They are slowly entering the veggie phase 😍 So far only tap water with root juice. Since today we are in the vegi phase and the fertilization will start next week. Today I would like to tell you something about my new “toy” (Ecowitt GW1200 +WH51). I read something in the forum about a soil moisture sensor that is IoT capable. I was curious and of course had to buy it... 😄 Works really surprisingly well, I tested it beforehand with a small test setup. First week of flower :) Did some final touches on some LST and a very light de leaf of some shading leaves. Pulling down the room temp slightly and will add some pre flowering nutrients towards the end of this week or early next week.

Slight defoliation this week. These plants are absolutely breathtaking. However, these will be low yield plants. I normally yield an average of a qp on my auto flowers, I look for these to be around 2 ounces per plant. Maybe. I normally grow in coco loco by Bush doctor. This grow is in FFOF. But i also went to 5 gallon pots this time, usually i run 3 gallon. This leads me to believe for sure. That this is genetic. Looking forward to the finished product here however, as this looks amazing, and smells like candy.

Final veg day today, still watering straight water with Pro-TeKt (twice this week, 3 since I last fed) & the run off PPMs oddly keep rising at the pH drops was hoping to kick into the AgroThrive flower formula next water but I many hold off another time average run off PPM is 2768, I don't know if this rise is an organic thing but the plants look generally good to me. Trimmed more & added one more LST clip this week.

This may be her last week. She's at day 56 since 12/12 I haven't decided whether I wanna push her to day 63 or not. She has a nice mixture of amber on the tops already So I did decide to chop

5-10-2025 I harvested my Purplematic CBD and washed the buds with a mixture of baking soda and lemon juice. Some caterpillars 🐛 came out of the buds 😱!! I hung the branches up to dry in a spare dark room with a ventilator. After 10 days of drying the branches still wouldn’t snip. I think the room was too cold and too humid. Next time I’m using a dehumidifier.

Day 35 End of Week 5 Update: Had a bad week worrying about humidity. My dehumidifier broke so I was stuck until payday and humidity was out of control, night time into the the high 70's and mid 60s during the day. But despite that, thankfully there was no issues that came about like PM or funky mold or anything. New Dehumidifier is in and all is looking good Gorilla Cookies is definitely stretching out more than Strawberry G. The Strawberry Gorilla has more of a bushy tendency. I'm hoping she's just a late stretcher so we'll see 🤞 I started light defoliating and so far so good. I don't take out much and with the little I have trimmed there has been no sign of growth pause or stunting at all, they seem to be going strong so far. Happy Growing y'all!

Buds are not as dense as the first purple punch but the mass is more. Will keep this updated up to drying. Edit #1 June 15 : buds have been washed in baking soda/lime juice warm water (32*C) > rtp water (27*C) > cold water (22*C). Buds then will be hung to dry for 24 hours in AC (45% humid). At day 2 (or in another 24 hours) will move the buds into another room for 24 hours again @65-75% humidity. Day 3 (or in another and probably the last 24 hours of drying) will move back into ac and then a stem test on each branch will be conducted to see if they are dry enough. If they are not dry enough after day 3 (2 days ac @ 45% and 1 day rtp @65-75%) then a 4th day of ac drying will occur and then more branch tests. Upon being sufficiently dry, the final trim of the sugar leaves will occur and then jarring with some Boveda 58%. Thanks for reading, more edits to come. Hello Diary. We came to the last week of vegetation, and we enter slowly into flowering. Watermelon has grown 36 cm and looks healthy and satisfied. This week I added a lot of nutrients when watering, I will see how they will react to that. Her roommates, two Purple Punch outgrew her in height so I had to adjust the lights a bit to everyone at “Farm”. The lights are dimmed at 80% The temperature in the growbox is around 25 degrees, which is ideal for me but the humidity is a bit lower than I would have liked. I'm thinking of putting on a humidifier again. The plants started to be more thirsty so now watering is more frequent as well. Let’s take a look at the review of the week. 10/02/2021 - Day 15. Watering. p.H I adjusted to 6.3 with Lemon Kick and added one Easy Grow tablet to 6 liters of water. With that, I watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.5 degrees and 40% humidity. 13/02/2021 - Day 18. Watering.p.H I regulated to 6.4 and did not add any other nutrients. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.3 degrees and 40% humidity. 16/02/2021 - Day 21. Photographing and watering. This time I added CalMg, 1.5ml / L preventively and from BoiBizz I added Bio Heaven, Bio Grow, Acti Vera and Alg-A-Mix only 2ml / L each. p.H I regulated at 6.4. Due to the low humidity, I put the humidifier back in the GrowBox. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24 degrees and 35% humidity. That’s it for this week, thanks to everyone who stop by and take a look.
