Week 2 for the solo Afghani went smooth. Looked a little slow to develop her first proper set of leaves, but the root development should help speed up her progression. Still feeding off the slow release 444 and is now regularly drinking about 2oz of water every other day. I also spritz the bottom of the outer cup to keep moisture levels high for stretching roots. She's about 36" from the light. Hoping to get a little stretch to make training easier. Added a couple new pics to get the week caught up. Stay tuned, week 3 starts training.

The smoke is beautiful! and that is without cure. Flavours of fuel and citrus coming through, hopefully they come out after cure. Buds are solid but not that dense. But trichome covered buds to the point that it was very difficult to trim for more than 5 minutes without cleaning off my scissors. Recommend growing 4 or more of these to get a good amount on hand. very little popcorn buds. will update with weights and smoke after drying and short cure. She was a pleasure to grow! likes the calmag. so frosty and greasy! When it has been a day with high temperatures don't be afraid to feed twice! While packing on the weight she can be very thirsty. If fed well she will reward you with frosty hard nugs! Give this strain a try!

During week 12 the plants are in their 5th week of flowering since the switch to 12/12 hours of light/darkness. All plants develop nice flower crowns now and the top-buds start to get encrusted with trichomes. Especially the MAC from Tropical Trees seeds from Hawaii has already an impressive layer of trichomes on top. All 12 plants have a nice healthy green color, which shows the BIO NOVA nutrients work GREAT! 💪😎 My two SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs are doing an EXCELLENT job and are running on 100% power now (=3 GREEN lights on the dimmer ON). This cycle is going AWESOME until now and I cant wait for the buds to get bigger...

Die Aromen sind sehr vielschichtig. Angefangen mit einem vorherrschenden starken Zitrus/Limettenaroma gefolgt von einem süßen fruchtigen Touch geht es dann in eine Karamellnote über. Sobald diese Version fertig ist, kommen die Endergebnisse auch in das Labor. Die nächsten Tage wird eine Pflanze vermutlich unter die Scheere kommen. Girls got their first foliar spray! I've never done this before but got the equipment and bioinsecticide and moved forward. Really gotta prevent those damn mites and aphids. Not messing around anymore. This girl is getting flipped to flower now and I'll train as she grows to maximize the tent space. I don't want her growing out of the tent on this one. 6/18/22 Today starts week 5, and the beginning of the mid-bloom nutrients, step 3. Jackie has had a little explosion in growth the last few days, and is now standing 16 inches tall. She is currently positioned 14 inches below the light at 100% power. She took half a gallon of water mixed with the following nutrients: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The pH was 6.2, and was not adjusted. She had plenty of runoff with a pH of 6.0. The tent temperature was 86.9F, and humidity was 40%. Jackie is doing wonderful, and her small size is growing on me when all of her tent mates are giants! Happy growing everyone! 6/20/22 Jackie is doing awesome! She’s grown another 2 inches in just 2 days! She’s now 18 inches tall. I made a video log today, and I believe that I mistakenly said she is 19 inches, but I was incorrect. She’s 18 inches tall. No biggie, but I do like to be precise. I defoliated her today, taking most of her larger leaves off to open more space for light to get to all her buds. This little auto is starting to grow on me with the ease of growing that she provides. She’s small, but still looks like she’s going to produce a decent amount of bud. I’m still using the same level of nutrients as the previous note, so I’m not going to repeat them here. The initial pH was 6.2, and was not adjusted. Runoff was sufficient, and the pH was 6.1. The tent temperature was 84.2F, and the humidity was 52%. Things are going well in my grow room, and I hope the same for all of you. She’s a new cultivar for me, and I’m looking forward to getting acquainted with her soon. Jackie has grown another 1.5 inches in the last 3 days, and is now 19.5 inches tall. I already cut one of 3 pots I put one to dry and another 2 pots I’m doing the flush this week.

Right then 7 weeks of flower complete. I'll dive right in to the juicy bits as this week has been predominantly about deciding weather to chop or keep one of my girls going. In the end I chose to do both! As the photos and videos show the plant wasn't recovering so I checked the trichomes and it was actually pretty ripe. A few Amber's on the upper buds. Lowers still undeveloped so I decided to take the biggest and leave the smallest for another week or while ever the plant is healthy. I estimate I've taken around 7oz once dry. Depending how they swell up I'm hoping for a further 5oz of solid bag worthy nugs. Looking nice and frosty, smell is that typical sweet haze with some sour diesel/fruit kick in there. You can see how the photos progress my hands getting covered in resin. Got to give my other 3 some love as they are getting healthier and fatter. I'm thinking another week on one of them and 2 on the others. I'll more than likely stagger the harvest like tonight if it proves worth while. I will update mid week.

Ok start of week 4 of veg. I have topped the front 2 and fim the back 2, not 100% sure if I fim the back too right or got to close and ended up topping lol will have too see. They have responded well to it though. I done it on sat and today (Monday) they already starting to bush more. Will do a defoliate this weekend to get rid of some of the big ass fan leafs but so far all seems to be going great. Happy growing to you all 😁🍻
