📆 Semana 3 La floración avanza con fuerza y el estiramiento alcanza una de sus fases más intensas. Ambas plantas muestran un crecimiento vigoroso, incrementando notablemente su altura y expandiendo las ramas secundarias hasta formar una canopia cada vez más uniforme y eficiente para la captación de luz. La planta que perdió la punta principal continúa demostrando una excelente capacidad de recuperación. Las ramas que asumieron la dominancia han desarrollado una estructura equilibrada, reduciendo progresivamente las diferencias con respecto a la planta que mantuvo su crecimiento apical original. Los puntos de floración se multiplican por toda la estructura y los grupos de pistilos comienzan a hacerse más densos y visibles. The size isn't awesome, but the high ammount of buds full of crystals plus the strong sweet aroma makes them awesome. Buds are growing and fattenning very very well. This week i added a boost of HomeMade CO2, i never measured the results of this invention so i can't give CO2 measurements. This method is widely used in home aquariums and there is where it comes from. For those interested i'm going to write here more detailed instructions. The 4 liters i've made will last for about 2 weeks. ---NEEDINGS--- - 250 ml Bottle - 6~10 l Bottle - 400 g Sugar / l water - 1 Envelope of organic baker's yeast / l water (CHEMICAL WILL NOT WORK) - 3 mid plastic tubes 40~50 cm - 1 short plastic tube 5~6 cm - 4 tube adapters - Hot glue to seal adapters The process of creating CO2 is simple, mix water, organic yeast and sugar in a bottle, and the sugar will free CO2 in the process of fermenting to alcohol due to the yeast. 1. Make a hole in the center of the big bottle cap, insert an adapter and secure it with hot glue 2. Make 3 holes in the small bottle cap and glue the other 3 adapters 3. Link both caps with one of the mid tubes and insert the other tubes on free adapters 4. Insert a short tube in the bottom of the small cap in the adapter that came from the big cap 5. Los cogollos crecen y engordan de maravilla. Esta semana he añadido un boost de CO2 casero, nunca he hecho mediciones de los resultados por lo que no puedo darlas. Con los 4 litros de agua que he preparado yo da para unas 2 semanas. ---NECESITAMOS--- - Botella de 250 ml - Botella de 5 a 10 litros - 400 g de azúcar por litro de agua - 1 sobre de levadura de postre orgánica (LA QUÍMICA NO FUNCIONARÁ) - 3 tubos de plástico de tamaño medio 40~50 cm - 1 tubo de plástico de tamaño pequeño 5~6 cm - 4 adaptadores para los tubos - Cola caliente para pegar y sellar los adaptadores El proceso de generar CO2 es simple, mezcla agua, levadura orgánica y azúcar en una botella, y el azúcar liberará CO2 en el proceso de fermentación a alcohol. 1. Haz un agujero en la tapa de la botella grande, inserta un adaptador y séllalo con cola caliente 2. Haz 3 agujeros en el tapón pequeño y haz lo mismo con los otros 3 adaptadores 3. Conecta los 2 tapones con uno de los tubos y conecta los otros 2 tubos a los adaptadores restantes 4. Conecta el tubo pequeño en la parte libre del adaptador del tapón pequeño que viene del tapón grande 5. The plant looks absolutely gorgeous, I had to reduce her height drastically due to her big size already, I want to avoid my plants from being seen from outside so let's see how this lady keeps developing guys

March 7, 2019 Update: Cream & Cheese CBD have been fed this week with MegaCrop and Cal+Mag Pro. I'll start flushing this weekend for a week. The Cream & Cheese has the longest buds of the plants in flower. She's really very lovely. Looking forward to the first hit! 👍

Beautiful full bodied plants that tower over the rest of the garden. Feed remains on point, humidity and heat issues in mid July weather have caused a bit of fox tails in one or two colas, but I could care less. This will be a bountiful harvest of a great strain.

The first pistil showed up! Nice! I look at it 24 hours a day hahaha

Week 4 started off with a bang as the day before was LST day. I’m new to this but the goal here is as many bud sites as possible. She’s growing great considering it’s 90+ everyday here and august is insane normally here.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows.
