Day 36 Grow Diary Entry – Day 36 (Flower Day 16) Strain: Sour Frootz by Karma Genetics Plants: 4 clones Training: HST + SCROG Today is Flowering Day 16, and the Sour Frootz ladies are officially deep into the early-to-mid bloom stage. Bud sites are now well-defined, and the pistils are stacking up nicely. The stretch phase has slowed down slightly, giving a good window for structural management. To keep the canopy even and under control, I applied high-stress training (HST) by bending and tucking the taller tops through the SCROG net. I also reduced overall plant height by about 25 cm, evening out the top layer across all four plants. This should help maximize light penetration and bud development across the entire canopy. The plants handled the stress well—no signs of wilting or shock so far. With this structure locked in, the SCROG net is now fully supporting the horizontal spread, allowing more light to reach secondary bud sites. The aroma is intensifying slightly, a sweet, fruity tang starting to build up when brushing against the leaves. Everything is on track. still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water. Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4. December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

Savage growth in week 2, I'm having problems keeping the reservoir temperature controlled. I also haven't changed the water in the reservoir. Just adding R.O. water as needed ph down every couple days to regulate from a 7 to a 5.8. I'm thinking of running one more week on the same reservoir. Adding more water, Hydrogen Peroxide, EnzymeKomplete , and 1part Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Grow.

What a difference mainlining makes. I broke a branch with the first mainline, but decided to continue the grow. She's a full 30" shorter than the Durban Poison that I started on the same day. I decided to do LST and she is respectable - and will have several massive cola's. We'll see how she turns out in the end. Monsoon finally hits! Temps have dropped below the 110 mark low 100's! This grow will likely last > 30 weeks. Since GD only supports 30 weeks of diaries, this "week" will actually last two weeks. So far so good! Everything is moving along nicely, halfway through week 7 and we are starting to see the first signs of them slowing down, got a few red hairs now and things look like we might see a harvest at week 9-10 I’m thinking. Hopefully be a couple pounds in here this time...lol it’s looking promising anyway, we are on day 45...ish and these girls are packin on the buds and if we push them to 10 weeks we still got another 25 days for them to grow and develop. There all starting to show signs of pk deficiency’s now, I upped the nutrient dose slightly but still progressing slowly through the older leaves. Plants are also nearing there end of life so they are expected to do this. I’ve been trying to go the “less is more” method with this tent this time as I always tend to push them hard nutrient wise, and this time I wanted to see what I got doing the opposite and giving them just what they need and not to much, seems to be going good so far anyway, we will see in a few weeks time I guess. Her final 2 weeks before flowering…I love the spread and how she turned out after stripping her to a stick lol…she came back perfect.

She's going stronger. Now she's in flower it looks like she'll be finishing veg smaller than hoped for but will still have good few bud sites. Been LSTingthe bigger fan leaves that are... were, blocking prime bud sights. A good heavy water with molasses today too... 29/11... Lucky girl! And a little bit of LSTing today 30/11 Day 38?

Plant recovered pretty good after ph problem, too much enhancer i think Light is doing its job good as you can see. Nutes at low levels...

This week a few different things happened . 1. After I flushed to remedy all purple stems Runtz & Zkittlez developed deformed leaf sets. The runts leaf set didn’t form on 1 side of the vein. The Zkittlez formed leaf sets with a missing finger . Instead of the being 5 fingers on the 3rd set there were 4 fingers . 2. Day #10 plants looked really sad & droopy the leaves of my plants where pointing downward & the 1st set of serrated leaves began to yellow . 3. To rectify the “super soil” dropping the PH of the water I fed the girls I purchased some PH UP & experimented with a few cups of my soil & found if I put in water at 9.5PH the “Super Soil” balanced out at 6.5 . My tap water PH is about 7.5 with a 200ppm (yes , yes, I know , tell me about it) if I put regular tap water in my soil drops it to a 5.1 -5.3 which led to the purple stems in the 1st week. Granted I’m kinda working backwards to work with what I have in order to utilize my investments it’s a means to an end I suppose BUT I AM OPEN TO SENSIBLE THOUGHT OUT ADVICE THANKS. 4. Day #11 I transplanted all the girls into full strength super soil . If I hadn’t had to flush i could have held out another week tops in my solo cups . I could have gotten to atleast the 6th maybe 7th node before transplanting into full strength soil. Currently I’m at the 4th node & noticing slight canoeing of the leaves . This is my first grow in this “supersoil” also my 1st time mixing my own amendments to make said “supersoil” so for the time being I’ll just keep an eye on it & hope the plant establishes quickly enough to be able to consume the quantities of nutrients in this soil THUS my generous generous use of Mykos . Today makes 2 weeks for Runtz & #1 GDP the the remaining 4 are at day #13. I’m still hoping by day 16 I can start LST’ing . All but 1 or 2 of the girls have began growing secondary shoots along the nodes so I’m getting more an more excited . I’m just envisioning the plants I want to have until it comes to fruition. I am by no means an expert I’m not even a reasonably decent grower . Out of the 3 runs I’ve done so far only one produced smokable poor quality buds . Each time spawning more research & a tweak to the setup . THIS TIME I AM CALM COOL & COLLECTED as I’ve ever been & have my eyes set on a lofty yield of high quality buds I’m aiming to get a QP p/plant but honestly I want to push them to get a HP p/plant . Which sounds like I’m in Narnia NeverLand with such high expectations .. I’ll just shoot for the starts & if I land on the moon instead I’ll be happy with that as long as the end results in me being high . Week 2 in the books 📚

Week 8 Here came fall. End of last week plant seemed hungry, the fade wasn't progressing as supposed so I gave her two nutes round with only water round in between them. I used bottled feeding: biobizz biobloom + top max (2ml each per liter), ghe ripen (2ml per liter), solved micronutrients and calmag (not mixed, one time one the next the other, 1-0,5 ml per lt). Solution EC was about 1,4, starting with 0,3 tap water. She reacted well to the feeding in my opinion. now the fade is progressing more naturally. I did observe that the plant under the less powerful COBS in the same tent are doing better then the ones under the sp250 wich has a higher par output, so I raised the light to 45-50cm from canopy. This had a positive effect on the plants imho. I'll stay a little bit further from the beginning in my next grow. I took a sample under the microscope to take some tricho pictures, they look beautifully clouded but the buds still has to ripen some 50% more. Based on that I think we are arriving to an end in 10-15 days max. Happy bottanic guys

This was a good week, just starting to see bud sites pop up and now flower has officially begun. I noticed that the Primal Punch still looked a tad under fed so I blasted everyone with 1 scoop of Grow and 2 scoops of bloom (age old nutrients) I never used dry nutes before so here's hoping that I can stay on top of this grow and produce some sweet buds! Depending on when I harvest there may be another 9-12 weeks of flower. I'll pop in some more details after I get some shut eye, much love, Meus <3

Bulking quite well, she has a very strong haze smell as already mentioned she is handling everything like a champ, could not wished for a better plant :) From now on I will only give her PH 6.3 water without any additives. I believe its about 2 weeks until chop chop :)

Do Si Dos is one of Zamnesia's favorite strains, this time we grew it in the F1 Hybrid Automatic version and we have two plants. The one you see in most of the photos that was worked with a main lining and due to its characteristics of low internodal distance and the slightly cold climate it remained in Bonsai style. It will not be a huge production but from the structure and the start of flowering we are ready to bet that it will be beautiful. Of the other one left to grow straight I will only put a few photos in the growbox and as soon as it is ready however it will have the full service like the others, the plants worked with the techniques have stolen a bit of the scene from the plants left to grow straight which are obviously finishing a bit earlier. We are still using soil, fertilizers and all the additives recommended by Plagron 100% organic. We are still in the early flowering program that maintains the same additives Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Of course the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom. Two very resistant phenos. It was my first go with rockwool. Definitely going to use it again.
