Had a great week. ILGM has always been a strong grower for me. I've grown a few different strains from ILGM and they always grow very well. She went from 8 inches to 16 inches this week. I topped her about 3-4 days ago. She recovered from the topping very well and has new growth so she is doing as well as I could want. No problems to talk about this week 馃榾. Onto week 5.

Hey guys :-) Unfortunately I had so much to do with the flowers that I hardly had time for the veggie update last week :-) I trained the ladies with LST and topping. I will do that for a while because you still have time until there is space in the bloom tent 馃槄. They were watered twice a week with 1-1.2 l each time (see table above for nutrients). Tomorrow they will be treated again with nematodes against tripse because I saw some in the vegi room 馃槨. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked. Got some nice fluorescence popping in the upper half of the plant. Top dressing a little (2tsp) 4-4-4 NPK, just for safety as some of the leaves are lightening in color. Probably too much water, but I will let her dry out too. Got a lot of great spears/cones developing.

12.08. Sour Diesel Day 72# Day Flowering 55# 06.08. SD2# harvested, trimmed, dried and almost smoked lol The caterpillar destroyed it and I had to take it off so that everything wouldn't go to waste. 10.08. 5 more plants were harvested, trimmed and left to dry, all mature, some more, some less, but I didn't want to risk any more so that the caterpillars wouldn't destroy them, one of these 5 had already started. 2 plants left on site, need 7+ more days. The day before yesterday was the end of their 10th week. Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

I spent the week mainly transplanting. I transplanted the Sour Diesels (ILGM) from a Jiffy Pot into a 1 gallon fabric pot.馃榿 I really didn't have any issues this week everything is going well 馃憣. The plant(s) recovered 馃樂 from the transplant like nothing even happened. I would guess in the next week or so I will be transplanting into a 2 gallon pot, depending on how fast she grows. I like to go up 馃憜 in pot size gradually. I never really believed it made a difference. I would go straight from the Jiffy Pot to my end pot (3 gal, 5gal, whatever). Then I found some 1 gallon and 2 gallon fabric pot at a really good price 馃槑 so I bought them. I started out just trying a few plants and kept the plants that went straight into the large pots right next to them. To my surprise 馃槷 I noticed a petty significant difference in growth. Now I figure for a little extra effort 馃挭 whether it works or not it's worth a shot.

June 24: decided to tie down more branches and also the smaller plant that had lost its root as a baby but kept going. With tie down it鈥檚 starting to look like a single plant. It鈥檚 also starting to flower after 8 weeks of slowish vegetative growth, and this is likely due to the overnight temperatures. It has been a cool and wet June here. June 27: this plant is doing great and it is really responding well to the tie down. I always figured this was more an indoor technique but it certainly is working great outdoor on this auto White Widow. I love growing weed. Endless variations and techniques to be applied.

Hey here we go again.. in the pics I explained how to clean the lava rocks but to make it easier I will put them here. LAVA ROCK CLEANING. 1... fill sink with hot water and about a half bottle of hydrogen peroxide . 2 ...dump rocks into sink 3....shake out rocks from roots...I suggest you do this in another sink then add lava rock to other sink..it keeps from adding to many roots to water sink. 4....skim off all roots from top of water...now while the lava rocks sit in the water..clean the buckets. 5...take fitting from buckets and add to a cup filled with hydrogen peroxide let sit 6...clean buckets with hot water and hydrogen peroxide....dry bucket 7...take fittings out of cup clean off and clean inside fittings..then wash off and put back into buckets. 8... use a colander and add lava rock to it and run hot water over the lava rock as you move them around...then add warm..then cold water this will help make the roots brittle and easy to remove...shake off all water. 9...put rocks back into buckets 10 ...set room back up with all new lines... Enjoy your grow, good luck, have fun Smoke a fatty..see you next week Help out a fellow grower.

Pics taken right before chop, currently hanging for the next 8-12 days and then a cure for a good few weeks. Pictures speak for themselves, I had high temps, supercropped the help out of them and yet are still the nicest looking bud I have ever grown since I started in 2003. Can鈥檛 wait to test how they smoke. I have two phenos but off to buy some more to do a more in depth pheno hunt.

Been an amazing week! My ultimate favourite strain is lacking on her diamonds 馃拵 frosted for the world to see the star she is 鈽猴笍馃挌 honestly not has a flavour compete with this one! But they are all thriving! I will defoliate again in a week as I start overdrive and prepare for flush 2 weeks after! I鈥檓 literally proving all these nutrients we are told to buy are not necessary. I鈥檓 using Dutch pro as my base nutrients and used formulex and moonshine during veg and during bloom using rezin and will use overdrive and flawless finish to aid flush! I鈥檝e been through all advance nutrients except the connoisseur base range! But all other products I鈥檝e used and see no point!! But I鈥檒l define that one day and do a back to back comparison! It鈥檚 always been my thing as I was searching for best methods and nutrients and how I鈥檝e come so far with that nearly 4 years later and I鈥檓 where I wanted to be! Stay tuned there鈥檚 more to come!!
