First time grower - Day 3 - Seedling Stage Unknown strain, hopefully its a female Light meter currently reads 101 lux x100 Should I give it more lighting or put it closer to the plant? Using roots organic soil, should I prepare for nutrient feeding after week 1? And if yes, what nutrients should I feed them?

***Update*** have switched 2 of 3 to 5 gals will do the other one as soon as I get more coco..looking to veg maybe another 2 weeks then going to flip. Recently acquired LED light for my veg room so have 250w hps n 300w LED..ladies seem to be loving it.

Trichomes are ripening and she is definitely flushed out. Been using only water for two weeks now with some Flawless Finish once a week. Lowered light intensity from 60% to 50% and stopped supplementing UV maybe a week ago. She has gotten a very deep purple color and pistils have receded nicely turning a bright orange. Scent in the house has settled down but the scent on her when rubbed is still very pungent with the same smell as described before! Can’t wait to harvest this one coming next week!! 🤪

Week 4 and the EthosGenetics doing amazing. The auto gelato from Nirvana seeds I'm pretty sure are duds. They aren't growing any sort of branches and don't show any signs of trying. I think they are coming down this week to make more room in the tent. I have some fastbuds seeds I just received that will be very happy in there lol

Still one orange Sherbert lags behind the rest in the race, I’m hoping it will be just s pheno thing rather than a weak spot in my room. All others looking great and possibly better than I’d normally be seeing at this stage of my grow. The plants have started to kick out an aroma, a skunky hash smell I’d say, at the moment anyway. The buds look like they should be fat, of the density I’m not so sure, let’s see how much they fatten up and tighten up. Beautiful covering of frost across all flowering areas covering pistils and leaves. I think at this stage that 3 of the 4 will be ready to harvest at 8 Or 9 weeks the slow one maybe at 10 weeks. ANYBODY!!!! Out there using New millennium WinterFrost. I’m really thinking about hitting the girls with the fear of death when the time comes, is it as effective as I’m lead to believe?????

She has very nice smell already, I think his bloom will be very sticky and satisfying ,Already Its 5th week and she’s getting bigger and bigger.

Gave the girls a flush and a complete water change this week. That was only the second water change they have had this grow. I have just been letting them drink the reservoir almost empty and then filling it up with fresh nutes. The 5 plants are drinking about 4 gallons a day combined. Been running AC when the lights are on and the dehumidifier 24 hours a day. All of the plants are showing some decent trichome production. Running 1/2 tsp maxibloom and 1/8 tsp beastie bloomz per gallon every time I add water. Seems to be keeping everyone happy.

This has been another great week ! We are at day 36 end of week 4 and these ladies are getting nice and bushy! Still using the same dose nutrients just a little less rapid start at 1/2tsp per gal now PH at 6.5 still. The plants have now grown into 600 par an should start flowering this week!! Stretch is done - I hope - Strawberry Cough is almost touching the light - Mimozz is not far behind. I need to move the light up even more. That is first time I did not ScrOG them right after flip - and so far I regret it - but we'll see - maybe I'll harvest more than usually and will not use scrog any more... who knows !? All are in full flowering mode now - stacking nodes on nodes, producing pistills and forming flowers. One month to go 💪

First of all, I’d like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Fast Buds for allowing me the opportunity to grow their new strains! I'm starting out with CC this week and will start the CA in a couple of weeks. There is some data out there on the CC strain that seems very legit to me. If that info is correct one of the C's stands for Cookies. I really love the Girl Scout Cookies I grew from Fast Buds, if CC is related to GSC she should be amazing! 👍 Dropped the seed in the soil today, I'll update once she pops. She's front-center in the group pics. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since Fast Buds has been kind enough to allow me to preview their new CC and CA strains I am now going to be starting a new seed every 2 weeks. This should allow me to get all of the plants I want to grow this season in the perpetual harvest rotation. I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. 5/18: I did a little LST on her today and ordered another of the 200w lights and some panda film to line the interior of my tarped enclosure. 5/19: WTF?!? I was seeing a few pre-flower pistils here and there, but today it's looking like she's trying to flower along with every other plant in the outdoor garden! All I can figure is that being vegged under 24/0 for a month and then being put outside at just the wrong time under 14/10, they think it's becoming winter. I sure hope she notices the days getting longer and goes back to vegging.🙏 I wanted to beast her all the way out and finish up in late summer, and it's still only fuckin Spring! 5/20 - 5/24: She is really thriving. I did a little more LST on her before the rain started. It rained every day this week for at least a few hours, but I did manage to top-dress her pot with cavern culture and azomite between showers. I also did a foliar application with MicroLife Maximum Blooms that didn't get rainwashed off for about seven hours... That's it for week #7-
