Last week plants were looking super healthy and responded very well to the second topping so I decided to flip the light schedule few days later. They already started stretching and the smell is noticeably enhanced.

What a difference a week can make! This week, the plants have been improving day after day. At the end of Week 6 and going into this one, I continued feeding with: -Biobizz Bio-Grow (1ml/L) -Root-Juice (2ml/L) -Bio-Heaven (2ml/L) -Alg-A-Mic (2ml/L) They’ve definitely started to perk back up and are growing much better again. I’ve also been doing LST every day, just minor adjustments to keep the canopy nice and flat. The branches bounce back quickly and orient themselves toward the light with no issue. Speaking of the light — I realized it had been too close for a while (only around 30 cm…), and I was seeing signs of light stress and tip burns. So I raised the Spider Farmer SF2000 EVO to 50 cm and kept it at 80% power, which gives me around 510 PPFD according to the Photone app. Since that change, the leaves have returned to a healthy green and overall posture has improved even more. Big thanks to all the growers who helped out — your tips have been super helpful and honestly saved this grow. I’ll keep things stable now, as the plants finally seem to be back on the right track!

A sad week, I found bud rot and had to take my plants out and do a big check and remove all dense underdeveloped growth. It will be a pretty big hit on the yield I guess but the most important thing is learning and that I did. The bud rot could spread due to my RH being 65/70 at nights and it used to be +80 before, + bad airflow. I got new fans in the tent and my dehumidifier was ordered already but its not in yet. On the other side, the plants are looking pretty damn good, they smell amazing and 3 of the 4 plants is getting a very dense nug structure.

Last Veg week, now Flowering!!

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Pow Pow Pow what can i say, i mean even the frogs here were hypnotized with this monstrosity size Mama she is all one can ask and so much more, wen harvesting these cutie pie beast Lady i felt the need to break her in small peaces , or smaller that the them baseball bats collas hihihi OMG them colas OMG . 🗓️ Week 17: 3/23 - 3/29 📆 Week 7 of 12/12 🌄 The plant is starting to go into senescence and presenting some beautiful colors as she begins to fade. 💡 Received new lighting courtesy of Growers Choice. They sent me the ROI-E420 with the Master Controller. First impression is amazing. Looks and feels like very high quality build. The spectrum seems more blue than the 3000k lm301H Kingbrite bars I have been using. The bars are thinner and packed with a lot of diodes, so they do run a little hotter than the KB at full power. I adjusted and now running them at 90%. For now the Kingbrite bars are being used as side lighting dimmed to about 30-35% depending on Grow room temps.

Transplant to 3g -----> LOVE TRANSPLANTING!! Gives you a chance to check the root ball, you don't want to your girls to be root bound. The right size pot for the plant is crucial for a plant to remain healthy its entire life cycle. Using a tote works great for mixing the Cocoa Coir bricks in. Transplant went well and root mass looked awesome! You don't want to see your roots wrapped around a million times as that is what is referred to as root bound. I could have transplanted sooner as there was some wrapping of roots. Hard time getting feeding under control. Each plant started to absorb its own different amount each feeding. Mid to end of the week clear signs of overwatering and again was battling the heat issue caused by the lights. Deficiencies were starting to show.

The stretch looks to be comin to an end. In the process of doin my last defol. Temps are staying in the zone at the moment. I think I'm in for a Shit show but fingers crossed. Maybe they will come fix the a.c. early or somethin...lol

HELLO GROWING FRIENDS - Please look at my Aftermovie Growvideo, which cost me about 4 hours to create. hope you like it! Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 209 grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I’m really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I’ve gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I’m incredibly proud of my first results! Still on rain water... looks better! Now in 9th week of flowering, I removed almost all big leaves from motherplant. Clones look OK, buds getting bigger and bigger. 2023/04/21 : I vaporized about 0.5g of dried popcorn buds from mother plant. I was high at the begining and stone at the end, I fell asleep watching a movie. The bad news is I found some seeds in these buds : it won't be sinsemilla! 😪

Beautiful strain to grow I'll say it 1 thousand times. Super sweet and floral aroma, very frosty and dense hard flowers, the exact same smell that her sisters have, I love to grow black cherry punch and hope I can keep doing so. This lady is one of the 2 purple phenos I have. The other 3 phenos are green but have the exact same smell all of them. Very recomended to all the growers out there if you are looking for exotic smells, very sweet. Peace out 💚✌️

Another steady week! Some serious development of the terps is in the air! 😝 Again some good growth both vertically and filling out the canopy. Bud sites are popping up here and there which pleases me as it’s turning out great for my first effort with scrog and LST! I swapped out the Bestiva LED for a 150watt HID Mh lamp.
