Grow Journal Week 5: Bloom Phase Progress 🌼 Hello dear growers and growerettes, I’m thrilled to share the fifth week of the bloom phase in our grow journal! Here are all the details for Week 5: Weekly Progress It's been a typical week of development for the plants. Not much has happened aside from the usual growth. However, I had to reset my watering system due to an error, which involved removing the mulch layer. Since then, I've been closely monitoring to ensure the watering remains consistent. Watering and Control Systems After resetting the watering system due to an error, everything seems to be back on track. I'm observing the system closely to ensure its consistent performance. Challenges This week, the defoliation process has been particularly challenging, even though it usually goes smoothly. There are just too many fan leaves with trichomes this time. Goals and Expectations I am curious to see how the plants will continue to develop over the next two weeks, as this period will give me a good indication of what to expect at harvest. In a week I'll switch them to flowering, I did topping again and keep defoliating so they don't shade each other and the canopy stays even, we keep going! 🙌🙌

Lots of good growth this week, starting my flush on the Pineapple Express. Gave her one last feeding of nutes this week. Smells fantastic in the tent, she reeks of pineapples and flowers. Trichome started getting cloudier, hoping she gets more crystals before her chop. Berry white is coming along nicely, I think it’s safe to say she’s pretty indica.. considering bw was my only indica seed and this plant is drastically different I’m going to go ahead and assume here. Flowers are finally starting to come along, she’s taking much longer to flower out than I thought she would. She took a few more weeks to show pistils than the other plants. I suspect I will chop her last. I harvested my oldest plant and moved the berry white plant into the smaller tent. Started flush at start of week 9, will flush all the way till the end of week 10. To be honest I’m not sure we’re I land with the grapey Walters, they have some nice big colas but they don’t seem to be dense at all not sure if that’s my fault or if it’s just the genetics, their mildly frosty no were near as frosty as the sour stompers ajecent to them. They do have a lovely smell and I hope that I’m wrong and I might end up being a fan of them depending on the high/taste, only time will tell. ✌️🏻

11/29 Shes growing ok. Green and healthy branches and leaves. She growing more like a sativa, sativa hybrid tall and branchy, manageable fan leaves but because of that she started to get some light burn. Dont have my tent yet so i cant adjust my light any higher so i tried to lower the plant down a little So hoping she can do without super direct light for another day or so. Other than that shes looking healthy. 11/30 It wouldnt let me do veg and flower in the same week on the diary so i just split it up in here. Two busy days. I spent tuesday putting the tent together and dropped a video of the new setup because im REALLY excited about. got the ladies nice and cozy. Started them on 12/12. Its my first time on an indoor grow so i hope it works out well She still has a little of light burn but shes still green everywhere else was able to get the light another foot higher after i moved everything. 12/1 topped dressed with some happy frog soil Worm casting amount is the only thing i couldnt find a good ratio for So ill say i mixed about a quarter of the amount of soil into about 1 to 2 gallons of top soil i had some down to earth dry amendments i mixed in with that soil as well. i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. I only put in 5 tsp of great white instead of the recommended 7 because i switched the bloom nutes and i didnt wanna over do it i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. Fed them some flowering nutes, but cut back on the amount of nutes by a lot. Decided im going to just follow what biobizz instructions say from now on so apparently less is better. started the bloom and the top max kept everything else the same and cut out the fish mix for flower, added great white at the end. Defoliated the bottom few branches and cleaned them up. Nothing to major. 12/2 Temp of tent is steady at 70, 71 degrees. thats a little bit lower than id like but ill figure out something in the next few days. Took the bottom branches and leaves the night before and Wanted to give it a night of rest before i defoliated the big leaves. Took most of them off but left the few at the top of the plant. Looking extremely green. Hoping i get to see some pistils soon.

Normally I allow two days in the paper towel germination. This one after only 24 hours.

Going off what other people say about 2x-3x growth during the preflower stretch I decided it's time to flip!

During this fourth week of vegetation everything is going well. I was able to apply LST without harming the plant. ✔️ I proceed with the second topping to continue the mainlining technique. ✂️🌱 I slightly increased the nutrients. 🔝

Hey all, Its been a few weeks so lets take a peak at our Blueberry manifold. Last time we topped our girl down to the 3rd node and removed all other growth except the two growth tip and their fan leaves. Over the past two weeks shes continued to grow an addition four pairs of leaves on each arm. This wee we will cut those branches back to the 3rd node and then clean all other growth from the plant except what remains on the 1st and 3rd node of each side. This should give us 8 main colas that will grow up from these eight remaining growth tips. Continuing to feed as normal while trying to get the soil PH up to a proper level.

Just about ready for her final home in the 3 gallon.. just waiting on a little bit of a dry back, I find better success of transplanting right about as a plant needs to be watered so that the medium doesn't fall apart and take the precious roots with it ✌️

The first thing I did was disinfect everything and put it in the shower. Then I calmly rewired the tent and filled the pots. 20% clay balls at the bottom as drainage. On top 50% Biobizz All- and 50% Biobizz Lightmix. I mixed the whole thing well beforehand. 3 seeds came out great, one is currently fighting through and I don't think anything will happen to the last. I planted them all today. Let's see if the last one can still make it.

31/07 - Currently in week 2 of flower. Pistil hairs are slowly developing and colas are becoming more established. I also watered them today. 1L of water ph 6.5, I also mixed 1ml of bio grow, 2ml bio bloom, and 1ml top max 03/08 - Watered plants 500ml of just water ph at 6.5. Hope you have a great day! Peace
