- WEEK 8 - ----- Day 50 ----- Woo hoo. End is in sight and the plants are still PACKING the pounds on. Big Bertha is 11 inches long, 2 inches wide. The hidden massive Gertha is 8 inches in circumference in the middle in just bud alone and isn't even the largest part of this 8 inch long nug... Fed 1150ppm 13L 6.4pH 5-15+ days left. 2-4 days till I start looking into trichome finish period. Forgot to take a regular full shot and shots of tropicanna glookies. oh well. Later tonight if I remember. I stopped bud candy cause I'm using a lot more molasses and its literally a sugar in itself so why put in bud candy which is just sugars... seems redundant. ----- Day 51 ----- Easy day of watching. Some nice bud shots today. The whole basement smells of weed candy. Back right Tropicanna is pineapple gummy bear, front right is just gummy bear. Wedding Cake is like sweet weed, you get the regular smell of pot but instead of skunky its sweet but that Tropicanna is just alllll candy no weed smell at all. I did the first 60x shot today. 5% cloudy 95% clear on the Tropicanna. Long ways to go. I'll be doing the Wedding Cake later tonight, got side tracked. ----- Day 52 ----- Fed 1200ppm 6.4ph 12 Liters Tropicanna Glookies is going full blown purple. Should be covered in dark purple coloration within the week. Wedding Cake is just fat. Super fat large nugs. Easy day. Forgot to take trichome pics of Wedding Cake will do that later today probably. Well, the largest bud is 1 foot in circumference now... rofl ----- Day 53 ----- Easy day. Fed some water, they're getting thirsty again. I'm going to do a 13L feeding , then next day 5L water. So that's what I did today. I'll be dropping the Kool Bloom Powder & CaliMagic by day 56 and only feed 1/2 strength molasses only. Will pick the buds off as they finish, not gonna do 1 big chop unless it manages to turn out that way. Colors are going wild. Will check Wedding Cake & Tropicanna trichomes before lights out will update pics then. ----- Day 54 ----- 1300ppm 13L 6.4ph fed Here's some pics. Wedding Cake is nowhere near ready by the trichomes. Barely any cloudy, no amber. ----- Day 55 ----- Tropicanna really turning purple now starting to infect the leaves at top of canopy. Can't wait for what Day 63 holds for all these ladies. Not going to check trichomes till probably day 58 Easy day, last fert feed with chemical nutrients tomorrow, after that its just molasses. ----- Day 56 ----- Didnt even bother with ppm/pH. Molasses. roughly 30-50ml in 13-15 Liters. Smoked a tester of the Tropicana Glookies (Sativa) God daaaamn. Shits fire. Extremely strong. Very Cerebral and its not even at its peak yet... I've chosen Tuesday as Harvest day for both Tropicana Glookies plants (they're clones of each other) A single Wedding Cake testing nug is drying right now, I'll judge when it gets harvested based on the high, and if not sufficiently near my level i'll give it 2 days before drying another nug and trying again. I want heavy ass couch-lock. 6 days for Tropicana. Probably 8 for Wedding Cake. Will send samples off to Canvas Labs for testing like I've done in the past and will be making both edibles and bubble hash and will post those here as they happen. Once thats done I will see if I can restart veg mode in this grow, and if so I will keep this going until the plants die (and just make side diaries for each individual plant variety grow). Black Runtz is a crazy beauty, a black isolated phenotype of the very famous Zamnesia Runtz, in the last week you will find the white phenotype with a green apple flavor but going back a week you will find the black one honestly more beautiful to look at even if this is no joke at all, especially for resin. **Remember that for all varieties we have at least two plants, one left to grow straight and one worked with the techniques. This is the plant worked with a topping, the harvest of the other is precisely in the next week. Technique used // In this case we let the plant grow up to the 4th internode and we cut, then repeated toppings until we reached 16 growing branches. After the second week of flowering we eliminated the branches that would not have seen too much light to strengthen the others. Better with the techniques or normal ones? This time we have two very different phenotypes, a plant with medium internodal distance this time I prefer the plant left to grow straight but I know that it can be done very well with a main lining. Had a good week with some good growth. They started off a little slow due to transplant mistakes but once I figured it out and fixed it they took off. I think the unknown bag seed might be a male check the pics. I wanted to top them but most they seem to want to stay short. I'll top in a day or two. They are drinking plenty between feedings and they seem to love the grow big. I'll step it up today when I feed and see how they like it. Dont have many pics yet had to move my grow and havnt had time to take proper pics but these are not bad.

Week 3 I've been feeding the plants some extra CalMag because the Auto Night Queen appears to have a deficiency. And I started with LST. Day 21 I accidently partially snapped the main shoot of the OGK while bending it for LST. I immediately provided emergency first aid by putting small pieces of duct tape around the spliced area. If sufficient area is still connected it might heal. I'm also spraying it multiple times with a solution of Biotabs Boom Boom spray and Canna Rhizotonic. 🙏

First days of flowering this week, I promised myself to be hands off this week... Journal reads: 1/13: Fed these Girls! 3 TSP/GA Big Bloom 2TSP/Ga Grow big and Tiger Bloom 1/2 tsp Clean Kelp. Plant 1 looking stressed. Hands off! 1/15: Removed Netting, added fan, restarted time lapse it had failed last week ~ 10 days 1/17: I trimmed dead and suckers from all plants, fed with 3 TSP/GA Big Bloom 2TSP/Ga Grow big and Tiger Bloom 1/2 tsp Clean Kelp. Trimmed a lot!

Semana de bastante crecimiento. No se ha estirado mucho, pero han salido muchos brotes nuevos y hojas bastante grandes. Todo va viento en popa y a toda vela. No he detectado ningún síntoma de estrés. Cada dos días las giro 180º y subo 2 cm. el foco. También le aplico riego foliar cada tres días y le sienta muy bien, es una cepa que admite bastante bien los excesos. Han comenzado ha aparecer los primeros pistilos. Preparándola ya para la floración para la semana que viene. No se lo pierdan.😉

This lady is getting HUGEEEE. I see the sativa in her already. Shes starting to pre flower but I would say shes also still got a long ways to go. I'm super excited to have the experience to run this cultivar. This specific variety was special for me as I wanted a heavy sativa in an auto. I hope you guys enjoy this diary as much as I. I deliberately sent my 2 ladies into flower 2 months earlier. roughly the 12/12h rule. Sometimes it was 10 hours in the sun, but sometimes 12 hours. In my region it will soon be rainy and cold. I'm toying with the idea of harvesting them before I catch mold or something else. The trichomes are all milky. About 15-20% amber colored.

Humidity at this level helps keep her cells hydrated, and with a dome, moisture is consistently recirculated. This prevents her from drying out and promotes steady root and leaf development. • Lighting: For now, we’re keeping the intensity low. At this young stage, seedlings benefit from indirect, gentle light, just enough to encourage photosynthesis without causing stress. Future of Grow LED on a dim setting (200 PPFD) does the job, providing the perfect balance for early growth. Water & Nutrition: Keeping It Simple No heavy nutrients this week; she’s working off the stored energy in her seed. The aim is to keep the soil or Root Riot cube slightly moist but not soaked. Overwatering can drown young roots, so light misting is all she needs to stay comfortable and growing strong. Growth Observations: Slow but Steady Wins the Race Our solo survivor might be growing at her own pace, but that’s exactly what we want! At this early stage, less is more, and slow growth often indicates a strong foundation. We’re looking for stable, healthy roots and tight early nodes as she finds her rhythm. Grower’s Tips for Week 1 1. Humidity Control: Keep RH high but watch for condensation build-up. Too much moisture can invite mold, so allow some airflow if needed. 2. Stay Light on Water: Just enough misting to keep the medium damp. 3. Patience Is Key: Each plant has its own pace; giving her time to establish now sets her up for a strong journey. Next Steps As we move into Week 2, I’ll be keeping an eye out for early leaves (cotyledons) opening up, as well as steady, even growth. Woche 5 – Struktur beginnt Die Laughing Buddha wurde diese Woche getoppt und geht jetzt in die nächste Phase. Das Topping fällt bei mir immer sehr mini aus um der Pflanze nicht mehr zu verletzen als es sein muss, Stress gibt’s bald genug.😅 Außerdem gab’s ein leichtes Topdressing mit Bio Grow (1 g/L), um sie für das kommende Wachstum zu pushen. Die kleine Lampe wurde durch die Spider Farmer SF1000D ersetzt – jetzt gibt’s deutlich mehr Power von oben. Jetzt heißt es: erholen, verzweigen und Struktur aufbauen Die Kleine hat das Topping gut vertragen und hat fleißig Masse zugelegt. Ein paar Blätter zur Seite geführt damit die seitentriebe mehr Licht abbekommen ohne das ich entlauben muss.
