Hey guys, 31/5/21. We are seeing clear signs of bud. Looking very nice. Both purple lemonade are flowing. However as I previously mentioned before I had a problem with a water pump. On one tray. This has set the plants back in this tray. Wedding cheesecake and grape gushers. However because the are all autos I am lucky as in my light cycle hasn't changed. So effects are not dramatic as they could've been. Happy growing people's 👌🤟👍✊👊🌱🍁🌿

What we saw through the early weeks was a balanced hybrid behavior—but now, in full flower, they are clearly leaning into a more sativa-style expression. Vertical stretch held longer than expected, apical dominance is evident, and the architecture speaks for itself: a strong central spear with secondary sites orbiting around it. No unnecessary stress, no over-handling—just guidance. This allowed the plants to self-organize into efficient light-capturing structures. ⸻ 🌸 White Hairs (Pistils) — What’s Happening Now At this stage, the explosion of white hairs is the plant fully committing to reproduction. These pistils are not just visual markers—they are active receptors, designed to catch pollen. In our case (sinsemilla), they remain unpollinated, which triggers the plant to keep pushing energy into flower production. That’s why you’re seeing: • Rapid formation of bud sites • Increased stacking along branches • Fresh, bright white pistil growth at the tips This is peak “build phase” energy. As long as pistils stay white and vibrant: 👉 the plant is still actively growing flowers, not finishing them. ⸻ ✨ Trichomes — The Beginning of Resin Production Now we enter the real magic. Trichomes are the plant’s chemical defense system—tiny resin glands that protect against pests, UV, and environmental stress. But for us, they are also the carriers of: • Cannabinoids (THC, CBD, etc.) • Terpenes (aroma & flavor) At week 6 flower, what we’re seeing is: • First full coverage forming on sugar leaves • Early frost development on calyxes • Sticky texture beginning to build Right now, most trichomes are still clear → early cloudy, meaning: 👉 potency is developing, but not yet at peak. This phase is about production, not ripening yet. ⸻ 🌬️ The Room — Same Recipe, Bigger Presence Nothing changed… and everything changed. Purple Crack from the Cali Connection Moving into flowering now and she is growing very nicely , lots of potential bud sites developing and Ive done a full Bucket rinse , wash and nutrient change . I also rinsed the roots with some nice clean water to remove anything unwanted. I've also upped the nutrient strength to 4mls per litre and added Big bud to the regime. So the vegging was dragging and there wasn't much new to report so I'm back with a flowering update lol. I'm about 2 weeks I'm flowering. I'll update the details later this week but just wanted to get pics up for now. I'll get some pics without the LED lights too

12 day dry @ 58-63RH & 60-66F in blacked out dry tent | Glass Jar Cure Early taste test & this Bud KOs leaving you in major terp sweats! Hits like a Sumo wrestler sitting on you tickling all over! Flower bowls hitting like fat juicy dabs, with overwhelming squeeze & flavor like you're drinking a smoothie! Breaks down chunky and greasy with a vivivd dark purple color. LOUD N STANKY, opening a jar gives you the duck face funk face.

The High intensity was to strong (clearly my fault) in the beginning which stunted her overall stretch, she however still delivered super dense, terpene and trichome loaded buds.

Not every part of the New Year starts with a bang 😅 Before your Growmie went on a short trip, he massively overwatered his plants. I’m back now and fixing the mess I created. The strategy: After flooding the pots a few days ago, the roots were basically starved of oxygen. To make things worse, I then let them dry out a bit too much - classic overcorrection. 🤦‍♂️ Now it’s about finding balance: letting the soil dry properly, restoring oxygen to the root zone, and encouraging fresh growth. With some patience, they should bounce back within a week or so. 🌱💨 The Critical plant is also showing signs of nitrogen deficiency, which I’ll keep an eye on and address carefully once the root zone is happy again. For now, I’m not giving up on them. I’ll gladly trade a one-week setback over a three-week one any day. Feel free to follow along while I try to fix my own gruesome mistake 😂 Growmie lesson: Overwatering isn’t about how much water you use - it’s about how often. And overcorrecting can be just as stressful. Roots need air as much as they need water. Casey's Rollex OG is making progress. I did treat her 4 days ago with neem oil. I did again today after some defoliation and canopy maintenance. The spotting on the leaves appears to have stopped. Hopefully it stays stopped is the intent. Everything else is looking good, and hopefully any pest are exterminated after treatment of the grow room today. Yo growmies! While all of Berlin was getting high at Mary Jane 2024, I paid my ladies a visit: Remember last week's manic defoliation? Yeah, let's just say I went a little Edward Scissorhands on the Pineapple Poison. It's because last year's monstrous Gelato that took two days to harvest (my arms were killing me!). This year's mission: big, juicy colas and a speedy harvest (last year it took us 2 days!). Well, the good news is, the Pineapple Poison is a tough cookie (or should I say, pineapple?). She bounced back like a champ! She's still on the short and bushy side, so I'm giving her a break from the shears this week. Just a few tiny shoots close to the main stem got evicted to keep those main colas in the spotlight. Speaking of spotlights, I also made a trippy video to test visuals for the contest. Let me know what you think of the hazy, dream-like vibe. Is it artsy or just accidentally blurry? You be the judge! Oh, and I discovered a couple of resident snails on the Pineapple Poison. Thankfully, these little guys seem to be no harm. We'll call them our "ganja garden guardians". In fact, I noticed with every outdoor grow that Cannabis plants create a tiny ecosystem for all kinds creepers and crawlers who like to soak up the flower fumes and chill out in the leafy shade, Stay tuned, growmies! Next week, we'll see if the Pineapple Poison keeps on churning out those juicy colas. And who knows, maybe I'll find a way to channel my inner pruning master without turning this into a harvest marathon again! High fives all around!

Kannabia Run – Weekly Update The plants are doing really well! 🌱 Most of them have already been topped, although 4 of them showed some signs of stress — nothing too worrying though. Unfortunately, the transplanting schedule has to change. Due to some work that needs to be done in the growroom, the girls will have to stay one more week in their current pots. Hopefully, this won’t delay things too much! Once the work is done, they’ll go straight into their final 10L pots. From there, it’s just about 2 weeks before we flip to flower 🌸. I need to finish this run a bit quicker than originally planned, but we’re pushing forward strong! 🚀 For feeding, the plants are currently on a light schedule: Fish Mix (BioGrow) at 1.5 ml/L Alga Mic at 2 ml/L Given one after the other, every other watering 💧. pH is kept between 6.0 – 7.0, and ppm levels range around 400–550 for now. 🌿

Week 3 is plagued by heat, as am i. Was on work trip during week 2 - 3, SO did some work on her, she did fine, Plant did good as well. As noted in the beginning of the diary, i will continuosly remove Fan Leaves of the Main stem throughout Veg, Defoliate a lot and later maybe pull out the scrog. Transplanted on the one day i was home at Day 16, from 3L Plastic Pot to 20L Airpot, but my GOD was she already rooted, not bound, but already some ring roots. Watered her in until some runoff after a Watering by SO on Day 14. Day 14 was 0.8L 5.8 PH 1ml/L Power Roots and 2.5ml/L Terra Grow. Also First Defoliation. Day 16 was Transplant, Watered her in with 3L, 5.9PH, 1ml/L Power Roots and 0.5ml/L Terra Grow, and a bunch of Great White Mycorhizzae sprinkled around the rootball. 20L is also filled with Plagron Terra Lightmix, Rice Husks, and a dash of limestone. Rest of the week went fine, albeit very hot. Shes pulling through though!
