Shes blowing up and is really throwing the trichomes! I'm super happy with the odor and shes very vigorous. She seems to be taking a little longer then her friend strawbwery gorilla. I expect to see her swell!!!! My apologies that I was late this week will double up on Thursday for you guys as these photos I took last Wednesday to put things into perspective. Check back next week to see just how fast she grows. Don't forget its 4:20 somewhere!!!!!

Things got better then expected tbh. Almost cured tge spotted plant, flushed it with low ph waterz seems to look better. Increased ppm up to 900. This week already started flowering

She has been doing better then her sister ... pH issue as usual and over watering too , my tent is bigger and I've got the temperature dialed in was at 55 lows and 65 highs for a week which hurt the whole garden a lot .. glad things are better and once it's healthy next week hopefully I'll flip her over to flower and get this show moving along quicker .. thanks for stopping in canna family .. cheers

Day eight shes growing but shes the slowest of the. Three i have. But growing none the less i wouldn mind a short but budded plant fed em today so far so good

think i overfeed a little bit the tips of the leaves show signs of burning so next will be 2ml bloom and 1 ml pk booster u can see the little burned tips of the leaf in the pictures. Guess it won't affect the growth of the buds. If u have any advice feel free to say :) Cheers Spekkoek

01/31 - HST SOG completed - rebounding accordingly - increased feeds to every other day between clean water and nute feeds - Lights have been picked up to make soon for SOG - looking to pluck clones in about 2/3 weeks

Had loads of problems with these the same happened with one of my cream cookies which died, I've not been able to figure out what it was but today I started added h2o2 to my solution so fingers crossed next week they will look healthier really dont want to lose these:(

Well this is week 7 and so far so good. The only thing is im seeing like small wholes rips in only one of the plants G2. Also turn off one of the lights because it was making my room to hot for my ladies so the temp is 78f and RH is 48, so thats the target i want. Remember i top one and top the other and both are looking good. So i think imma flush in the on coming weeks and then flop to FLOWER.. So wish me luck because this will be my first and if this goes good I'm going to start 2 white widow and two pure AK. If you have any advance please let me know

Day 53: Things are going well. I always make pictures before doing work. As you can see, down below it starts to absord the nutrients our of the leafs( picture 3). This is a good sign that I have not been overfeeding and the plants even want to have more nutrients! I might raise my EC to 2-2.2 after all. Yet I don't expect big buds from this grow, Just many buds which is alright to me as well. Hopefully they will grow compact. They will start to fatten up soon tought.

I had trouble with my humidifier set up so she only took 5 days to hand dry . Fortunately I purchased a programmable humidifier so moving forward it’s all gravy. After everything was cut from branches & weighed she ended up yielding 20gs of some airy foxtaily bud. I knew this would be a disappointment so we’ll just wait to see what the smoke is like , what the smell is like , & what the taste is like .

Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of veg. Quite week for the plants and us. It's above freezing now, but it's one storm after another here. The plants are dong well and I'll turn over to flowering next week. I'll make clones at that time. I'm after the best plant so I'll whittle the 14 plants down to 1 or 2 plants when I'm done. But I have to take 3 clones of each to be sure I get 1 to regrow when it's done. So I'll be doing that this week. My next trim/prune will be before the 3 week of flowering, before the resin starts to flow. Through this veg I've been giving a full feeding and then just watering and then a full feeding and then just watering.... You get the idea... I let the pots dry and hopefully water/feed before I get any wilting. We've started a new Freak Bros. book. Comic Book #10 Published in 1987. It's the 3rd in the trilogy. Hey hey everybody! I hope you all had a fantastic week and I am excited to be back for our latest update which marks the end of week 15 and the beginning of week 16! Now I don’t know if it’s just me or the beginning of the year can be explained off as Mercury being in retrograde (I’m not saying it is, that’s more my wife’s deal- I wouldn’t know either way) but things have been absolutely nuts over here and I needed a little something good to help level out the crazy… I have some awesome things in the mail (still rolling in from the spending spree I went on) but truth be told we were between deliveries, and I needed instant gratification- soo I may have accidentally brushed up against the timer and flipped to flower ( and by accidentally brushed up against, of course I mean I fully intentionally programmed the time to flip to flower in a moment of weakness…🤷‍♂️🏻) Am I sorry? No… will it slightly kill me from an aspect of my struggle with occasional OCD? Oh yes…. Ohhhh yesssss…. That little corner is/was driving me nuts but I figured it was time to just let it do it’s thing- honestly once I noticed I picked a pot that was too small for what I was trying to do, I should have just there in the towel, flipped and taken it as a learning lesson for next time…. Buuuuut alas, I am stubborn and that is NOT how that went down… I’m still excited for what’s to come, we should have some (hopefully) pretty impressive things developing soon so I am stoked! That being said however, I have also had some unimpressive things happen, for instance- yesterday, I go in to feed the girls and my light is off! I (obviously) must have screwed something up when I went to change the light schedule- specifically, due to the fact that there are 9 or 10 possible lighting schedules you can set, I think I had correctly set the on/off times BUUUUUT I think after I had switched to the next programmed on/off times which were incorrect- I noticed when I saw that the lights were off, they should have been on for another three hours (give or take) - so I immediately started messing with the timer and turned the lights back on and continued to tend to those lovely ladies. I then went and made dinner- after, I just had this feeling that I should check on the tent, just in case- and sure enough, an hour after the lights were supposed to be turned off, there they were, on like grey poupon (I apologize I haven’t heard that in like a decade or more, had to

Still running the same watering only when necessary..just flushed yesterday and upped nutes to 1/2 strength so we'll see how she reacts. Everything else is looking great. Room is getting a lil hot in the mornings but I got a/c blowing cool air so should be ok! Excited to serve her flower she's looking nice n bushy!
