Beginning of week...
So the ladies are beginning to stack pistils at the crowns.. The Mandarin Cookies has been stacking a little quicker.. Thicker.. They both are showing purple tips on the stiples.. Not the pistils or leaves.. The stiples.. ETHOS Cookies has been showing that for ever now.. The Mandarin Cookies has just started showing these purple tipped stiples.. Gorgeous plants.. Even tho Mandarin Cookies is super freakishly tall and stretchy.. And the ETHOS Cookies is basically a runt.. Doesn't want to make ANY stems.. But plenty of leaves lol.. She should be able to hold up some super fat colas pretty easily tho so that's awesome! I stopped using the Armor Si and the FloraGro.. As well as the MYCO Plus (powder) stuff.. Also going down on the FloraMicro.. Just basically using 1 tsp/gallon of the CALiMAGic, FloraMicro, FloraBloom, and Kushie Kush.. 30 drops/gallon of the Floralicous Plus (not sure if that's too much to be honest).. 2 tsp/gallon of the FloraNectar Fruit-N-Fusion and last but not least... 2 mL/gallon of Hydroguard... *phew*.. Damn that's alot.. But that's alot less then what I was giving these girls... They should do alot better..
Mid week...
I have defoliated the ETHOS Cookies a bit more.. Mostly trying to make sure there is good airflow and no larfy producing branches in there.. She should produce some really nice colas with how short and stubby she is lol.. As for the Mandarin Cookies, I've just been supercropping the shit outta the really tall branches.. I've never supercropped a plant so much lol.. And I'm not good at it at all.. Most of the branches are split open, bruised.. Just very crappy looking.. It will heal, they always do 😂 I just hate hurting them like this.. Especially in flower.. But it's still pretty early in flower.. And the pistils are still exploding just as much as the non-supercropped branches.. I can't wait!!!...
End of week..
Both girls are exploding with trichomes! I love these super frosted strains! The ETHOS Cookies seems to be stackin calyxes faster than the Mandarin Cookies.. I can tell the ETHOS Cookies is gonna stack some fat ass colas! The ETHOS Cookies runoff is doing good.. pH going in is 6.2 - 6.3 and runoff is usually 6.0 - 6.2.. Foliage is nice and green.. She may be nitrogen sensitive deeper into flower.. Maybe not.. We shall see.. As for the Mandarin Cookies.. Wow.. This girl is super tall.. She is also stackin calyxes, pistils and nicely. The runoff is still giving me issues but as far as I can tell, she is accepting it and making the best of what she has. Going in pH is 6.2 - 6.3.. Runoff is coming out 5.6 - 5.7.. It's bothering the shit outta me! Lol.. It doesn't seem to matter what pH I put in, it will ALWAYS runoff at 5.6 - 5.7 pH.. But like I said.. She is accepting it as long as I keep the "in" pH in my preferred range.. I usually keep the "going in" pH at 6.1 - 6.3 the ENTIRE grow.. I always get great results doing this.. Its best for Calcium uptake and Calcium is a huge issue when it comes to growing in coco coir.. Anyways.. Both ladies are doing great.. Both look gorgeous and healthy.. Oh yeah!! I like to rub the trichomes to get a little idea of what the terpenes are gonna be like.. And hoooooly shit.. ETHOS Cookies smells like nothing I've ever smelled before.. I can't even begin to explain it.. Literally.. And the Mandarin Cookies is starting to give off a nice citrusy scent.. I hope this carbon filter is able to scrub the air enough.. Cuz if these are anything like the Early Lemon Berry, then yeah, this carbon filter is gonna be put thru the ultimate test lol.. Anyways.. On to the next week!....

I'm not adding no nuts since I make super soil however I'm adding an extra push for her now in flower just once a week using kalong bloom and kalong batboost (extract) she seems to love it,I didn't expect her to produce this beautiful violet nugs she's developing,let's see how beautiful she gets at the end,can't wait guys! 😍👀🌱

***UPDATE***
ITS CHOPPIN DAY!! Late in day 87 I was going for macros. Made the decision while seeing MANY yellow trichomes that Wedding Glue from FastBuds is DONE! Attaching pics to the beginning of the weeks uploads. She sure turned out pretty asf didn't she? Lights out occurs in like 30min, and I'm going to work through the dark period stripping the large fans off. Utilizing my green Christmas lights hung up above lol. May turn light on low for a quick pic before chopping/hanging. Next update will be harvest!
2 Girls 1 Cup week 12? Hopefully the finish is this week... My my my how WG has fattened up the last 2 weeks. Trying to get some good macros since it's too hard to hold the scope to my phone and focus everything. Probably better for the existing trics too since they're not being touched.
Day 84- these trics are taking their sweet time to ripen. Was considering picking up some GHE Ripen to speed the process up.. especially because a local shop is closing and everything is 40% off. Let's keep it simple this run. I'll get some additives for the next grow to enhance GHE's perfected formulas of macro/micros in the Flora series. An update on the "sample" I clipped from WG the other day. It's not dried/cured proper. Actually been sitting in a brown bag with the outlet of the tent blowing on it lol. Can taste some vanilla in it through the chlorophyll and shit still in the flowers. VERY heady effect that hits me like a friggin wave. Creativity and energy uplifted for sure. Looking for the bodies in there too to help with pain, so we shall wait even longer for those ambers to show.

Day 85- stepped up our hole a size or two.. lol. May bring home the step bit to drill again before a dark period at the end. The girls STINK! Getting VERY close to chopping day. Ooooh I can't wait (but I gotta). Headies lasting between 2-3hrs which is great.

Day 86- yellowing more as the days pass. no more ambers showing yet.. wasn't able to score anything good from the local shop today since it was almost empty already. Picked up a grove bag to give it a whirl with curing. May put some in glass to compare side by side with the bags. Figured I'd give their roots an ice bath since I've done other bro science. Shit, GK still hasn't popped a nanner after all I've put her through 🤣.
*edit* added some late day WG only pics to show her fall colors coming in. Moving in fast now. Gotta get back up in WG's guts now and scope the progress daily.

Day 87- the smell in the tent has become so powerful, I next day air'd a new charcoal filter 🤣. This one was reaching the end of its lifespan anyway.. but oh boy has the aroma increased. May be starting the 48hr lights out within the next day or two from the smells of it.

So, she is more than 10 weeks old now, so according to Fast Buds, she should be ready by now. But I already realized, looking through other diaries here, that the time the plant takes depends on the conditions. From how the buds look, I would still give her almost two weeks. Let's see. In general, I guess, it shows that our light is not ideal for bloom, because definitely buds are not fattening up as they could.
Unfortunately I noticed some dry and curled up smaller leaves, I will add a grow question about those.

This Girl is on fire, all and everything about this one is just amazing, i mean the bag apele on her is retarded beautiful , and not just them looks, the smells are so intense that i am so glad that i have great carbon filters , yes i do use several ones in here and with girls like her one kind a needs it <3 <3 <3
as the week goes she evolves and her colors are getting darker and darker with i love, i mean i love white medicine covered in resin but dark one is a different look that i am also very in to it and all the beauty that comes with it <3 <3 <3
her close up shoots show that she is almost ready for harvest, meaning that provably some point this week mb beginning the next one i will harvest this beauty that for now is keeping her melon bobble gum sweet smell with some vanilla notes i think, she is special one that is for sure <3 <3 <3
Lets see how it all goes and how she tastes and smell after cured , but if she keeps this profile i will be a happy boy <3 <3 <3

This week consists of July 2, 2022 thru July 8, 2022 - Seeds were planted on May 27th, 2022 and they all sprouted on May 31st, 2022 (~4 days)
Beginning of flower so I changed the light to use the HPS bulb. Maintaining temp and humidity during flower with lower temperatures and a higher VPD has been a bit challenging because of the outside temperature but it went ok. I will start to lower the AC unit temperature during dark period to get a larger difference but it makes it hard to keep the CO2 levels high with the AC unit on more often. The plants are using up a lot more water now so I have increased the feeding/water frequency to at least every other day.
LIGHTS:
I'm running the lights on an 18-6 schedule. I have the dark time scheduled from 11am to 5pm since the lights increase temperature and during that time the outside temperature is at its highest so it seems to be easier to maintain proper temperature ranges with the light off during that period. Swapped out the metal halide bulb to the high pressure sodium on July 6th since the plants have been in flower.
WATER:
July 3rd:
~750 - 1000 ml of 6.1 PH and 880 PPM.
15 ml/gal of Big Bloom
10 ml/gal of Grow Big
5 ml/gal of Tiger Bloom
5 ml/gal of Cal-Mag
July 6th:
~1000 ml of 6.1 PH and 1120 PPM.
20 ml/gal of Big Bloom
15 ml/gal of Grow Big
10 ml/gal of Tiger Bloom
5 ml/gal of Cal-Mag
July 7th:
~1000 ml of 6.1 PH - oxygenated water
TEMP/HUMIDITY:
A max of 84.8F and a min of 71.4F with an average of 79.7.
VPD was pretty consistently in a tighter range with the average being around 1.41.
Whole week numbers>
Temp - 79.7F avg - 71.4F min - 84.8F max
Humidity - 59.4% avg - 32.0% min - 81% max
VPD - 1.41 avg - 0.53 min - 2.55 max
CO2:
Floating ball is between .5 and 1. This lets a more gradual amount of CO2 to enter the tent and I now get a more stable level of CO2 that fluctuates between around 1000 ppm and 1300 ppm. The regulator is still plugged into the same outlet as the lights so it turns off on the same light/dark schedule.
PAR:
PPFD between 300-1100. I got a legitimate par meter and now have a much better idea of how much light is being received on each plant. The tops of some plants are getting the 700-1100 range and some side leaves are getting in the 400-500 range. The new bulb gives off a lot of light and the plants have grown much closer to the bulb so some tips are getting a high PAR so they should make excellent use of the increased CO2.
ISSUES:
The plants are getting a lot bigger and taking more water per week. I removed some of the plants and moved them into a different tent to allow for enough room for them all to bush out and finish stretching.
TECHNIQUES:
I implemented a very small amount of LST throughout the week and removed only a few inner leaves(defoliation) to increase the light to some of the inner branches.

Day8: First day of the new week. I assume still pretty much focusing on roots, as the top didn't really do much today.
Day9: Nothing special. But she's growing
Day10: Still roots, it seems. Very little happening up top.
Day11: Effort being put into growing the top leaves. They increased in size. I assume that the next node will start tomorrow - kicking off the switch into Veg.
Day12: Next node already showing :D
Day13: I put in a humidifier and changed the cycle of the extractor to keep more moisture in the growbox. My humidity was way too low.
Day14: This time the humidity was too high. It was sitting at around 95% when the lights went on.

Sometimes it may be good, sometimes it may be shit.
When you don't care for your plants it do be shit.
Let this be a lesson for the future and also for those who think growing its just placing a seed in the ground, if you don't care for it, you get weed but not the highest grade. Altho i must say all of the auto's from this round were pretty good at smoking with the exception of one that tasted like a fart in a jar lost in the ocean for a decade, that meanwhile was eaten and shat by a whale, not good, but the others were pretty good, enjoyable to say the least.
