Beginning of week...
So the ladies are beginning to stack pistils at the crowns.. The Mandarin Cookies has been stacking a little quicker.. Thicker.. They both are showing purple tips on the stiples.. Not the pistils or leaves.. The stiples.. ETHOS Cookies has been showing that for ever now.. The Mandarin Cookies has just started showing these purple tipped stiples.. Gorgeous plants.. Even tho Mandarin Cookies is super freakishly tall and stretchy.. And the ETHOS Cookies is basically a runt.. Doesn't want to make ANY stems.. But plenty of leaves lol.. She should be able to hold up some super fat colas pretty easily tho so that's awesome! I stopped using the Armor Si and the FloraGro.. As well as the MYCO Plus (powder) stuff.. Also going down on the FloraMicro.. Just basically using 1 tsp/gallon of the CALiMAGic, FloraMicro, FloraBloom, and Kushie Kush.. 30 drops/gallon of the Floralicous Plus (not sure if that's too much to be honest).. 2 tsp/gallon of the FloraNectar Fruit-N-Fusion and last but not least... 2 mL/gallon of Hydroguard... *phew*.. Damn that's alot.. But that's alot less then what I was giving these girls... They should do alot better..
Mid week...
I have defoliated the ETHOS Cookies a bit more.. Mostly trying to make sure there is good airflow and no larfy producing branches in there.. She should produce some really nice colas with how short and stubby she is lol.. As for the Mandarin Cookies, I've just been supercropping the shit outta the really tall branches.. I've never supercropped a plant so much lol.. And I'm not good at it at all.. Most of the branches are split open, bruised.. Just very crappy looking.. It will heal, they always do π I just hate hurting them like this.. Especially in flower.. But it's still pretty early in flower.. And the pistils are still exploding just as much as the non-supercropped branches.. I can't wait!!!...
End of week..
Both girls are exploding with trichomes! I love these super frosted strains! The ETHOS Cookies seems to be stackin calyxes faster than the Mandarin Cookies.. I can tell the ETHOS Cookies is gonna stack some fat ass colas! The ETHOS Cookies runoff is doing good.. pH going in is 6.2 - 6.3 and runoff is usually 6.0 - 6.2.. Foliage is nice and green.. She may be nitrogen sensitive deeper into flower.. Maybe not.. We shall see.. As for the Mandarin Cookies.. Wow.. This girl is super tall.. She is also stackin calyxes, pistils and nicely. The runoff is still giving me issues but as far as I can tell, she is accepting it and making the best of what she has. Going in pH is 6.2 - 6.3.. Runoff is coming out 5.6 - 5.7.. It's bothering the shit outta me! Lol.. It doesn't seem to matter what pH I put in, it will ALWAYS runoff at 5.6 - 5.7 pH.. But like I said.. She is accepting it as long as I keep the "in" pH in my preferred range.. I usually keep the "going in" pH at 6.1 - 6.3 the ENTIRE grow.. I always get great results doing this.. Its best for Calcium uptake and Calcium is a huge issue when it comes to growing in coco coir.. Anyways.. Both ladies are doing great.. Both look gorgeous and healthy.. Oh yeah!! I like to rub the trichomes to get a little idea of what the terpenes are gonna be like.. And hoooooly shit.. ETHOS Cookies smells like nothing I've ever smelled before.. I can't even begin to explain it.. Literally.. And the Mandarin Cookies is starting to give off a nice citrusy scent.. I hope this carbon filter is able to scrub the air enough.. Cuz if these are anything like the Early Lemon Berry, then yeah, this carbon filter is gonna be put thru the ultimate test lol.. Anyways.. On to the next week!....

Black Strap and Peach Crescendo getting close. I see they will get cut way before the Fat Bastard. Fat Bastard must have a long flowering period. But branch structure is thick. I will get a heavy yield from it. Peach Crescendo has so much frost on it. Ethos fkn rocks! Black Strap smells like baked cookies and gas.

Welcome to the Cookies kush show π They are quite the lookers tho Both have thier own unique characteristics with pheno 1 being a bushy bitch
and pheno 2 more of a stretched appearence with those classic thin sativa leaves . I'm so looking forward to a taste off these plants when they are ready.
I'm feeding them lots of water and supplemental teas as they have been quite thirsty doing all that growing would do that I guess.
Ive posted a quick vid update where you can see the differences in Phenotypes .

its been a hot dry week but the girls have fared it well. mound design and soil content have helped keep moisture in the root ball of the plants. Hopefully we get some rain this week otherwise im going to be spending a day just watering them. fingers crossed for rain. We need a rain dance here.

Smells great and has really dense buds. DNot a big producer since I kept it low and small to test. Will grow again if I like the high :)

The #1 Pheno was growing pretty clumped up, so i Trained it a little bit.
I did take some clones from all of them and i will switch them to flower at the end of the week.
So far so good. Hoping for the Best.

After just sort of 5 weeks at 18 hours light, the photoperiod RQS Mimosa plants are at 16". I'm starting to worry about the 'stretch' of the sativa plants will grow too close to lights. So I switched to 12/12 at this time. Started the Fox Farm flowering nuts about this time as well. Photos here are bit into week 5... but wow now we can see the starting of the flowering, so cool.

Hello and welcome to my newest grow! Going to be doing a small pheno hunt for a keeper cut of purple marmalade by Solfire.
Speaking of Solfire, want to shout these guys out. Just purchased from these guys the first time and the seeds I received look perfect. They also sent me 3 free seeds which Iβm looking forward to growing next.
Purple Marmalade is something special too me as I actually smoked this strain in Rochester New York around 2021, I would always pick up 3 new strains a week when I stayed here. For me and my girlfriend at the time it was one of our favorites we have ever had. Super spacey and melted away all stress.
Going to be doing a proper hunt where I will keep the rooted seeds as parents and will be taking clones of these for the actual hunt. The clones will be planted in my newest 30 gallon no till bed where they will be flipped semi early to allow all 3 plants to fill the 2x3.
The 30 gallon pot is the same soil I have been no tilling in a 15 gallon for the last year and a half. It had gotten compacted in the 15 so I dumped it out, reammended with 3.0, craft blend, and gnarly barley. Also added a gallon of perlite to help prevent compaction again. Poured it into the 30 and topped it off with about 8 gallons of fresh Elite Soil.
My thought process is the plants will start off in the new top soil as the bottom cooks, so by the time the roots hit the older soil it is ready to go. I also took a soil sample of the old soil and sent it to my local university to see if the amendments I added will be enough or if I should top dress more early on. Today August 23rd I sprinkle a ton of white clover seeds on top of this pot so by the time I transplant the clones in two weeks I will have a cover crop
I also planted the seeds today on August 23rd. I filled my small nursery pots with some new Elite Living soil. I soaked the soil heavily to ensure it was wet and tamped. Poked a small one inch hole into each pot. Sprinkled recharge into each hole, dropped the seeds in and covered lightly. I then transferred these to my small parent tent where they will hopefully pop and veg until I am able to take my clones for the main tent.
Germination success is set to 0/3 until they start too pop.

Update Day 4, August 28th:
Cover crop growing in well and first seed popped. Good looks for solfire, first time using them. My seeds planted directly in soil almost always consistently pop on day 5. Day early and healthy looking, no helmet head, and can already see true leaves coming in.

Sorry for the late update. It's been a hectic week at home and I barely had time to do the basic work. Bit of a nightmare also. These Pinapple are flying along and probably have 2 mabey 2,1/2 weeks left until harvest. I'm now getting leaf damage on both plants despite keeping EC below 1.8 at all times. Really cant put my finger on it but I've decided just to let them run out and ill try and be more thorough on my next attempt with this strain.
Really happy with them despite that and bud structure is looking really great.

Hey everyone βΊοΈ.
It gets more beautiful from week to week ππ.
I have them all this week Sprayed again properly with neem oil in the veggie phase βΊοΈ.
There have been no trips for 2 weeks, but prevention is better π.
Because of the neem oil, the plants look very dark and shiny, which I really like when they shimmer like that π.
I didn't do any training these days, that will be done again the next few days π.
it was watered twice this week with around 0.6 l per plant.
The Ph / Ec measuring device was also recalibrated.
Otherwise there is nothing to report for this week and we'll see you again with the next update βΊοΈπ.

At the end of this week we got to put these ladies outside to finish out the summer; finally!
They have made a large jump in height; but we low stress trained them all down, now that they have ample space to do so.
I had an accident with one of the plants while LST and ripped the main trunk a little bit at the topped knot, we repaired the rip with para film immediately; she seems to be recovering well, barely skipped a beat so far.
We continued to water with ancient earth every watering, and I gave them a foliar spray of gaia green soluble seaweed extract the morning after their first night outside.
They are acclimating well to their new permanent outdoor home. βοΈ

Iβve lost two of the four arms I was trying to save π’ one snapped clean and the other is standing dead. No worries cause there is plenty left to take care of!
Iβve built a 4.8m x 4.8m x 3.0m enclosure and now that Iβve splayed everything out thereβs barely any room to move again haha absolutely loving it π΄
Iβve stripped a good 1.5m of bottom plant material clean of side branches and foliage partially for energy distribution and airflow but also partially to bring the obvious foliage above the neighbouring properties tree line now if anyone peeks over they should see a bunch of sticks instead of a forest of sticky :p
They are definitely in flower I think Iβm at the end of pre-flower stretch. Theyβve reached the top of the enclosure so Iβve pulled most of the tall arms over and I think theyβve stopped reaching meaning the next few weeks should produce some fun material to post up

Once again guys sorry for the lack of content, been extremely busy, also had to merge both diaries together due to poor germination. But I'm back on track and will be doing regular updates....... Orion F1 Organic dry amendments.
She has grown well for the first time, after I topped her, she has taken to it very well. I topped the plant on the 14th. π
The leaves are looking a luscious, vibrant green. Overall, I'm very pleased with this recent progress.
14.6.25:
I top dressed the plant today with the following amendments;
β 1 Tbs Ecothrive Life Cycle
β 1 Tbs Ecothrive Charge
β 1 Tbs Ground Cinnamon
β 1 Tbs Diatomaceous Earth
β 1.5 Cups Worm Castings.
This will hopefully tide me over until the end of the month, when I will top dress again.
I have just been watering with plain, dechlorinated water, PH'd to between 6.1-6.5.
β Xpert Nutrients PH down, up to 1ml.
β Ecothrive Neutralise 1 drop per litre from the 1ml pipette, which is attached.
This is my dechlorinator.
I'm watering approximately 2ltrs twice a week or as necessary. She has started to drink more.

It's been two weeks since I added the last pictures, I'm glad they're growing, they're blooming, but I'm not satisfied when I see when I see other growers' plants I'm ashamed, I'm glad at least that as a beginner I managed at least this...
