Yo my fellow gromies what’s cooking✌️ Day 56 has arrived and these pineapples are filling out nicely now. All starting to pack on some weight. They smell so good! These ladies will now be on plain water for the next 2 weeks to flush and finish up. It’s not great as one of them is a little behind but my drying tent is also my grow tent so I just hope they are all going to be ok the window for harvest. They should be. Planet Of The Grapes (Ethos Genetics) Week 3, Day 25 Flower The far left and the far right plants are doing great, That top dressing i gave them made them perk up, Only issue is the middle plant, it still looks deficient, Might have to give her some compost tea and add some more 4-4-4 and worm castings.

This week was a bit stressful. I was trying to identify the nutrient excess/deficiency. I think i narrowed it down to calcium deficiency, but these symptoms could also be a side effect of potassium excess (but what I gathered from my research, there is a very slim chance of this). Anyway I started to add CalMag to my regular waterings and they're showing some correction. I'll probablly water them with water, CalMag and lower than recommended amounts of nutrients for a day or two just to make sure. I had them on a 12/12 light cycle for 4-5 days, they've streched and risen up, which was what I wanted. They now on a 16/8 cycle.

Another busy week with the vege. I gave it microbes, a HID lamp at 400 watts, sprayed for bugs and also covered the media with plastic wrap to get rid of 3 or 4 gnarts and of course a had another flood with the GoGro water system and I took one plant out of the garden because she is frozen in time. I still don't know why. The trellis is doing good. Lots of work.

I'll start checking trichs this week to see how they're looking I'll be looking for an 80/20 split of cloudy to amber. Not seeing to much fade yet but I'll still stop feeding nutes this week and start just giving pH water from there on out until harvest. All in all Happy Growing

8/29 Knowing I was going to have to yo to the hospital er again this morning with my wife I got up early and watered. We are supposed to get an inch of rain tomorrow but the bags were totally light. If I was going to be around I might've held off watering. Instead I watered everything one gallon and figured the rain will make up for the other 10 percent hopfully that will do it. 8/30 Rained overnight. Plants were soaked. Flowers are swelling. I defoliated a shit ton of yellow leaves the other day. I still don't think I have anything fungal but I'm keeping an eye u e out and am considering doing an application of plant doctor. We are suppised to get an inch of rain tonight and tomorrow I guess. My biddy said i shouod cover my plants because next week is going to be "great growing weather" but with the rain and then the sun it could be a recipe for disaster since I have some large flowers. I got my father's leaf blower running but it was leaking gas. Brought it to the repair shop and a buddy let me borrow his for thus storm. I and hit the plants with it this morning. It is super strong though. I need to be careful not to blow it right out of the bag!!! Or break branches. Of course after u left it started raining lightly. A nice rain that plants like but it's stopped. I'm wondering if I should go over and blast them again to keep them dry but I know it's going to rain off and on and it'd going to rain tonight. I'll check the weather and decide from there. So far things are going good. Still have some yellowing leaves and a few normal pests but that is to be expected. UPDATE: Stopped raining so I went over and shook off the plants then put the leaf blower to them. I made sure to get the interiors before I went and had shook things again by hand. Storage us low bur i took a video. Cant upload toll tomorrow. Buds are growing at an insane rate but im losing some fan leaves that just yellow and die. Im sure its senescence but its still wortisome. We are supposed to have a real good week of growing weather coming so I hope that doesn't change. I'll update tomorrow. That leafblower works awesome though. 8/31 Went over to an extremely sunny windy morning. I didn't even need to shake plants or use the leaf blower since I did it after it Rained last night. I'm worried the wind night dry my bags out today so I'll be sure to keep an eye on them. I defoliated a shit ton of leaves but apparently it's just senescence. I need to check the last time I fed. Trich development is going good. The smell was incredible this morning! Each strain has its own unique smell to it. We are supposed to have a real good week for growing so I'm looking forward to it. May do a preventative plant doctor app but I think it will be alright. I'll keep this updated. UPDATE: Went over around one and plants were bone dry. The wind was RIDICULOUS! I added a few individual stakes and tied a couple loose branches. I got my tarp out and considered covering the cagecto protect from the wind. However I didn't have time to sanitize if and they had already been through it all night and day alwuth no breakages. Plants are strong and supported well. At least I hope. Plus the tarp would block the rest of the direct sun the plants are getting right now. The wind looked like it dud its worst and the trellis and supports held. I did add extra supports higher up the plant to prevent breakages. Found a moth larvae (yellow) and squished him. Also found some aphids but a few lady bugs and three lady bugs larvae so I think I'll be OK. I am really excited for this year. Flowers are really exploding! FORGOT TO PUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. WATERED EVERYTHING TWO GALLONS EXCEPT THE 10. WHICH GOT ONE. 9/1 Forgot my phone on the daY I really needed it. It rained last night. The wind was the strongest i've seen in years. I would've tarped the cage but i couldn't find any of the bungee cords or zip ties. Probably good I didn't. No breaks. One plant had dark brown splotches ALL over the leaves! I picked them all off and took pictures and will consult my commercial buddy. I researched and asked a question on here. If it's septoria or something that could ruin my gorgeous garden I'd rather just junk the plant. It's big but it's the furthest behind flowering and I would not be heart broken if I had to get rid of that for the others. This week is supposed to be the best week we've had all summer so I'm expecting major growth. I'll update after conferring with other growers and making a decision. Super excited moving forward. Pistols are changing color on one 10th p phenome and retracting into buds. This is is the fun time. As long as I can avoid the rot. 9/2 Says it didn't rain last night but my plants are dripping wet. If course the leafblower kept dying so I had to shake everything by hand. Hope that's good enough. Gonna be real sunny. Bags still had some heft to them. I'll check them later. Found a few leaves with what looks like the calcium deficiency on the sane plant and I just removed them. I really don't think it's anything to worry about. I'll update later. UPDATE: Went back around 10 and everything looked good and was dry. Brought the leaf blower to be fixed. Should have it by the end of the day. Found and killed another pillar and some ants. Took a picture of a lady bug/beetle. This sunshine is making my buds explode!! I was thinking about checking again tonight but I think I can wait and water tomorrow. Bags are still fairly heavy. I did take another couple leaves off the plant that lopks like it might have a deficiency or something. The stalks are bigger than the bottom of a baseball bat. A couple almost like the fat end. I did some pruning and defoliation and then I noticed that my canary was light as hell. I waited until night and went back and had a couple starting to droop so i watered everything 2 gallons except the 10 and tub got 1. Everytime I see them it seems like they are bigger 9/3 Used the leaf blower this morning to get the dew off the buds. I shook them by hand before that. I'm noticing like a little army of lady bug larvae so any aphids I have are not going to be a problem. I have adults as well but is the babies that eat 10x what the adults do. I'm hoping they'll wipe put any bud worms. The weather is great this week all sunny. Making the buds explode in size and increasing terp production. This is the strongest smelling cannabis I've grown. Each strain. Has its own unique "funk" to it. Purple punch is really sweet and floral smelling. 10th planet is more gassy. I need to get some yellow sticky traps. I saw a couple fungus gnats on my canary. A late blooming blueberrycheese. It's the one that dries out the fastest but is more sativa leaning and drinks TONS of water. I have two that are that phenome. Losing yellow leaves but exploding with flowers. Noticed a couple more leaves with that calcium deficiency looking leaf. I just defoliated it. I'm really happy where I'm at right now. 9/4 Plants were covered in water this morning and the leaf blower wouldn't start. I shook everything off by hand. Each strain hasits own STRONG unique scent. One tenth planet phenome smells like bubble gum. I think I've got like two weeks and some of the flowers on ONE plant should be done. I'm planning to take the top half and then letting the bottom mature longer of its not whete I want it to be. The weather has been gorgeous. Sunny today. I'll need to water tonight I'm sure. UPDATE: WENT OVER AT 3PM AND PLANTS WERE DRY. WATERED EVERYTHING 2 GALLONS BIT THE 10 AND THE TUB. THEY GOT ONE. FLOWER DEVELOPMENT IS VISIBLE FROM MORNING TO NIGHT. I HAVE A TENTH PLANET THAT I BELIEVE WILL BE READY FOR HARVEST (AT LEAST THE TOPS) WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS. PISTOLS ARE RETRACTING AND TURNING ORANGE ON THIS PHENOME AND RED ON THE OTHERS. I AM LOVING HOW THIS STRAIN LOOKS GROWING. I HAVE REAL HIGH HOPES FOR IT. I FAILED TOO MANY TIMES UPLOADING THE VIDEO AND PICTURES I TOOK SO ILL DO THAT TOMORROW. I CANT BELIEVE THE SWELKING GOING ON AND THE AROMA! THIS IS SUCH A WONDETFUL YLTIME OF YEAR. STILL FIND8NY SMALL SPOTS OF WHAT LOOKS LIKE CAL DEFICIENCY IN THAT ONE PLANT. We're on week 10 and trichomes have just started going cloudy at a good rate 3 days ago, so its now time for the 10-20 day flush until harvest. The smell is getting super strong, its a very weird citrus, with a slight lemon hint(you can tell theres some diesel genetics in there), It almost stings your nose abit. Overall its not a bad smell just not as pleasant as some other strains but unique in a good way. Im not sure how im going to harvest this plant but most likely I will harvest some when all trichs are cloudy and some once a decent amount have gone amber, im gonna be growing some dank strains in future so this will be my more medical strain. I will be totalling all the yield numbers at the end, yield may be affected abit but I also want to see first hand how cloudy vs cloudy/amber trichs smokes.

Day 42 Just trying to pull through till harvest. Got a couple more weeks to go.

All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids)TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate what will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely with the ppm and ratios listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. 84/14 Fun with Filters VPD was controlled at reduced temps and RH today - RH now set to 55% max and Temps are 75F at max Over night allowed down to 67F when lights go out. Lights were good and same as yesterday with some light LST PPFD at 750 down to 550. I used 20 minutes of UV and 1 hr of IR with 15 before and after main lights on/off. She's now about 25" tall and 35" wide. Also took some black back and shadow pics for fun (no filters or sharpen only) Day 85/15 Feed Day I gave 2 gallons of de-chlorinated tap combined with 25:75 Veg/Bloom mix total 600ppm and a ph of 6.4. Foliar sprayed some on the outer leaves and left the tent door open to help dry them. (took like 15 minutes with the fans.) top soil ph checked at 6.22ph and run off was at 5.74 with 1580ppm Lights at a range of 750 to 500 Ran 25 minutes of UV and the standard 1hr IR with 15/15 before and after lights on/off and 30/30 at that time. VPD was easy to manage with the doors open and then the fan seemed to have to work more today but just more often and not high fan. Day 86/16 Humidity was high at 60%RH for most of the day, the ILV was kicking on throughout the day and I have two humidifiers going on high. Temps on the other hand was controlled at about 74F. Tips carried a little burn on them today, some all over which makes me think nute burn because ppfd was 550 to 750 as it has been for a few days now and there are tips on leaves with little direct light showing burn as well. Will continue to monitor as well. IR and UV are set on timers and I screwed up with mine today. I was supposed to change the setting and forgot (time change screwed me up and I thought I did it when I changed timers that needed correction) until it was too late and ended up giving her 30 minutes of IR and 1 hour of UV... will have to check/monitor for effects tomorrow. The good news is that she's had a little over two weeks with UV so maybe not so bad. (fingers crossed it doesnt stress her too much) Day 87/17 Again, humidity was high at 60%RH for most of the day, the ILV was kicking on throughout the day and I have two de-humidifiers going on high. Temps on the other hand was controlled at about 74F. If I open the tent for a while I can get the humidity down by about another 5% so tomorrow I plan to leave it open after I feed again. Took some light burn from yesterday's extended UV exposure, but read that it's not bad to take on some stress from UV in flower, especially if you still have time to recover. The pros suggest that you can stress her to grow defensive systems that may create thicker/stickier leaves and flowers with more terpene production. The cons however suggest that it could stress too much and stunt the growth or in extreme/sudden cases, cause her to herm. (thus why they say in mid flower is best if you plan to stress with UV) So it is what it is. I will monitor the leaves that took damage and likely remove them this week when I defoliate schwazz style. I still resumed the schedule of increasing UV as planned but ahead a few days now so 45minutes of UV and 1 hr IR with 15/15 before and after main lights on/off. Day 88/18 Lots happening today. Firstly, I found a split today... on the main stem trunk, so I used superglue to seal the cracks and held together while it set. Then I wrapped it with heavy duty gorilla tape, two 1ft pieces as both a clamp and a support on the other side. I then tied each cola to the inner ring. So then I decided that since I am here having to work on this I may as well go ahead and do the defoliation I was planning for tomorrow. Schwazze style defoliation (at least my interpretation of the method without having to buy the book, super defoliate week 1 and 3 of flower - so almost) Then after that I also preformed heavy strength training - I broke each cola right under the bud sites that I left and bent her outward. I then upped the lights ever so slightly and have a max of 850 ppfd and low of 650 ppfd now. She had 45 minutes of UV and 1 hr of IR same routine, IR on/off at main light schedule with 15 before and after main lights. VPD is better now that I placed another open air vent at the bottom, this one is 6 inch. I also placed the fans a little better to blow directly on the leaves left behind. Low speed for now, but as the leaves come back I plan to increase to get dancing leaves in the middle too. Temps were 74F and RH 55% with the ILV set to auto. I plan to feed 2 gallons of 650ppm 25:75 Veg/Bloom mix. Since my last ph was really low I am going to increase the feed to 7.0ph - not sure what if anything I can do about ppm. Day 89/19 VPD was normal with the exception of holding the tent open as I said I was going to today. Temps at 74F and RH mostly 55% with the ILV set to auto. PPFD also checking in with the same settings/results today, 880 to about 650 ppfd. UV was set for 45 minutes midday, and IR with the same 1 hr with 15 minutes before and after main light on/off. Water feed today with about 2.25 gallons of 7.0 ph de-chlorinated tap diluted with 25:75 ratio of veg/bloom mix (690 ppm total) watered until drip started and I got about .25 gallon runoff. Runoff measured 5.75 ph and 1630 ppm (top soil tested 4x with avg of 6.35) Next feed will be a plain water salt flush. Plant looked so nice a day today that I decided to take some more black back pics. Day 90/20 VPD and PPDF were fine today with normal settings of 74F/55%RH/Auto ILV - PPFD ranged from 550 to 750 because of HST on the limbs. This will be the last stress I give her and hope it wasnt too much. Hoping this all results in a big yield and not a herm.

So far so good... removed most of the lower branches at the very end of the week...let's see the improvement in the week to come...also with the stronger branches that where removed tried my hand at cloning again( y not see if I can get more trees) just have to wait n see
