Cropped Thursday evening, 3/4 days before necessary for complete maturation. Better to lose 2 ounces of weed now than having the plant destroyed by the storm later on. Yeld is below the expectations. Wet weight after 1 day fro crop (buds cleared of leaves) 2.91 lbs (1320 grams). This is caused partially by my pheno (pheno #1 sativa-like, low yield and high THC) and by some mistakes I've done: 1- position in the garden (too close to the sisters) 2- I haven't considered the change in the sun's trajectory and inclination from August onwards. 3- too much LTS (but I was obliged to keep plants short and bushy) 4- underwater (this is my fault, I always tend to keep plants on the verge of thirst. I dug up the roots and the plant actually needed a lot more water). Now she's gone I'm more relaxed and concerned on Special Kush #1, the next week crop and Pineapple Kush the October harvest. Without Royal Gorilla the smell around the home is reduced by 70%. Dry trimming. All buds have been washed before drying and will be dryed very very slowly in a strictly controlled environment. CHOP CHOP Okay so the LST worked, not great but it worked basically. The head tops from Olga and the one on the back where showing 30-40% Amber already so I decided to cut them already. I’ve read about the 2 days of darkness so I decided to give that a try. After 48hrs of darkness I chopped down the selected tops! Because it where head tops they are hanged in the closet in a dark room until the branches snaps. After 5 days the buds where dry and I decide to cure them. I’m curing them with the Boveda 65% and its really easy. Just burp the pot once a day or a while and check the hygrometer. The first day the % was 75max and 3rd already 70%. The rest is still going until I see enough amber spots, this cut will be done immediately after the day so I can see differences. I’m happy with the buds and the first cut is 23g Dry weight ✌️🏼❤️💛💚

My plants are doing better with more heat and less light. My light is turned down to 30%. I installed a oil heater so the tent stays above 80 even during lights out. My plants have never looked healthier. Changing off of my veg nutes and going to flower dosages.

Finally the cold front has arrived and temps dropped considerably into comfortable levels 22-26 which are perfect for flowering. You can have high temps if you have enough fans blowing at the plant buzt the increčased perspiration can kill your plants through a nutrient burn as they have to take up more water from the res.

Hard to grow in my case, but the results are worth it. Nice trichome production, on the buds as well as on the sugar leaves. I didn't expect much quality with all the problem she had but she turned out beautifully. 227g total from 1 plant tested at 24% THC and <2% CBD 3.02g of kief from the trim

I poured 10 liters rainwater trough the coco to get old salts gone, now ill feed her normal again with 1ml/l calmag and 1.2gram/liter drypart bloom

21.05.2023 Tag 16 - Beide Pflanzen in 15L Endtopf mit BioBizz All-Mix gepflanzt - Mykhorizza beim Umtopfen hinzugefügt - Angegossen mit 0,75L Wasser pro Pflanze, da Wurzelballen noch nass - Aufgedüngt mit 2ml Acti-Vera, 2ml Bio-Heaven und 0.75ml CalMag pro Liter Wasser Ich weiß, es gibt die Debatte, ob man Autoflower umtopfen sollte oder nicht. Ich habe mich dafür entschieden, damit ich a) eine Chance habe die Wurzeln mit Mykorhizza zu impfen und b) damit die Erde so lange wie möglich locker bleibt. Ich nutze Mycotrex von BioTabs. Welche Erfahrungen habt ihr mit Mykorhizza gemacht? Gibt es eine bessere Methode als die Sporen in Form von Pulver beim Umtopfen hinzuzugeben? Week 7 of Veg for these beautiful Apple Betty ladies! It was a stressful week for the girls but they made it❤️ Day 44 - I decided the girls had outgrown their 2 gallon nursery pots and were ready to move on. After a quick cleanup of the stems close to the base, they were ready to go. I like to keep my soil in a Rubbermaid bin, either with a fan lightly blowing, or the exhaust line from my tent blowing at it. Since I started doing this, I have not had any gnats or pests in my grows, of course with regular cleanings and IPM…my mix is Promix HP with about 20% worm castings added to it. This time around, I decided to use some Dynomyco to increase the mycorrhiza count of my Promix HP. This will increase root development by adding all kinds of interconnected webbing and allow for better uptake of nutrients overall. Within an hour or so all of the ladies were transplanted ❤️ x2 in 7 gallon fabric pots, and 1 in a 5 gallon fabric pot ( the 5 gallon will finish in my 2x4 tent) Once the girls bounce back and take hold of their new forever pot, I will be setting up my custom “floating” SCROG net and allowing them some time to get bent and tucked all nice snug before I flip to a flower schedule. Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Just waiting to see if she develops any further clearly struggling bull still moving. She has had a 100 ml dose of home made solutions e.c 1.7 I will wait until the pot is dry until I fed her next!

Mouth watering flavour, clean smoke, and it only gets better ! Barley a week into the cure and I'm already craving more of this strain Updated True Wattage, and fixed square footage of tent harvest was easy, could of gotten more yeil but she flowered early from some LST, would let this girl grow naturally in the future Buds turned out nice and chunky lots of sugar leaves just packed with sticky trichs She pressed out alright, could try a again but .4 return on 3.5 grams of bud gives 14-15% return on the first press of this strain none the less this girl puts out some wicked flavors can't wait till shes fully cured in a month :)
