Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. I think, after this week, I'll "not" close the tent at night. I've read that around the 50th degree latitude a plant will stay in flower if it is kept in dark for 3 weeks and put out after the summer solstice June 21st. As long as the light is getting less at night the plants will stay in flowering... So, 1 week to go and I'll leave the tent open. The buds are bulking up now. Smells like tropical skunk in and around the greenhouse. Won a runner up prize in a Ganja Farmers photo contest and for my prize I'll get, 3 seeds of Kush Mints, 3 of Animal Cookies and 3 of Gorilla Gelato. 2 mostly indica and 1 hybrid. Okay growmies here we are at the end of our PURPLE LEMONADE by FAST BUDS. It was such a pleasure to grow, i learned so so so much this run that will help me through the rest of my adventures. Tart Pops has officially hit that “teenage” flower stage — stretching has slowed, and now she’s starting to throw on some early bling. Bud sites are stacking up like little party balloons, pistils shooting out everywhere like confetti at a rave. 🎉 She’s holding her color beautifully, rocking those purple-striped stems like it’s fashion week. Side branches are flexing too, each one proudly carrying their own little crown of future frost. Feedings have been smooth sailing — she’s drinking up bloom juice without complaints, and a touch of cal-mag is keeping her bones strong. With airflow kicking around the canopy, she’s dancing happily in the breeze, staying fresh and comfy. From here on out, it’s all about patience — the sweet scents and crystal show are just around the corner. Tart Pops is looking ready to put on a sparkling flower performance in the weeks to come.

Day 22, 10-2-24: I did some trimming on them today for the first time! They needed some soil added, and I clipped the first 2 nodes and got them looking good! Day 23, 10-3-24: They are absolutely amazing. So vigorous... Great genetics... One of the few genetics companies I've gotten 100% ratios on popping seeds. These ladies are going to be some fine looking ones.. The bigger pot is definitely larger, but oddly, the six inches of soil is bigger than the control five gallon. Didn't expect that but it is what it is 🤷 Day 24, 10-4-24: The leaves on 1 and 2, and it has to be heat. I lifted the aglex 240 w about 6 inches this morning, the lights were reading good, and it doesn't feel hot under the light at their level, so IDK why they are curling. Day 25, 10-5-24: They are continuing to grow steady and robust. They are all generally the same again, and they feel good and flexible. Going to start lst'ing soon. Day 26, 10-6-24: I did some training on #1 and 2. 3, the control, is, lacking. Both more and less soil is doing better than the 5 gal.. 🤷 Life's a garden, dig it? Day 27, 10-7-24: I finally got my room moved around and got my 400 w Aglex in there and I have them at 17 inches from the light at 50% for around a 600ish par. Now I am thinking 6 may be too much. This is ridiculous, they keep growing. 4 have been teetering on the cusp of flowering for a few weeks, and now they are getting even bigger. They already stretched, now they are just inching They told me autos stayed small! 130cm!

420Fastbuds-FBA2509 I'm excited as it's tester time. Germination week is complete. I planted 3 seeds and had all 3 sprout within 48hrs of being in the soil. I do soak them for 48hrs in a glass of water before planting. I can't wait to see what the weeks to come will have in store. Happy Growing

This was my first ever grow and I am very pleased. The plant seemed easy to read, and although I still made lots of mistakes with the nutrients, it still seemed to thrive. The smell was strong during the grow, but it was a weird musty smell. I thought it could be mildew, but I had 5 fans in a very small grow space so I think that is unlikely. I kept the humidity around 45-55 during veg and targeted 40 during flower. The buds didn’t have enough time to grow as fat as they probably could have, and the nutrients during flower may have been low on some of the important budding nutrients. I also think there may have been borderline nitrogen toxicity during mid-flower. I dried her at 55% RH and around 70 degrees. After trimming and jarring, the true smell finally came out. I believe this is one of the best smelling strains I have had after also having the same strain from a medical dispensary. It smells wonderful! Going to cure for 2 weeks and then give it a taste. The total weight was 3.2 ounces of dry herb and 2.2 ounces of good looking shake.
