Day 40-47 (May 31st- June 7th) (Day 41) For the first time in this grow these plants are looking halfway decent. Smell is ramping up too. I finally feel optimistic about this grow. (Day 42) The two jacks and the chunky blueberry are showing early signs of N/Mg deficiencies. I know it’s late in flower but since I’m experimenting with this tent, I’m going to give them one final feeding of nature’s pride 2-5-5.5 (tbsp) along with a teaspoon of oyster shell flour and some rock dust. Everything else I’m going to give a teaspoon of rock dust and oyster shell. There is no way these amendments will fully break down in time to be used by the plant but they could at least use the pH buffering and trace amounts of minerals after their recent leach. Everything but the BAOGC is covered in pistils that don’t really match their bud size. I hope they fill into their pistils because an over abundance of hairs drops the bag appeal like crazy. Over the last few cycles, indoor and outdoor, I’ve definitely learned that different strains and phenotypes mature at different times. Sometimes really radically too. (Day 43) None of the plants are fading at all but they’re still looking good. Black garlic I know should be fading but remains dark green and toxed. I popped a developing seed out of the main bud too. I wonder if that blueberry herm branch pollinated it at all. It seems like plants don’t really like that Destiny dark matter soil by itself. I find it works better mixed with coco or promix 1:1. (Day 44) I’m starting to think I might be mixing up the TWOG and BAOGC. BAOGC took forever to fatten up last round and the 2 phenos I suspected already look done. I was thrown off by the similar terps. The beauty phenos are definitely TWOG (Day 45) God these Jack Herer’s smell good. Nothing but fruity funk. Almost like a vanilla or blueberry yogurt. I would say this stuff has the most overpowering smell in the tent now. I’ve noticed they’re starting to foxtail like crazy. Blueberry#1 too. I’m watering a final low strength feeding of seaweed extract on everything. (Day 47) Everything really fattened up this week. Even at the beginning of the week I was saying I didn’t think they would fill out. Jack Herer and BAOGC specifically made some big gains and nearly doubled their density and still have quite a way to go on them too! The smell has ramped up and finally, everything is looking happy and healthy.

This strain grows beautifully in my opinion! It has a short, stocky, thick stem and grows medium/short and wide in stature. It sports beautiful purple buds that smell IDENTICAL to blueberry muffins! These plants were an easy grow and are very disease/pest resistant. One of my favorites for sure!

Week 7 is now underway and the plant has officially been switched to Overdrive for the final ripening phase. The buds still refuse to fully stack and stay relatively airy, but the plant looks very mature and heavily frosted overall. Harvest is expected in around 10 days if the trichomes keep progressing at the current pace.

Coming along nicely. Large number of bud sites, starting to grow but still far from mature. Nice aroma every time I open the tent. Starting to become a bit frosty.

04/13/25: The plants have now fully adjusted to their new environment, and all five are looking vibrant and happy. Leaf posture is strong, color is rich, and the canopy is filling in nicely. They’re handling the training and topping well, showing no signs of stress, and overall growth has remained consistent. While inspecting them before today’s round of training, I noticed what appear to be early signs of male pre-flowers on PP1 and PP4. It’s still too early to be certain, but it’s looking like I may already be down to three possible females. I’ll be keeping a close eye on them over the next week—things should become much more clear soon. Today I topped all five plants again—this time at the first node of each of the four main branches created from the last topping. This will help build out a broader, more evenly structured canopy. I also used plant ties to gently pull down each of the branches to open up light penetration across the plant. In addition to branch training, I used ties to lightly hold back some of the larger fan leaves on the lower two branches to help expose new growth sites. I’ll leave those fan leaves on for another 3 to 4 days as the new tops develop, then remove them to redirect energy upward and continue opening the structure. They were also watered today with a light nutrient mix, similar to last week’s. The plants still look very nutrient-rich, so there was no need to push the EC any higher just yet. Based on the current rate of uptake, I expect they’ll be ready for another watering in about 3 to 4 days. If anything noteworthy comes up—especially regarding sexing—I’ll update sooner. Otherwise, I’ll be back in a few days to document a light defoliation and any continued developments.

As we saw in earlier weeks, I'm trying to balance them out, something is bothering them. But seeing the results so far it could only be 2 or 3 things: 1/ the left plant (XL runt) is closer to intake of cooler / fresh air. 2/ That one is in a bigger pot 3/ buffering with super soil works better in a larger pot. So next time I will use: better ventilation, also horizontal circular, using bigger pots, also put back in the hydro corn, which I didn't this time, God knows why... Ah I know, cause I was stoned probably... Fr autos I will also use a little fewer amendments in the coming grow. It's just a learning curve with my setup and having never grown auto's indoors. Also with these Forbidden Runtz, I'm happy with what they are doing still with me messing up a bit. Still, it is a tent full of weed. See you next week!! New light caused massive growth! Definitely stronger and cheaper than the last light

Almost ready, want to give 1 more week for some brown trichomes. Otherwise it's ready. 2 trees are quite small, but all 6 have super smelly hard buds. Other 4 big trees. . Last few times watering with raw cane molasses or just water.

So hears my thoughts?? Instead of giving my "sensi grow COCO" dude gave me the normal sensi grow which as I'm a newbie, I didn't realize??? Was happily feeding it to my girls THINKING im@ 6.5ph which I CLEARLY wasn't!!!! Anyways, I brought Cal-mag agent from canna and they fuckin love it!!!!!! ALL my new growth is nice and green :) I'm now ph'ing to 6.0 and THINK I've rolled all my issues back????? Feeding now 1.0ml a&b with 0.70ml Cal-mag, will lower my calmag to around 0.30ml and over the next few days then feed that throughout my grow cycle, if they get to green ill obviously remove it from my regime...

Hello. Got the plants into the main grow room. There is 2 videos . In the first I just sit in the room quitly and turn the camera. you get a sense :) of what it's like in there. In the second I try to describe what's in the room, equipment and maybe a new technique. With the tomato cages I use, and needing the plant to slow down, I twist the stock into a large figure 8. Eventually I take off what is on the lower part of the 8, and just work the top of the 8. About 2 weeks in veg in this room. Then I take clones of everything before I switch to flower. >Carbon dioxide enhancement: I had to make that choice 20 years ago. I could, rent a tank and have my name on a list, at the gas store. Or make my own. They didn't have the small propane tanks like they do today for the blue flame you get when you burn it. I decided on a kerosene lamp burning down as low as it could be without going out. It makes a half blue and half yellow flame. I vent constantly so the small amount of carbon monoxide is not a problem. For the first week you can smell it a bit, but the smell disappears after that. I light the lamp in the morning and put it out at lights out (unless it's bed time). It needs to be put in a place in the room that cant get knocked over (pets, children, ?). I try to use extra attention whenever I use it. It can burn down the place. Be careful Please. >About 17 years ago I thought I'd lower my table by knocking a hole in the cement and dropping my 10 gallon reservoir more. I was able to lower it by 16 inches. Still have to watch the height of some plants though, it worked out well. Watch the video. > Air cleaner: The reason I got a big 8 inch exhaust fan was, I had a bout of powder mildew and needed better a exhaust system. When I plugged it in there was too much air moving. I phoned and asked and the salesman said that a dimmer switch wasn't a good idea. I put one on anyway. Works great. I have the fan barely on in the winter and about half way on in the middle of the summer. I haven't had any powdery mildew since. About 12 years ago I bought a good air cleaner. An ORECK, It has electrified plates that zap any organic particle or spore that come between the plates. Use to grow a Northern Lights that got 6 to 8 ounces per harvest, it grew big buds. Buds as big as my forearm. I had problems with gray mold attaching the buds. But none since I bought the air cleaner. Ya learn as you go.

For this being my first grow it showed me I have a GREEN THUMB!

4/7 10:30PM All Photo's are looking great, using soft water so salts build up faster, have to water them in the bathtub for lots of runoff now 4/8 what are all the plants in tent 5 Montel is doing really good in the 1 gallon smells the strongest of all of them the two Mike Tyson plants the photos are doing great. The corkscrew auto that turned out not to be an auto that ended up revenging and now it’s flowering again it has a really nice strong main stock and it will probably produce a nice Maine cola. I got lucky with that one and bubbles blueberry is doing pretty good considering I didn’t grow her right I was incapacitated for a couple of months so she overgrow. I usually do four colors, but I kept her in veg for several months and I think I’m gonna take several of the trailer Park boys plants and possibly ice tea body count and revenge them 4/9 4:455AM "revenge them"😂 To maintain my overdramatic ways...and the phone didnt hear me right, any time I RE_VEG a plant its now REVENGING THE PLANT...... PERFECT....ON EARTH ...200 YEARS AGO I WAS A PRINCE WITH POWER OVER MIDGETS AND FANTASY ISLAND.... my scattered old memories... Star Trek Wrath of Khan / Fantasy Island grow is next!!!..OR if I have the money a CHiPs grow, a Knight Rider grow, 6 million dollar man grow...back when that was a lot of money to throw a way on some downed pilot...what waste of time.....
