In the end it was a pretty good run, i have to say though that, probably due to some early veg stress, one of the plants probably suffered from hermaphroditism and impollinated the others, 5hus resulting in a few seeds here and there. Fortunately nothing major. Thnx everybody for the support and following my first diary, stay tuned cause I'm starting two new more grows, bigger and better. Keep the peace 😉✌️

Day 1 flower lights on 100% 640w draw. Felt amazing inside right when I unzipped the tent, I wanted to chill in the tropical climate. I will still continue to add humic, organic booster, to water. Now along with 1/2 tbsp of soluble PK (bluesky organics FLOWER2). This will bring my natural ph to 6.5ish bringing it down without the need for "ph down" in solution. I will try to get into Dr. Thunder today and remove some more foliage of what I couldn't reach last night. day5 video, showing off custom spectrum. CW, NW, R on 100%, UVA and IR off. IR will make things stretch more, UVA is off because no trics yet. I added a lot of 7month old coffee grounds I've been saving for N boost, then finding out I had 17-0-0 blood meal. I also started to add very little soluble PK into 5 gal along with normal watering ingredients, like always. I am verry happy with things are until day 19-21 where defoliation again.

This week #2 has slowed down on the water intake quite a bit, I think its getting close. Took a vid of the trichomes and i can see a couple of amber ones here and there on the calyxs, so hopefully just another week or 2 max. I took the top off it on day 83 as it was getting too hot as it was right nest to the bulb. I will add it into the total harvest weight at the end. Other than that its been very simple, just a little foxtailing as it's a bit warm in there. #1 is now finally budding along! It got way too tall for the tent, and I had to remove the carbon filter in the end and put it on the other end of the ducting to lift the light a few inches. I attempted to supercrop fairly heavily and it definitely helped a lot, even on the branches where it didnt go so smoothly.... AsNoriu was right, it was slowly devouring itself from the bottom up. Got some new nutes and some colour has come back into the leaves. Overall, I have learned not to leave it too late to tie down the plants. Stretch is a real thing haha.

🌿 Mango Kush — Harvest Report (Week 7 Flower → Harvest) Grow Diaries — From Seed to Soul After months of nurturing, tuning, and watching the Mango Kush sisters evolve, today we finally harvest. What began as two seeds—two phenos with two destinies—has become a garden symphony of light, resin, and patience. Genetic Journey — From Seed to Harvest Pheno #1: Started in veg before flipping; taller, more expressive stretch; structured and vigorous. Pheno #2: Ran 12/12 from seed—shorter cycle, smaller frame, but incredibly dense. Different paths, same destination. Despite the variation, both finished side by side, their trichomes shimmering like frost under the lens. From the very first true leaves to the last amber sparkle, this grow embodied the full spectrum of plant life. Both phenos shared that unmistakable Mango Kush sweetness—fruit-forward, creamy, with earthy Kush undertones that deepen as they cure. 🔬 Trichomes — The Living Resin We harvested with trichomes at about 75 % cloudy, a few ambers scattered, and a few clears clinging on. Why this timing? Cloudy trichomes → peak THC, most psychoactive potency. Amber trichomes → oxidized cannabinoids, deeper body stone, slightly less heady. Clear trichomes → undeveloped, lighter high, harsher burn. By cutting at ~75 % cloudy, we captured the perfect balance between energy and depth—a clean, full-spectrum effect with robust THC, trace CBD, and terpenes locked in their prime. Inside each trichome lives a micro-world of medicine: Cannabinoids (THC, CBD, CBG)—psychoactive and therapeutic agents. Terpenes (myrcene, limonene, caryophyllene)—aroma, flavor, entourage synergy. Flavonoids & esters—color, nuance, antioxidant value. It’s chemistry turned art—and when viewed through the macro lens, pure alien beauty. 🌸 The Harvest — Dense, Loud, and Sticky Both plants produced compact, heavy colas. Pheno #1: 162 g of dry, aromatic medicine. Pheno #2: 129 g—smaller, but louder in terps. Together: 291 g total of crystal-coated Mango Kush bliss. The smell? Explosive. Sweet mango and creamy Kush so strong that, without carbon filters, the neighborhood would know. 😂 And those buds—dense like stone, sparkling like snow. Trimming gloves glued with resin. Even the scissors felt high. 🌬️ Dry & Cure — The 60/60 Philosophy We dried the full plants slowly: 60 °F (15.5 °C) and 60 % RH for 14 days. Why 60/60? Because slow drying preserves volatile terpenes and ensures chlorophyll breakdown. Quick drying bakes the aroma; slow drying matures it. The science is simple: lower temperature = less terpene loss, stable humidity = even drying. After the dry, we hand-trimmed every flower using a trim-bin, collecting a rich layer of kief—a golden powder of pure cannabinoids and terpenes. 🔥 Old-School Touch — Hash & Extracts The kief was gently pressed using only hot water, glass, and hand pressure— we also did some old-school charas way. No machinery, no shortcuts. Just heat, touch, and patience. From this we crafted a small hash bar—soft, aromatic, pure. We also explored extractions with BHO/Rosin, carefully purging over three weeks until perfectly stable. Both concentrates now rest in the fridge—preserved at low temperature, rich in flavor and medicinal potential. 💨 Smoke Report — Smooth, Sweet, and Deep The first taste is soft and silky. Mango sweetness rolls in, followed by that earthy Kush finish. Inhale: Fruity and fresh. Exhale: Creamy, grounding, slightly spicy. Effect: Uplifting at first, melting into a serene, full-body calm. The smoke is gentle on the throat, rich in vapor, and incredibly aromatic. This is medicine that heals both mind and mood. 💡 Gear & Ecosystem Our ecosystem blended art and technology: TrolMaster Tent-X + WCS sensors → precise moisture, EC, and temperature tracking. Lighting: ThinkGrow Model One, ICL-300s, Future of Grow Black Series 600W, Lumatek Zeus 465W. Automation: TrolMaster ecosystem controlling airflow, CO₂, and environmental harmony. It wasn’t just a grow—it was an orchestra. 🔄 Full Journey Recap Seed Stage: Aptus Start Booster, delicate beginnings. Veg: Strong structure, lush growth under perfect PPFD balance. Pre-Flower: 12/12 flip; phenos diverged but thrived. Flower Weeks 1–4: Structure building, light & nutrient tuning. Flower Weeks 5–7: Trichomes exploding, aroma maturing. Week 8 Harvest: Mission complete—patience rewarded. 🙏 Gratitude To the community—thank you for growing, reading, laughing, and learning with us. I got the 3 starting seeds from an exchange with a redditor who accidentally pollinated his batch with a male, meaning I didn't start with the best genetic which in the end, probably induced the hermie. It turned out good overall but it did fuck up a lot of things. I never thought 4 weeks of veg would be too much. They got tall in no time and almost tripled in height during the flowering stretch. Light burn had a significant impact on the trichome production of certain buds. The mold is on me. I should have controlled the conditions better. I had to throw away 10-15g because of it. And really nothing guarantees I removed it all. Plant B produced, in the books, a lot less than her sisters and that can be explained by 3 factors: -Mold attacked it more than the others; -I probably switched 1 or maybe 5 (who knows...) whole branches when they fell from the rope during the drying; -I left a lot of tiny popcorn buds that got separated in the ''to be extracted'' jar. The 3 plants were pretty similar in looks but gave rather different seeds. A, the hermie, gave a lot of seeds in general but almost half of them were immature or wonky and got discarded; B, a female, gave a lot of good ones but also quite a few bad ones. The have nice stripes giving them a tiger look; C, another female, still hasn't been plucked of all it's seeds but the ones I already collected are really big, round and mat. Plant A pollinated itself. Plant B got helped by me but C didn't received help from me nor the wind and still got hit, a lot less, but still. I'll never underestimate the propagation power of pollen again. FINAL HARVEST: PLANT A: - 91g - 281 viable seeds PLANT B: - 28g - 297 viable seeds PLANT C: - 89g - 149 viable seeds 167 mixed seeds from ABC EXTRACT MATERIAL: - 9g TOTAL: 217g / 894 seeds Height by weeks: 1 - 7 cm 2 - 20 cm 3 - 32 cm 4 - 49 cm Switch 5 - 81 cm 6 - 107 cm 7 - 120 cm 8 - 124 cm 9 - 125 cm 10 - 126 cm 11 - 126 cm 12 - 128 cm 13 - 128 cm Nice experience overall. A lot of thing could have gone better but the fact is I got a bunch of seeds for future pheno hunting and God knows I'll need to do some to straighten the genetic. See you all then!

So this was my entrie for the smal/rare pot contest, then I seen that they've changed they're cover photo to a pringles tube, hahaha. Cheers guys. I'm still going to see this one through, my new entry is better I think, stayed tuned for that. 3/3 germinated and one of them went 3 inches through the soil to germinate. Please check out my other diaries, and feel free to leave a like, maybe even a follow. Drgreen13#6724 (discord) Stay high, stay fly, #420everyday.

Days 35-42 (Day 36) Some minor problems starting to arise here. A few times this week it got up to 90+ degrees which I think may have caused a bit of heat stress in some of the plants. I’m seeing a bit of cupping/crinkles on some of the fan leaves and some of the new growth is looking pretty gnarled and twisted. I hear windburn can cause this too so I’m turning my fans down to low speed. This could also be a problem with humidity so I’m going to turn off my humidifier, dim the lights and raise them. During my last feeding I mulched in some worm castings but it seems like they’re keeping the soil/coco from drying out. Pots are still decently heavy and even the surface is still quite moist but they aren’t showing any major signs of overwatering. I figure it will only be a few weeks before the castings break down so I will just leave it. A few of the plants are starting to show yellowing leaf tips which is probably some kind of micro nutrient lockout from my PH being slightly too high. It could also be from nute burn so I will water in 6.0 until I see some runoff. Although the most likely culprit is potassium excess. I’ve been feeding potassium almost as much as nitrogen so far. I know that can cause the yellowing of leaf tips by locking out trace minerals. It can also cause leaf problems like crinkling. Excess K can even cause water retention! Will water at 6.0 until run off next watering. The lst is coming along nicely. It was a good idea to remove the first two sets of branches (not leaves). Now I have 4-6 perfectly even stems coming from each plant that I plan to top one more time each. (Day 37) Today I’m going to vacuum, clean, wipe down and spray all my equipment in the tent. I’ve been letting the floor get quite dirty and I haven’t had the chance for a thorough clean since last round. I’m kind of surprised I haven’t seen any powdery mildew yet. I guess the prevention spray is working because the room has to be infected from my last crop. (Day 40) I was reading that you can foliar spray whatever you are deficient in for an immediate uptake. I‘m going to try that with my current potassium excess since it locks out trace minerals. I’m going to foliar feed a bit of phytoplankton at 15ml/L and some MagnifiCal + VeloKelp from Remo nutrients both at 5ml/L. The cal mag is not organic but as long as it’s not going into the soil and doesn’t contain chlorine I’m fine with it. I’m also going to be changing the light cycle to 18/6 for the remainder of veg. This will be their first dark cycle so they can properly foliar feed. Edit: humidity shot up to 85% a few hours after foliar spray. I went to top dress everything today and I mixed up the plants while doing so! So the ones I was unsure about I gave 1 extra tablespoon. I won’t top dress again for at least 10 days. Might give a light tea sometime next week. I also tilled the shit out of the top of each pot. It had a hard crusty layer on top that was keeping the medium from drying out properly. I’m not going to water again until everything is bone dry. Then I will water until slight runoff at 6.0 ph with some Dr. Marijane bacteria/root probiotic. I’m starting too see a lot more of these abrasions on some of the bigger fan leaves. It almost looks like thrip damage but I’m 100% sure it’s not a pest above ground. It could be bulb mites, which I found in my worm castings but I can’t check until the roots are more established in their pots. The leaves themselves are cold and feel damp to the touch. I haven’t even seen a fungus gnat since I last fed. I’m hoping it’s related to the K excess and clears up with the troubleshooting. (Day 41) Just ordered a wire cube rack to prop my plants up with and help evaporation/root warmth. Each cube is 11.8”x11.8”x11.8” and it comes with 16 cubes. So it will fit just perfectly in my 4x4. Depending on the size, I might order another one for the flower room where I would need 25 cubes.

Week seven of flower, temp is coming down and is good. Buds really just started to fatten up. They are getting really frosty too. Getting faded leaves and some burnt and or dead ones too. One looks like it will finish in a couple of weeks, the others look like they might need more time. Cheers!
