Beginning of week...
So the ladies are beginning to stack pistils at the crowns.. The Mandarin Cookies has been stacking a little quicker.. Thicker.. They both are showing purple tips on the stiples.. Not the pistils or leaves.. The stiples.. ETHOS Cookies has been showing that for ever now.. The Mandarin Cookies has just started showing these purple tipped stiples.. Gorgeous plants.. Even tho Mandarin Cookies is super freakishly tall and stretchy.. And the ETHOS Cookies is basically a runt.. Doesn't want to make ANY stems.. But plenty of leaves lol.. She should be able to hold up some super fat colas pretty easily tho so that's awesome! I stopped using the Armor Si and the FloraGro.. As well as the MYCO Plus (powder) stuff.. Also going down on the FloraMicro.. Just basically using 1 tsp/gallon of the CALiMAGic, FloraMicro, FloraBloom, and Kushie Kush.. 30 drops/gallon of the Floralicous Plus (not sure if that's too much to be honest).. 2 tsp/gallon of the FloraNectar Fruit-N-Fusion and last but not least... 2 mL/gallon of Hydroguard... *phew*.. Damn that's alot.. But that's alot less then what I was giving these girls... They should do alot better..
Mid week...
I have defoliated the ETHOS Cookies a bit more.. Mostly trying to make sure there is good airflow and no larfy producing branches in there.. She should produce some really nice colas with how short and stubby she is lol.. As for the Mandarin Cookies, I've just been supercropping the shit outta the really tall branches.. I've never supercropped a plant so much lol.. And I'm not good at it at all.. Most of the branches are split open, bruised.. Just very crappy looking.. It will heal, they always do 😂 I just hate hurting them like this.. Especially in flower.. But it's still pretty early in flower.. And the pistils are still exploding just as much as the non-supercropped branches.. I can't wait!!!...
End of week..
Both girls are exploding with trichomes! I love these super frosted strains! The ETHOS Cookies seems to be stackin calyxes faster than the Mandarin Cookies.. I can tell the ETHOS Cookies is gonna stack some fat ass colas! The ETHOS Cookies runoff is doing good.. pH going in is 6.2 - 6.3 and runoff is usually 6.0 - 6.2.. Foliage is nice and green.. She may be nitrogen sensitive deeper into flower.. Maybe not.. We shall see.. As for the Mandarin Cookies.. Wow.. This girl is super tall.. She is also stackin calyxes, pistils and nicely. The runoff is still giving me issues but as far as I can tell, she is accepting it and making the best of what she has. Going in pH is 6.2 - 6.3.. Runoff is coming out 5.6 - 5.7.. It's bothering the shit outta me! Lol.. It doesn't seem to matter what pH I put in, it will ALWAYS runoff at 5.6 - 5.7 pH.. But like I said.. She is accepting it as long as I keep the "in" pH in my preferred range.. I usually keep the "going in" pH at 6.1 - 6.3 the ENTIRE grow.. I always get great results doing this.. Its best for Calcium uptake and Calcium is a huge issue when it comes to growing in coco coir.. Anyways.. Both ladies are doing great.. Both look gorgeous and healthy.. Oh yeah!! I like to rub the trichomes to get a little idea of what the terpenes are gonna be like.. And hoooooly shit.. ETHOS Cookies smells like nothing I've ever smelled before.. I can't even begin to explain it.. Literally.. And the Mandarin Cookies is starting to give off a nice citrusy scent.. I hope this carbon filter is able to scrub the air enough.. Cuz if these are anything like the Early Lemon Berry, then yeah, this carbon filter is gonna be put thru the ultimate test lol.. Anyways.. On to the next week!....

I had to top Cantaloupe haze and White widow as they were too close to the lights and I didn't want to loose any ppfd on my lowers. My GSC seems perfect for not topping. next time I would top those strains at least once. I have been flushing the CH and getting run off around 1200ppm which seems like the max she can take the others like it stronger so I have been flushing them every 2-3 days. CH is tough to keep happy but will continue to monitor. All plants are in week 4 of flower 12/12 from seed.

Nice plants
2 totally different phenotypes, as one was already harvested, and the other isn't even half way of flowering after 10 weeks.
Nice trichome production, great fresh and fruity smell, this plant is a pleasure to smoke in the end of the day.
Dried her upside down hanging in a tent I have for the purpose, at 25c, 30%RH -
Only removed fan leaves, no manicuring, been doing that as I smoke, noticed the bud lasts longer and with a better smell and you end up saving loads of time.
Really happy with this smoke, smells like proper weed. Maybe was the best time I dried and cure(ing).
Only problem is that I'm smoking more as it's so tasty ahaha.

PS - I'll start looking for the "original" Zkittlez to try out and check the differences between them.
Update: 12 April 2021 - Chopped down Plant #2
So, finally Saturday I chopped her down. She looked now ready and delicious, although I only notice yesterday how many seeds she has allover the place. She hermied in front of me without noticing, not good at all and need to start looking much better and in detail into the plants.
Feel like an idiot now.
Anyways, it was a full week!
Emptied the grinder collector and pressed it down a little, makes a very nice smoke, light but pleasant, the kind of stuff it keep you going all day without the dumb effect.
From all trimming made the bubble hash. Got a little too green as the 220micron bag's stitches slightly opened letting some contaminants in the final mix, hence the green color.
This was a hit. in opposition to the grinder stuff, this sent me straight to the moon, really heavy stone effect, even thinking was hard. Reminded me those afghan/ moroccan balls we used to get back in the early 2000's.
The weed itself it's still drying so the smoke report will be updated in there.
715g of fresh cut plant is good, let's see the potency and the seeds. Might turn it all into bubble hash, if I see it'll be an hassle to remove seeds.
On an earlier bud I've cut and dried, smoked it and you can see pure white ashes in the bong. Ain't that a beauty?

Vamos al lío, el ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 22/24 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El Tetra 9 fue añadido de manera foliar, cambiamos el fotoperiodo a 12-12 desde que actualizó esta semana.
Estás próximas semanas veremos cómo avanzan.

Slowly but surely these purple, chunky buds have taken shape! Plus they’re hard as a rock, and they smell like cologne and sweet fruity candy. Extremely excited to chop her down within the next couple weeks as she ripens.

I believe this will be the last week this girl will stretch. Shes got arm buds at the ready and will be full on flower from here on out. In going to keep her nitrogen at a high for these next two weeks and dip out after mid week 6 and keep it just bloom shiz. She is gorgeous with 7 main colas. Would be easily 12 but one main got snapped due to her topping her own self(stakes). Yes these girls can do that. They will drive thsy stake out the ground and the California gold in my other diary did the same as well. The effort/force topped them so I lost some branches and instead took a loss. I love her and it's so crazy how she started out small. 1 gallon is blooming out. Stripped all lower sites to a degrees none of that garbage yah here. 3 gallon just got some orange hairs. We are now beginning to fall out of the stretch.

Week 8 done and stretch all done.
Pretty happy with the space I’ve filled out now, just need to get through the next few weeks and should be a success.
All look quite different, 3 and 4 super frosty. 1 and 2 not really.
Just not overwatering or over feeding and trying to be patient.
Really hoping they get fat and colourful but will take what I get.
Now smoking the Strawberry pie which has cured nicely from the last run. So nice, feeling very grateful to my earlier self for growing it.

4/18: For the remaining time until I harvest her in like a week or 2 I’m going to take her out the tent during light off period so she can receive much more needed light

Grow nutrients have been weaned sour entirely and on full strength bloom nutrients. The plant is a little dense on the left side, but responding well to the AGLEX light and Remo Nutrients. Buds are really packing on the weight, and building lots of trichomes, though mostly all clear heads at this point

Gave them their 3rd and final heavy defoliation this week. Had lots of useless side branching that will just shadow out the good stuff and cause them to not ripen properly, a lot of this growth was due to the unintended extra 10 days they had in VEG before I noticed the timer wasn't doing what I asked it to do, just one of those things. Always a surprise in the grow room no matter how much you try to prepare and problem solve. I also had an air line manifold blow out this week which was very strange to see. Caught it early so girls didn't go without air for to long and I have 2 air pumps running so 1 going down is only a minor issue but still a great example of the random mishaps that occur when growing.
If its one thing that experience has taught me its that less is more when it comes to how many colas you try to fit into a space. Do to many and you'll just end up with a load of mids, battling humidity problems and stress of keeping tons of half ripe colas falling all over onto each other come week 6 or 7.
Everything is going great so far, no issues, although I have noticed some of the white hairs on the budlets have slight ginger tops (only a very small few) I have read in the past that this can be a sign of stress and potentially they might flip the hermie but I've done nothing to stress them so I am hoping this is just a abnormality from growing under LED.
Boosted the nutrients up to 1000PPM now to let them feed heavy and pump those buds up.

One more week here we go, and this girls are ready to Flower, I’ve defoliate them a bit, gave them some foliar feeding and provably tomorrow or so i will put them to sleep for 24 h and wake them up at 12/12.
Color on the leafs is back were i like and there for the time is now, the only reason I didn’t do it yet is because i want to take some clones from them just in case something outstanding comes out of this run, better safe than sorry and this way i can save the pheno with i like the most 😇💚
As for the LED department, i believe this VIPRARSPECTRA P2000 is just perfect for this 3x3 closet, PPFD numbers are on point and my girls are loving the spectrum coming out of it. Pretty soon the real testes begin and in flower mode we will see how it goes 🤩😇💚 for now i have to admit that im pretty surprised with it all, the quality on building and materials, the amount of heat it produces,the spectrum, etc etc , the amount of photons released seems to be just perfect and the correct ones 😅🤩💚🙏 Thank you VIPARSPECTRA for this opportunity and for the quality of your product, so far i have nothing but good things to say about it 🙌🙌🙌💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏

Greetings everyone, I hope everyone is doing well on this wonderful Wednesday!
Ran into issues this week, discovered I added extra nutrients to my soil that I didn't need (N,P) and dropped the ph of the soil to below 5.5. I had seen minor deficiencies showing from nutrient lockout perhaps due to low ph so I watered with a good amount of plain de-chlorinated tap water at 7.5 to offset the low ph. It helped a lot! the plats perked back up and were looking much better and grew a bunch at week 4 start but now in the last few days 1 of the 5 is showing the start of some serious stress. Many of her tops have burn't leaf tips which looks very much like nutrient burn. likely excess Phosphorus.
This week still working on upwards growth feeding at a higher ph probably 7.0 next watering and hoping for improvement. If not I will have to flush the one plant at least. I hope everyone has a great week! Any comments or feedback is always appreciated =D
08/19/2020 - Start of week, Journal edit + pics
08/20/2020 - Awoke to visible progression of burnt tips so regretfully flushed the one plant with 7.0 ph water until the water ran clear approx 10 gallons for 6 gallons of soil in 7 gallon bucket. She looks burnt and waterlogged but i think she will recover.
08/21/2020 - Flushed the other 3 plants as well All show signs of damage. =(
08/22/2020 - Plant health continues to deteriorate although new growth looks like it may be healthier. Time will tell...
08/24/2020 - Damage finally stopped progressing. New leaf growth is healthy, Cut off dead material growth stalled a bit but they look like they will be fine.
08/24/2020 - Put pheno #5 out on the balcony to flower might be too late to finish. It is an experiment. She looks beautiful.
08/24/2020 - Installed the SCROG net into the tent. tallest plant is 2" away from the screen.

We cut her early due to a block off in the autopot system.. but she was frosty as a mofo for being cut way to early and the taste was surprisingly very sweet with a piney/spicy kind off aroma and taste

Week 6 from sprout. Around 40 days from sprout.
Not much have changed. Completely over to bloom so hopefully the extra pk does its job. I plan on increasing ppm until my run off is only 100 or so below my feed. I'll let this journal know when i feel i have equaled out. Today i gave a feed of 1500 (3000/3.0 ec) ppm twice. .... will let u know what the runoff readings say tomorrow evening.
Takes a lot of ph down to get my tap water right. ...
I need to raise my light a little. Though only two plants are the reason. So im a little conflicted.
My temps have been averaging about 85-90... rh around 50.
Some pistils on the sides were going orange. it may be strain and my fan that i keep full blast in there. Leaves closest to the light are stressed. But that's jus a few colas on two plants. Figure out light and height tomorrow.
I have been removing runoff by scooping up about 2 gals worth of runoff every other day....
One plant looks more indica and i love the bushy fat leaves look.
I hope they aren't too leggy to get good yeild. As most of em are over 42 inches. I'll take better pics later on.

Ok. Canopy was getting ridiculous. And lst was out the question so i went to extreme measures. I supercropped everything down with 3 inches of my smallest plant. The biggest today measured at 52 inches tall and 30 inches wide. Will post before and after pics after i make dinner for the fam..

Fantástica semana, estan creciendo de una forma espectacular gracias a la ayuda de @marshydro, @xpertnutrients y @trolmaster.
Se puede apreciar un cuarto nudo y se ven aparecer las primeras futuras ramas, espero que todo siga asi.
Esta semana espero trasplantar a la maceta definitiva.

This week I transplanted my little Strawberry Banana girl to a Big Girl Bed-LOL. Seriously though, I transplanted her to a large garden bed as opposed to 5 gallon pots like I usually do. I wanted to give this plant all the room she need to grow her very best. I'm curious to see if having a larger grow area will produce a larger plant. I am thinking more room for the roots to expand.
My plant did not grow very much in height but the width of the leaves did grow.
Weather has been very nice here this week.

Im learning with this coco and the watering Im trying to improve this as I am allways over watering . She was deffo ready today as the leaves were wilting so shes had a good drink about 3 litres. The shogun nutrients seems to be amazing no deficiencies and super growth. I had too many plants in my tent so have reorganised everything to improve their health
