting, PH stablized. Better microscope coming tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I'm seeing amber tips when eyeballing through a lens, but theyre not coming across on the phone. Hoping the new scope gives me a better view. 04/11 - Test nug taken and vaped. Shes got a very giggly but relaxing high which tails off into sedation. Very nice. Chopping tomorrow after a 12h dark period, and 16h plain ph'd water flush.

They are slowly entering the veggie phase 😍 So far only tap water with root juice. Since today we are in the vegi phase and the fertilization will start next week. Today I would like to tell you something about my new “toy” (Ecowitt GW1200 +WH51). I read something in the forum about a soil moisture sensor that is IoT capable. I was curious and of course had to buy it... 😄 Works really surprisingly well, I tested it beforehand with a small test setup. Up to 8 sensors can be connected to the gateway and theoretically home automation would also be possible. What I particularly like: Battery status display History with graph Freely adjustable alarms Access via internet and browser and of course app Plugs to cover the LEDs This is not intended as advertising, but I thought I'd explain in detail before people ask what these parts are

Week 9, nov 9. the flush on the middle plant didn't seem to do much - the trichomes are barely starting. Most all the plants have shown calmag deficiency. they are getting worse even though I have added calmag throughout the grow. I believe it could be stale pro mix.

We made it to flower, fam — even though the plants almost died along the way 😅. But the train is rolling now. I’m still tucking branches under the net to keep the canopy even, and I’ve started giving mild feeds again. The plants started to look a bit limey in colour, which made me ease back into feeding carefully. I’ve begun adding nutrients again in small amounts to see how they respond while keeping watering consistent so the roots can take things up properly. From here on out it’s all about guiding the stretch and keeping things stable. Stats so far: 💧 Watering: Every third day 🌡️ Temp: 26–28°C 💦 Humidity: 65% RH 📈 VPD: ~1.18 kPa 💡 Light: ~700 PPFD
