08/30/2021 - Noticing more gnats than usual. Could be overwatering, anaerobic soil conditions, or both. - Going to set up fly traps, starve both the plant and the gnats of water for about a week. - Will observe any stress responses due to an extended dry period.

Hey now, this week went very well. I transplanted her on day 16 and her leaves were praying as soon as the lights came back on. I still have the Spectrum X in V1 at 30% which is doing an excellent job of keeping her low to the ground with nice tight nodes. She is only six inches tall and pushing her 6th node on day 21. I transplanted her into a mixture of Coco Coir and Perlite and set up an auto watering system that is currently feeding her 4 times per day, Once at lights on, and then every 5 hours thereafter until the 4th feeding, then it repeats at lights on. I will top her just above the 6th node as soon as I have room between 6 and 7, which will hopefully be in the next several days. I know some people don't agree with topping autos, and I would certainly agree it's not the way to go in all setups. However, when utilizing high frequency fertigation in coco coir it is absolutely necessary. The issue is vertical growing space if you are growing indoors, as outdoors this is not an issue. I use a combination of LST, topping, mainlining, manifolding, and super cropping to try to keep my plants from growing into the lights, but it can still be tough especially when growing Sativa dominant strains. Hopefully I can top her above the 6th node but that will depend on how many nodes she pushes out before starting to flower but I think I will be fine. I will begin LST as soon as she recovers from the topping which typically takes about 24 hours. I am definitely very happy with this medic grow led so far, I have not even started the UV/IR spectrum but I will be in about 1-2 weeks as soon as these last two seedlings hit veg. Growing

Day 24: 600 W LED Light schedule 24/6, ventilation is the same +15 min after the lamp switches off. Water: 50ml per plant so 2x 25 ml per day per plant. Fertilization with bat guano and the same amount of water on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. They grow nicely! Someone commented that it looks more magnesium deficiency problem instead of burning so suggested me to add Epsom salt to the water. I ordered Epsom salt so I will give it a go! Thank you! I still believe that I put too close the lamp so it was related to it also but I can see spots on the lower leaves so there is magnesium problem here as well. By the way, they look now beautiful! Blue Sherbet S1 is slower a bit but it is Sativa. Day 25: They started growing rapidly. Day by day they are getting bushy and growing nicely. Day 26: Epsom salt has arrived. I will start feeding them with it. I will mix one tablespoon with 50 ml water 2x a day and I will do it on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Day 27: As I mentioned in my other diary the last 3 days was crazy hot especially today in London 38 degrees. In my tent, there are 32-32.5 degrees. Luckily, I have direct ventilation on the plants so they won't feel that much heat, but it is crazy... anyways They are getting really bushy and keep growing. I can see some yellow pots but started feeding properly them with Epsom salt and bat guano. Day 29: I retrained (LST) they so tried to spread the sides and bend more the main stamp and also changed their position so I placed them to a different corner. Day 30: It looks like that the Epson salt is good they look better green also now I just damage some leaves as I retrained them. Tomorrow starts the 5th week where I will do some Topping to them except to the Blue Sherbet S1 because it is quite small for that. I will use only LST and FIMing for her.

Not much to say about this one. Continuing lst, plant is looking alright. Not great not bad. Biobizz grow on the go now. Did a little defoliation a few days ago to allow more light to hit the lower parts.

Sep 21: Bruce here is in third place for flowering pace but she should be close to done in time. Added some potassium sulphate to the water. Sep 26: buds are getting bigger but the cold weather is getting closer. Not many more days available.

Posting the phenos when I do them

Good bit of growth this week, plenty of bud sites forming and she is drinking alot of juice. I think she is doing really height wise, I only vegged for 4 weeks to keep her height appropriate and I don't want her to stretch too much towards the light so she's growing accordingly. I accidentally split the topped stem during transport when I forgot she was attached to the grow bag but she seems fine and getting on with it. As soon as all the budsites have formed I'm going to defoliate and get some light on them lower budsites and make her focus on growing some nice colas. Next time I will leave the LST on until about now cos she's straightened up a lot and it's a bit more crowded lower down than I would have liked. We have reached the end of the second week of bloom, pistils are getting big, expecting good results. Everything is going well so far. I look forward to the end of bloom.

07-10-2021: Bonding is a daily routine right now but that is just as I am used to in second week 12/12. One lady broke, probably to much tension. I fixed her with candle wax, will probably survive that without being slowed down. And if she is slowed down that is not too bad because she grows the fastest of all. Need to remove some leaves one day because light is not penetrating very great as you can see on the pictures. Starting to wonder if the differences between the ladies onder the Mars Hydro are because of the light or because of the strain.09-10-2021 09-10-2021: First signs of early flower are visible😬. I am guessing I switched to 12/12 just in time. Net is almost full, plenty of room for the buds to develop. Nutrients are taken up very fast now. EC is still dropping and PH is still rising so nothing to change. Next week I will raise the CO2 level to 1000 ppm. 11-10-2021: Net is almost full so flowering can start now if you ask me.. Very curious about this round since I am still experimenting with the CO2 and temperature. This night I raise the CO2 level to 1200PPM, just to see what happens. (Yes I can see the impact of these adjustments over one night) 14-10-2021: raised EC to 1.7... Seem to love it. Probably combined with the extra CO2

Nothing much to report..except..These plant's are amazing !!! 😁😁🔥🔥. Looks like someone thru a bag of suger over them, really strong sweet smells, flowers starting to swell nicely. I'm very happy so far...it's gona be danky dank...💚💚😁

Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.

Trop Cherry #8 x BeeJayz hasn’t been topped, I transplanted the girls this week from a 1 gallon pot to a 3 gallon pot. Trop Cherry was in a plastic pot but now in a fabric pot. Plants seem to be growing well.

Week 13 : Six Shooter So i've been looking into these plants' trichomes daily, sometimes twice daily, they're all really really cloudy, like full white, completely curled in. Some have a slight beige tint to them, so i'm guessing that's the first few ambers ! That means it's time for the chop ! these wrapped up their second week of flush with three x additive flush. To flush you water until run off then add 20% which is just about 4 pints for me. Now i'm at the end of the grow i can say that the full tent is a good idea, but it does get crowded and that will surely affect my yield as there are a fair few colas that are totally f-ed in the sense they are thin, skinny, a tiny bit of flower with just a few pistills... so those are useless and they're going into my bubble hash project, so let's see, maybe i can extract value out of the trim , the popcorn buds, and the rest of the plant ! Well she grew another 13cm this week!!!!!!! She is above the lights now 😏 Her flowers are developing nicely! So are the trichomes! So is the smell 😁

Day 47 of flower

This plant has been growing unbelievably well. She has not only grown fast but evenly. I've been doing some pruning of the tiny lower bud sites that won't grow into much and doing some more LST to let more light in.
