We’ve officially rolled into Week 6! It’s been a pretty gray and chilly week on the home front. We barely saw any sun, and the nighttime temperatures dropped below 10°C on two of the days. But this resilient lady didn't let the weather stop her from putting on some great growth. I did some minor LST fine-tuning, and I’m super happy with the results. The training has worked out beautifully—the distribution of the thicker stems is looking really solid, creating a nice, even framework for the upcoming buds. Since we are officially transitioning into bloom, I gave her her first taste of nutrients this week, mixing some CalMag and Bio Bloom into the tap water. Appearance & Flower Development: She grew incredibly well this week! In terms of flower development, she is tracking about a week behind the Black Orchid, but with her excellent structure and the new flowering nutrients kicked in, she is perfectly primed to explode with buds soon. Welcome to week 6 y'all. Things continue to progress nicely, this little lady has started to grow flowers and at present I count about 11 bud sites on the canopy. The flowers are developing nicely and it looks like they have some dark purple colouring around the flower... neat. In addition to the LST I've been doing some light defoliation. Nothing major just a leaf here or there to expose flowers to light. She's really low but really flat not the prettiest plant but strong. Looking ahead to this week I ordered a new grow light from Mars Hydro which should get those buds to fatten up nicely. I might increase the water a bit and continue to feed with Dutch Science Nutrients' Bloom Baby Bloom and adjust LST not much more defoliation should be required until later on like week 8 I think.

First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. She is growing strong and healthy.

Another quiet week, plants are slowly loosing lower shaded leaves as expected, luckily they aren’t growing any taller anymore. Will be surprised if no foxtails appear as the par is 1300-1400 around some of the taller colas. My lights in total are using 810w, as I have had to dim the light at the front down by 30% a couple weeks ago. DWC really is a breeze during flowering, barely any work to do, kinda miss having a reason to go in there for anything other than observing 😊 Happy growing all ✌️

05/10 - (M) - Mom will be cut down today after 48hrs in the pot with lights out - Drying will be as close to 60-60 as possible. 05/10 - (C) - All the ladies are out of pre-flower and and are growing accordingly - The @VIVOSUN drip system is working wonders in helping keep a steady and effective feeding regiment. A new C02 bag will be added this week - PPM/PH are at optimal ranges - The smell is coming in as well, Citrus, Lavender notes are apparent.

The plants are looking really healthy, I've been defoliating here and there to get the light to penetrate to the lower leaves and branches. They have started to bush out from topping them last week. I started using Mammoth P Microbes halfway through last week. They seem to have grown a little quicker since adding them. The plants are still being fed 4 times a day at 1 minute each feeding. No signs yet of which is female and male, I am planning on pulling all the males once they show signs.

Alright, Week 13 of the jungle adventure is here! 🌴🐒 I gave the ladies a good trim so they're getting all the light and breeze they need. ✂️🌬️ Plus, I moved two plants to the side tent. 🏕️ Right now, it's a comfy 27.7°C with 65.8% humidity, so the VPD is a sweet 1.27 kPa. 🌡️💧 Down in the roots, the soil is chilling at 22.6°C with 35.9% moisture and a gentle EC of 0.10 mS/cm. 🌱💧 And yeah, the grow room supervisor is making sure everything's on track! 😼✅ Next week is MJ 26, when it's over we go to flower. 🌸🌼

This adventure seems like it'll be zenzational! These seeds were the first to burst and also first to sprout from soil out of all the other strain. Ladies are on a mission, they stretched upwards and spread the first leaves fast! My thoughts are they'll be some bushy ladies! 😍 I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy growing!
