💥 Monster Marker – Week 4 🌱 She’s now in her final pot for flowering

Sour Hound is freakin' huge and she's not even really flowering yet. This could be the largest plant I've ever grown if she keeps stretching. I'm very excited!!! 😃

Nine weeks since the switch and the Runtz have had 7 weeks of actual flowering. I've noticed more trichomes were produced, wich I checked and most of them were still clear, maybe 10-20% was getting milky and very few were amber. I want to see way more amber before harvest, so +/- 70 days of 12/12 will be needed. This week was the last time I gave them nutrients. That was on the first day. The rest of the week I gave them ph adjusted tapwater every other day. (ec 0.5 – ph 6.24) Next week I'll start flushing with ec levels of 0.3 For that I will use a mix of tap water and demineralized water. 3 liters(0.8 gallon) tapwater and 2 liters (0.5 gallon) of demineralized water gives a 0.3 ec level. The distance between the cobs and the plants got a bit higher, from 48cm(19inch) to 55cm (21.5 inch) and the power of the cobs was reduced to 300watt. Autumn is here...🍂🍁 Temperatures stayed between 18,4 – 23,9 °C (65 – 75 °F) and humidity levels between 34 – 50 % One week of ripening & flushing and then it will be time to harvest. Day 22: Hey everyone! Update on the second grow: the plants are looking very healthy and seem to be growing much faster than the first batch. 🌿 I feel like we've already done a lot better with these plants compared to the first grow. What do you all think? Any thoughts or suggestions? Day 26 (Second Grow): Hey everyone! Exciting news: the plants in our second grow have names now too! 🌿 This will make it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around. It should also help you all follow along more easily with the pictures we post. We've built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants in both grows. For those who don’t know, a SCROG net helps to train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it to ensure all plants get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. Additionally, we've placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. We're considering whether we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or if a dehumidifier would be a better option. We're leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to watch both grows progress!

Que pasa familia, vamos con la sexta semana de floración de estas Tropicana poison F1 de Sweetseeds. Vamos al lío , las 3 plantas seleccionadas fueron trasplantadas a su maceta definitiva, ya superaron el shock por el trasplante, estas semanas las paremos todas a floración. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración 12h de luz, el foco está al 100% de potencia. Las jodidas estiraron demasiado, veremos como acaban, no me gustan tan altas. Las flores están cogiendo un olor bastante curioso que todavía no puedo llegar a describir, espero la siguiente semana poder dar algo de información. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Here’s the current nutrient mix: • System Clean: 0.5 ml/L • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid: 2.1 ml/L I’m keeping the pH at 6.1 and TDS at 556 ppm, and so far, the plants are thriving. This week also included a thorough system clean, ensuring everything runs smoothly as we enter the final flowering stages. 🌿 Bud Development: Pure Magic! The bud formation across all the genetics is nothing short of incredible. Every plant is thriving, and the canopy is lush, vibrant, and full of potential. I’ve raised the PPFD to 750 for this stage, with temps steady at 25°C and RH at 63%—keeping the VPD dialed in at 1.11. In realtà ho coltivato 2 semi di questa pianta una l'ho raccolta e seccata mentre un altra è ancora in flush e verrà raccolta tra 5-6 giorni. I fenotipi sono quasi identici e predilige un odore di gas e og! L'effetto è devastante molto narcotica e a breve pubblichero qualche foto di qualche estrazione a freddo! Spero che piacciano a qualcuno i miei lavori e che qualcuno di voi si possa ispirare a tutto questo. Day 77. Maybe a bit early, but no space and one Smoothie went for a date with bud rot ;))) didn't want to loose that nice top. Very frosty, nice gassy smell surrounded by fruits. Day 82. Second girl is down. Both small as you see, but with few branches will produce seed packaging cover type plant. Maybe second got some purple fade ... First was very nice by structure. Day 85. First went to jar. How lovely it sparkles and smells !!! Solid strain, even being so small by structure. Day 89. Second is in jars too ! Happy Growing !!!

Day 99. Plants are great !!! SUPER Frosty, smelly and bulking up !!! Great strain - no doubts !!! All feeds done, only water for her already last two waterings. Think 10-14 days left. Still take off few leaves here and there to expose hidden buds and all goes very smooth ! Happy Growing !!!

I’ve got some curling going on. Have been trying to get temp humidity stable so I got a humidity controller and now run lights on timer 6 hrs off. Also my humidity gauge I used to set in the middle of the tent but I now put directly in the pot behind the plant and different readings. It’s one of those cheap humidity temp gauges that comes with led lights. Just need to get this curling thing down. 1 of the plants shows no curl so maybe it’s the fox farm soil is too hot. Or maybe that 1plant got better plant coverage, I’ve since adjusted the fan and may get another one.

This is the beggining of the fourth flowering week. Not hurry at all. Just moved out from my not so private apartment and this is the first 5 days of her inside of a wardrobe, which is fantastic showing those results. I have much time to wait and Im not hurry at all. Expecting to have at least 6 weeks more blooming. 07/04 - Total of 88 days old. Fed her today with 1/3 of 4-14-8 fert. She's showing good Healthy, like she wants more of everything (Light, fert, water, CO2). Intending to let her blooming 60 days more. (8 weeks).

The Cookies ladies have been growing along side the Betty’s, doing their thing ❤️ The 2x4 is coming along, not quite as big and plump as my big tent, but producing some nice nugs nonetheless. The frost is starting! These girls were not as early producers, but seem to be responding well to the wind and light stress! The second trellis was definitely needed, even though they are not quite as tall as their grow mates. They have been keeping to the same schedule of needing to be watered every 72 hours. I will be switching from cal/Mag to Mag/Sulphur supplements later this week. I ❤️ how readily available these Advanced Nutrients are. 😎 The nutrient burn on some of the tips has not spread or gotten worse. The feed range seems to be the 700-750 range. Still keeping to the feed, water, feed schedule, with the 2nd feed being a much lighter dose of nutrients. I’ve increased the light intensity of the SF 4000 to 90% and will probably be stopping there. The temps have been getting as high as 81 degrees, and low as 73 at night. I’ve decreased the humidity to fluctuate around 50% , giving a reasonable VPD for most of the time, thanks to the automation of the in-line exhaust fan. Still have 4-5 weeks for these babies, I’m hoping they continue to plump up, they are showing some great promise. Happy Gardening 🤗❤️👊🇨🇦

Die Woche war okay die Pflanze scheint sich langsam wieder zu fangen und an die neue Lampe gewöhnt zu haben sie ist nun in der ersten Blüte Woche d.h. nur noch 12 Stunden Licht am Tag leider ist mir und einem Freund die Tage aufgefallen dass irgendwelche Viecher im Boden rumkriechen von Trauermücken die Larven vermuten wir jedenfalls habe ich heute Nematoden hinzugefügt das sind kleine Tiere die ins Gies Wasser gemischt werden und die die Mücken und schlafen töten. Ich hoffe dadurch wird sie wieder ein wenig stabiler wobei ich sagen muss sie sieht jetzt nicht schlimm aus wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann aber sicher ist sicher.
