Everything seems to turn around this week. My grow didn't go well and also a lot going on in our lives. That's why it took a while for the diary to get back on track. Sometimes all we need is some good news and this came two-fold this week. First I woke up to see my favorite coin go through the roof (go Shiba) and later to be surprised by the doorbell, with a bigger surprise: my prize came in!! A great care package by the guys of @Fastbuds, thanks so much, and totally enjoying it! It really made my month. So to find my girls thriving this morning is the third gift in a week that keeps on giving. My soil recipe combined with this great light, the SP-3000 by Mars Hydro (thanks so much @MarsHydroLED) are the reasons all is getting better even with this runt girl, the sole survivor of a pack of 5 Expert Seeds Gorilla's, bought at Zamnezia. See my soil recipe on the germination page if you want to see how I do it or create it yourself. It is unreal how much it aids recovery in severely stressed plants. If you live in Europe, I have accidentally stumbled upon and elaborated on a European Master Mark and Subcool Super Soil recipe. The problem is that Ocean Forest soil is very hard to get by in Europe. Also, some of the amendments and tea mixtures are sold only in the US. After searching online, asking the guys that make Atami and other organic medium specialists I have made a recipe that comes close and definitely matches the super soil recipes we all have seen. So please use it to your advantage. Ask me anything if you have a hard time finding stuff you need and don't worry it works excellently without the permaculture tea as well! So see how she is going back to thriving, in a couple of days after replanting. Instead of stress, they are recovering. Another proof this soil is the European answer to Supersoil. Finally harvested this girl at days 68. She is heavy. After cutting the ties, this girl just fell over from the weight! Very minimal larf! Even the lower bud sites are nice! Can't wait to see what she weighs once dry! First DWC grow was an overall success!

Week 4 of flower Mann I think she’s looking pretty good!!! She’s really starting to swell up. I was running my ppms at 800 the last week but I upped it to 950 this week. She’s responding great and no leafs have burnt. And Mann is she popping trichomes like crazy already and she smells nice light but you smell her. I’m loving DWC more and more. She is drinking a lot so I am constantly watching water level. Week 5 lets get it!!!!

Gibt endlich Gas und ist vital.

Chopped on day 78, trichomes were fully milky and beginning to turn amber on the calyxes. I was looking for more of a sativa feel, so I decided to pull her today! She stinks like gas, sour candy, and hints of spice and kush. She started out super strong but began having calcium, nitrogen, and phosphorous issues throughout flower. Fortunately she turned out healthy in the end and pushed out a lot of resin. Decided to go with a Lotus Cure on this round since my last round got dried too quickly and lost a lot of terpenes. Buds were chopped down, green leaves without trichomes removed, and straight into jars and into the mini-fridge at 55-62% RH and 40F.

8/1 This wad the most fucked up morning ever. Didn't get much time with the girls. I was able to take a few pics when I got back amd a video this morning. Pillars are still around. I killed a couple but I probably should spray BT. I think we got rain last night. Bags are heavy. I defoliated a little bit more on the interior and found some small yellow leaves. Event horizon is still on point to flower first. I NEED to lst and add supports for flower bit I've got a lot of other things going on too. I'm going to TRY to spray BT tonight if weather permits and I should have the supports up this weekend. At least that's what I'm hoping. 8/2 Quickly watered as I had to fix a flat tire to get my wife to the doctor. Gave most a gallon but closer to 3/4 on one event horizon and the sherb pie. Half g for the 10 and I gave the 5 and the 50 a little water. I didn't give the 50 much. That holds water far longer. I'm glad I got it done. It was 90°+ and sunny all day. Earlier everything looked great. I think I'm gonna go check them and maybe add a few pictures. WENT OVER AND FOUND THE EVENT HORIZON I GAVE A LUTTLE LESS WATER TO, IN THE BACK COMPLETELY DEOOPED OVER AND DRY. I QUICKLY WATERED A GALLON. I CHECKED THE OTHER PLANTS AND SAW A COUPLE THAT "MIGHT'VE STARTED DROOPING BUT WERE LIGHT SO I GAVE ALL THE GMO'S HALF A GALLON. I WATERED THE CONTAINER PLANTS AND THE ONE IN THE 50. BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. THEY WERE SUPER LIGHT. SOME ARE SHOWING SOME HEAT STRESS BUT I DONT BLAME THEM WHEN ITS PUSHING 100° OUT. I HOPE THIS PLANT WILL PICK UP BUT ILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MORNING TO SEE. I GOTTA GO EAT DINNER AND IT WAS IN ROUGH SHAPE. CANT BELIEVE THIS. ITS THE FURYHEST IN FLOWER TOO. INTERNET TOO SLOW TO UPLOAD 8/3 This morning it was "maineing" out. Basically like raining but more of an alternating mist. The event horizon that looked DEAD is completely recovered! I'm so stoked. I've had a really rough few days but at least I've still got my girls. After this little bit of rain I'll do the supports and a spray of BT for the pillars. I'm noticing more damage and I don't want them arpund when they can burrow into buds. WENT BACK AT LIKE FIVE. THE 5 GAL WAS DROOPING AND THE 10 WAS DRY AF. OTHERS WERE ALSO LIGHT. I USED 5 GALLONS ON THE GARDEN AS SOME STILL "LOOKED GOOD" BUT WERE DUSTY AND DRY. I ONLY GAVE THE GMO IN THE 30 A HALF GALLON. DIDNT WATER THE ECENT HORIZON IN THE BACK AND THE GMO IN THE FRONT BY THE DOOR ASXTHE LOOKED GOOD AND STILL HAD SOME WEIGHT TO THEM. THIS WAS ANOTHER DAY IN THE 90s THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE RAINED. LUCKILY IVE GOT THAT INTUITION AND I CAN CHECK. CAMS HELP WITH THAT BUT ITS BEST TO CHECK A FEW TIMES A DAY IN WEATHER LIKE THIS. FAR TO HOT TO SPRAY ANYTHING. 8/4 Chose not to water as we were supposed to get an inch of rain, then a half in and now it says .1in. I'm going to go over and check on the garden and see what they look like. I took pictures but I'll have to wait to upload them. WENT BACK OVER IN THE AFTERNOON AROUND 2ISH. GMO IN THE FRONT WAS DROOPY. WATERED THAT A GALLON AND IT WAS UP BY THE TIME I LEFT. THE GMO ON THE END (MY CANARY) WAS SUPER LIGHT SO SHE GOT A GALLON. THE EVENT HORIZON I DIDNT WATER YESTERDAY GOT ABOUT 3/4 OF A GALLON AND I WATERED THE ONE IN THE 10 1/2 GALLON. SHOWERS ARE IN THE FORECAST AND EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKED PRETTY GOOD AND WASNT DEAD LIGHT. AS OF 3 EVERYTHING IS GOOD. I IMAGINE ILL PROBABLY NEED TO WATER SOMETHING TOMORROW. IT SUCKS HAVING TO DO THIS SEPERATELY BUT SOMETIMES THATS HOW IT GOES. I DONT EXPECT THESE 90 TEMPS WILL CONTINUE. ALSO NOTICING SOME FADING AS THEY TURN TO FLOWER. DEF NEED NUTES. AND ONCE THE TEMPS GO DOWN I NEED TO SPRAY EITHER BT OR SPINOSID. 8/5 It Rained last night so I didn't need to water. Everything was nice and heavy. Beautiful day today. Hopfully I can do an app of bt tonight. Weather man needs to get things right. It says we got .005in last night but I heard it and it was way more than that. This is a tiny town. WENT BACK OVER AND FED. EVERYTHING GOT 1.75 PINTS. THE 10 GOT HALF THAT. THE FIVE A LITTLE LESS. I DEFINATELY NEED TO SPRAY FOR PILLARS. I ALSO HAVE A BIT OF DEFOLIATING ON A COUPLE PLANTS THAT I NEED TO DO. USUALLY I'VE LOST TONS OF LEAVES BY NOW. I JUST NEED TO IMPROVE AIRFLOW. THE TRELLIS WILL HELP WITH THAT PLUS SUPPORT. I THINK I MAY BE ABLE TO SPRAY PISSIBLY TONIGHT (DEPENDING ON WEATHER) AND SUPPORTS AND DEFOLIATION THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

The HOLY GRAIL is fantastic 3 weeks to go and the buds are already gigantic i can't wait to see how they will be at harvest time. She demands a lot of water, the smell that is starting to popping out is amazing. I have to think some way to sustain those buds because they will be heavy, any suggestion? beside the trellis net cause i have to put the pot outside the box to water.

Day 71 Update: Watered both plants with almost a gallon until runoff. Water was just plain pH balanced water. Plant #1 has 5 days left on flush and Plant #2 has 11 days left on flush. Although with my tent filling up, I will probably harvest Plant #1 tomorrow as I don't think 4 days of being in there will make a difference in the end product. Day 72 Update: Harvested Plant #1 today. Plant #2 has 10 days left on flush. Day 74 Update: Watered plant with 3/4gal of pH balanced water until runoff. Plant #2 has 8 days left on flush. Also, added another stake to help support a heavier branch. Day 76 Update: Placed buds from Plant #1 in jars to start curing...maybe a little bit too long drying, but if that's the case I'll toss a boveda pack in. Plant #1's yield was 57.2g or 2oz 1.2g. Plant #2 will be harvested sometime next week and I will update the harvest page as soon as buds are dried and weighed.

What a fucking tree! This lady has been on a mission to just reach the sky! On the plus side... what a mighty big main cola shes wiping up. Gunna be a beast of a 1 gallon. Shes loving her new home and is no longer getting beatin up by being too close to the light. I treated her with lost coast to continue her preventative regime. I bumped her bloom dose. 7/20 Went over this morning to plants soaking wet and heavy rain. Went back around 4pm and plants actually look really good. The rain has stopped for a bit and the girls looked great. Apart from some septoria leaves I needed to defoliate on the first plant I treated. I also noticed a few others on other plants so it's spreading albeit slowly. I treated the three in the middle with their second dose of Plant Doctor at 3tsp/1gal. One gallon administered to each plant via root drench. I think I may treat the other plant showing signs with a diy Dr. Zymes using citric acid as the active ingredient. That way I Gould start treatment right away without having to rely fully on plant doctor. Plus it would kill any pests. Ive seen damage but the birds do a number on them. I dont want to spray my plants with a bunch of chemicals if I don't have too. I shouldve replaced the pallets and cleaned the cage better. I think I did a good job sanitizing as I have no wpm. Just this septoria I probably got when the lady mowing the lawn cut all tjis fucking grass and blew it in my pen, throwing bird seed and I'm sure tons of disease into my grow bags. I literally had to harvest a bunch if fucking sunflowers. It looked like my plants had been mulched. Just with small disease carrying shrubs. At some point some of this stuff has to be on purpose. You CAN'T be that stupid. A couple kushes in the back look hungry. I think I may need to up my feed. I've written to much. I'll keep this updated. Thanks if you made it this far. 7/21 I guess it rained last night. Oh well. It was blue skies for hours before dark. It must've rained late/early morning. I'm sure the app of plant doctor will be fine. Like I said I'm considering using citric acid as a foliar spray to help with the septoria and clean up any pests. I don't have enough pests to warrant spraying. I just don't want to put all my eggs in the plant doctor basket. Today is overcast and windy. The wind has really assisted in spreading this virus. I remove anything I see infected immediately and since these plants are reveges they have plenty of leaves. Plants are really stretching. I know I talk about the septoria a lot but realistically if someone looked through my garden they'd have a hard time spotting it. I don't want to exaggerate the problem but I don't like dealing with ANY fungus or molds. 7/22 It was 55° this morning when I went over. I defoliated some septoria leaves and a few that were fading or damaged. I saw almost a whole leaf eaten so it's probably a good idea to move forward with citric acid. I can add that to the plants I've already treated with plant doctor. This is the first year it's been so noticeable. It's the reveg 10th planet that started this off. Oh well. I've dealt with MUCH worse. Plants LOOK good (other than septoria leaves (on bottom of plant). Today is water day for me but it's been raining and it's a lot cooler today. Bags still had weight to them. I want them to have a proper wet dry cycle. Temps top out at 75° so I'll monitor during the day and if something NEEDS WATER I'll give it to it. I'm suprised I have ZERO WPM. The septoria is much more identifiable but pm is usual present in these conditions bur I don't have a spot of it. I may do some defoliation today. I also need to add supports for flowering but one thing at a time. EDIT: Went over around noon. 70°. Bags seem to be holding weight (it was easier to tell as ONE plant was substantially lighter than the rest) so I decided to hold off on watering. At least until tonight. There are three plants (at least that are going to NEED water). They look phenomenal now though and we've had lots of rain. Plan is to go over later and get the light ones and mix the water for the others so I can administer it in the morning quickly. I have an early doctor's appointment but I don't to overwater or water unnecessarily just because. But when you grow alone sometimes you need to do things when your able. I have people there that would help if I asked. And I have before but its late . I'm very grateful. I defoliated quite a few septoria leaves. They were all from the bottom of the plant. A couole wete bottom interior. I know there are worse things to contend with but still a pain. EDIT #2 WENT BACK AT FOUR AND PLANTS LOOKED FANTASTIC AND STILL HELD WEIGHT. THE REVEG MK ULTRA IN EARLY FLOWER "MAY" HAVE STARTED TO DROOP AND "SEEMED" LIGHT. THE LARGE SPECIAL KUSH FUETHEST IN FLOWER BY THE DOOR WAS ALSO EXRRENELY LIGHT. I HAVE AN EARLY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT BUT DONT WANT TO OVER WATER MY PLANTS JUST BECAUSE IM IN A HURRY. ITS COOLER THIS WEEK. 70 TODAY AND HIGH OF 80 TOMORROW BUT DAD SAID THATS NOT UNTIL THE AFTERNOON. I MIXED UP ENOUGH WATER TO WATER EVERYTHING IN THE MORNING IF IT NEEDS IT. I HAVE AN IMPORTANT DOCTORS APPOINTMENT EARLY THAT WILL TAKE ME AWAY AND IM FEELING A LITTLE ILL SO I WANTED TO GET DONE WHAT I COULD TODAY. WATERED THE TWO THAT NEEDED IT WITH TWO GALLONS A PIECE (30GAL REVEG MK ULTRA AND THE BIG SPECIAL KUSH IN FRONT I DIDNT TOP THATS FLOWERING THE FASTEST. EVERYTHING ELSE CAN WAIT. 7/24 Surprisingly the plants still held weight this morning! The looked pretty good too! However its going to be highs in the 80's for the next 7 days. Since the plants still had some heft to them I watered everything just a gallon. I gave the 10s a half gallon and skipped the 50gal container plant. I think this is a good happy medium. I'm still seeing random septoria leaves but still no WPM. I defoliate daily sometimes a couple times. I need to get a minute to myself and add a foliar spray. I'll start with a dih Dr. Zymes while I'm looking into other products like bicilus (i have bt but its a different bicilus) or trichodermia. I need to feed sometime this week too.

This is the last week I gave veg nutrients, from next week my little girls will get flowering nutrients for the first time. These girls are growing much faster than I was expecting, It’s good to see how healthy are they. :) By the way these plants smell incredibly strong! Usually during vegetation they don’t smell too much, but this plant is an exception. They smell as they are already producing buds for a couple of weeks.

Merlin Mintz Autoflower is growing good. I am just maintaining the lst training. I am trying to keep her as horizontally growing as I can till she starts to shift to flowering. Everything is looking pretty good at the moment. There is nothing to report at the moment.
